Aside from the fact that they literally get paid to hang with our favorite stars, celebrity stylists have access to endless amounts of designer clothing and red carpet events. In fact, some celebrity stylists are so loved by their clients that they vacation together. Talk about the true meaning of goals.

Unfortunately, despite living the coolest lives ever, stylists don't usually get any recognition or widespread noteriety. Their work often goes unrecognized among anyone who's not in the fashion industry, but credit must be given where credit is due. That's why we've rounded up our favorite celebrity stylists that are behind all of your favorite looks.

Check them out below:

1. Farren Fucci

After his work was discovered by Rihanna, Fucci began working with the singer for photoshoots and street style, along with dressing both RiRi and Bella Hadid for each of their Paper magazine covers.

2. Monica Rose

3. Karla Welch

Welch has tons of famous clients—Nicki Minaj, Karlie Kloss, Busy Phillips, Lorde, Olivia Wilde...need I go on?—but she's probably best known for taking Justin Bieber's look from tween heartthrob to badass adult.

4 Ways to Cope with Internship Rejections

$

0

We’ve all been there. You’re just casually checking your email – and then you see it. You’ve been dying to hear back about your internship application, and you open it knowing that this is the one…until you realize it’s a rejection.

Rejections are one of the unfortunate parts of internship application season. To put it bluntly, they suck. After spending hours perfecting your cover letter and resume and prepping for interviews, handling the rejection is tough. But, if you do it correctly, that rejection can actually help you find success in the future. So follow these tips the next time you’re told, “unfortunately, we found a better fit.”

1. Allow yourself to be upset

Bottling up your feelings and trying to ignore them is never good. Go ahead and get a little sad, maybe dig into a pint of ice cream, and then be done with it. Remember that every no is leading you to a yes. Gianna Rocco, a junior at the University of Tampa, says that all the rejections she received were awful, but they ended up paving the way to an even better internship. “Rejection from internships lead me to an offer an acceptance with one of my dream internships, but it took a lot of “nos” to get me here,” she says. In the end remember that it’s just an internship, and there will be plenty of other opportunities.

2. Follow up

This step is incredibly daunting. Asking the hiring manager for the reasons why he or she didn’t hire you is terrifying and awful but important. But if you don’t reach out for feedback you won’t know why you were rejected. How can you improve if you don’t know what the issue is? Maybe they really did find someone more qualified, but on the other hand it could also be the way you interviewed, or the format of your resume or the way you wrote your cover letter. The possibilities can drive you crazy.

The hiring manager will never tell you anything nasty, but the critique you receive will help you know what to change the next time you apply for an internship. Marie Knoll, a junior at the University of South Carolina, says that rejection follow-ups are important. “Sometimes I also ask if they know about any other available options,” Marie says. “For one internship, the recruiter actually gave me the email for a different company with a similar position.” Reaching out not only shows that you’re willing to put yourself in a little bit of an awkward situation, it also expresses your drive. The worst thing that can happen is you get no response. This can sometimes happen at some larger companies who recruit through human resources, but even so, there is no harm in trying to reach out. Who knows, in the best-case scenario, maybe they’ll be impressed with your determination and will pass on your resume to a different department.

3. Stay in touch

Just because you didn’t get an internship with a company doesn’t mean you need to sever ties completely. The rejection might have nothing to do with your skill level, the company might just want someone who has more experience. You’ve heard it before, and we’ll say it again, NETWORK. Networking is key to making connections and opening up opportunities. So connect with recruiters on LinkedIn, and send them emails thanking them for their time. That effort to stay in touch might end up getting you an actual job in the future.

4. Don’t give up

Getting a rejection affects you on a personal level, but you can’t let it prevent you from continuing on. Instead of feeling defeated, apply to another internship. If you can take that defeat and use it as an opportunity to push forward, you'll become more resilient in the future. Take the time to revise your resume and cover letter, and even work on your interviewing skills. Sarah Westbrook, a junior at the University of Vienna, says, “Talk to family and do mock interviews with them. I did one with my dad and it helped prepare me a lot since they know you well and will give you honest feedback on what you're saying.” Everyone deals with rejection, but it’s up to you to turn it into a learning opportunity and make the best of it.

The amount of time it takes just to apply for internships could probably count as another three credits towards your major, so we know that every rejection is like a knife to your ego. But if you use them to improve your skills and prepare for your next opportunity, don’t worry—you’ll get that acceptance email.

Just in Time for Summer, an Official #RoséAllDay Brand Wine is Here

Warmer weather is almost here, which can only mean one thing: rosé season is almost upon us. It's arguably the official drink of the summer, with the added benefit of being Instagrammable AF - and this new rosé brand is about to up your 'gram game even more.

Refinery29 reports that yes, there is now an official #RoséAllDay brand wine, just in time for summer. (With a name that's based on the classic Insta hashtag, obvi.) The wine is produced using grapes sourced from France by Biagio Cru Wines & Spirits, and it plans to roll it out in stores this May.

Aside from being college budget-friendly at around $12.99 for a bottle or $14.99 for a four pack of cans, the label is also ridiculously Instagram-friendly. (And let's be honest, that's reason enough for me to get myself a bottle; sorry not sorry.)

I mean seriously, it's so pretty:

That pink color! The cute, minimalist label! So basically, yes, this is *absolutely* something I need in my life. Gimme.

Beyoncé Ordering at a Restaurant Is About to Become Your New Favorite Meme

Guys, the Internet has done it again, and your new favorite meme is here - and the best part is, it results from a photo that's proof that Beyoncé is in fact, a normal human.

After attending a friend's private birthday dinner in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Queen Bey posted a few snaps from her night to Insta (as she does, because we all love pictures of Beyoncé). As usual, she looked amazing in a plunging red dress that showed off her baby bump, and some seriously sparkly earrings. Anyways, one of the candid photos from the night showed her placing her food order - you know, as normal humans do. *Gasp* It's shocking, I know.

However, that's not even the best part of the photo - the Internet decided to turn it into a meme, and hilarity ensued. Of course, all Beyoncé has to do is go out to dinner in order to become an Internet sensation.

"I actually invented lemonade so it should be free." I absolutely cannot stop laughing.

Joe Biden Had Some *Thoughts* for College Guys About Consent and Sexual Assault

Now that he's no longer the Vice President of the United States (and especially during Sexual Assault Awareness Month), Joe Biden has been devoting his time to he and former-POTUS Barack Obama's campaign, It's On Us.

On Wednesday, Biden stopped by George Mason University in Virginia to speak about sexual assault awareness, the Huffington Post reports. He was also joined by 13 Reasons Why actress Alisha Boe, whose character Jessica in the Netflix series is raped while unconscious after having too much to drink. Before Biden took the stage, Boe spoke about how playing her character has allowed her to understand what real-life survivors go through.

"We want the survivors in the room today to know that your voice matters, your story is important and your truth is real,” Boe said. “You are never, ever, ever alone.”

When it was Biden's turn to address the students, he had some powerful words for college men especially - and his point-blank attitude earned him plenty of applause from the crowd. (And also from me while watching the video of his speech if we're being honest.)

"Change the culture. You can do it," he said. "Guys: a woman who’s dead drunk cannot consent. You are raping her. You are raping her if she cannot say 'It’s okay.'"

THIS. This is exactly how we need to be talking about rape and sexual assault, especially on college campuses where alcohol is more often than not a factor that we need to acknowledge. When over 20% of female undergraduates report experiencing sexual assault on campus, something needs to change - and it requires the commitment of both genders.

Bella Thorne Snapchatted Her First Bikini Wax & Girl, Same

When it comes to hair removal down there, you only have a few options - and neither of them are great. Sure you can shave pain-free, but it definitely grows back faster. Then there's also waxing, but we all know what the downside of that option is - and apparently, Bella Thorne does now too.

The actress recently went in for her first bikini wax on Tuesday, and she decided to Snapchat the whole thing. In case you couldn't have guessed, the resulting videos make it very clear that she was not a fan of the experience. (Girl, same.)

In the video, she starts off filming her face as one of the first few strips of wax is removed. Her almost-expletive as she yells, "Oh mother-!" is basically all of us, let's be real. She later hands her phone off to her friend (since it's always good to bring along moral support) who kindly draws some red lines over her friend's lower half and films the rest of Bella's pain - because what are friends for, am I right?

While basically any form of bikini wax is never fun, it at least doesn't look like poor Bella opted for the full Brazilian for the first time, as the waxer can be heard saying to Bella and gesturing to her friend, "And you are not even getting what she's getting," which is of course met with insane laughter from the both of them.

Hey, at least Bella was able to smile and laugh through the pain?

19 Signs Your Friend Group is Actually More Like a Family

Friends: those crazy people you can't help but love so much. You started as strangers, became acquainted, started hanging out and––BOOM––somewhere along the way, you became completely inseparable. You have no blood connection, yet your besties can (and often do) start to feel like family members more than some of your actual family members. How does this happen? We aren't sure either, but that's what makes our relationship with these people all the more special. Read below for the 19 signs that your friend group is way more like a family than anything else:

You have seen each other in every shape and form

It goes without saying that no judgment is passed.

There are honestly no boundaries between you all

You don't mind telling someone in your crew when they are absolutely out of place.

You've had several co-ed sleepovers

All of which have stayed PG.

You know you can count on them for literally anything

Emergency? They will come running. Chick Fil A? They are with you at the drive-through.

People are jealous of the bond you all share

You frequently hear, "Damn, you guys have an awesome friend group!" But it isn't anything new.

You can't think of life before them

"Guys, do you ever just think about how at one point we weren't even friends?"

Half of you have probably fallen in love with each other

Can't say we didn't see that one coming.

You know (and accept) each other's weird tendencies

One of you loves to take selfies. One of you loves to read. One of you loves to get super f*cked up. It is what it is.

Time and distance can't break your bond

Life may pull you apart, but you know that you have found something irreplaceable with each other.

Obviously, there is a group chat

It is an essential part of every tight-knit unit.

Sometimes, they know you better than you know yourself

They never hesitate to give you the advice you need to hear!

You have slang terms that only your group would understand

Real or made up, these words have a special meaning to only your squad.

You laugh at the days when your friendship began

And just how awkward you were around each other.

It feels f*cking weird to hang out with other people

"Wait, you guys actually aren't hanging out with me tonight?"

You feel protective over one another

Warning to all PSOs (Potential Significant Others): Meeting the friends can be a lot more terrifying than meeting the family.

When two of you fight, everyone else intervenes

Or becomes Switzerland... it can go both ways.

Their families have become your extended families

The love just keeps growing and growing!

Reminiscing is one of your favorite things

Because your memories are f*cking awesome.

You've never knew platonic love could be so strong

It honestly freaks you out how much you care for these people.

Kelleigh Bannen Talks 'Church Clothes'& Why She Admires the Women of Little Big Town

In the country music world, Kelleigh Bannen is one of many female vocalists and songwriters making an impact on the genre. Following the release of her 2016 EP Cheap Sunglasses, the Nashville native is back with "Church Clothes," a beautiful, genuine track that speaks volumes about dropping façades and the masks we present to others. Through her music, Kelleigh's proving that it's completely acceptable to let your vulnerabilities show. Speaking to HC, Kelleigh shared her thoughts on the female artists that have influenced her music and what "Church Clothes" means to her.

Kelleigh was born and raised in Nashville, TN—also known as "Music City." Growing up in a city that's known for the music it generates, Kelleigh had an abundance of exposure to how the entertainment business operates.

"I think that being a native, you just see that a lot of people can't make it work," she explains. "You see that it really doesn't have anything to do with talent sometimes."

Despite having talent and being willing to work hard, Kelleigh was aware of the fact that there are so many other components that play a role in succeeding as a musician. Because of this, she waited until she was certain of her career choice before making a commitment. "It wasn't until after college when I really started writing and performing," Kelleigh says.

Kelleigh’s favorite artists include some of country's most popular women, like Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert and the Dixie Chicks—but she also loves a great Garth Brooks track. Such artists are inspirational because of their distinct voices and impressive songwriting. "I really admire Little Big Town, both Karen [Fairchild] and Kimberly [Schlapman]," she says. "I think they both have really unique sounds as singers and they do really unique things with their voices, like the stories that they tell and the songs they sing."

Kelleigh first caught the attention of country music fans with her 2013 track "Famous." Last year, she released her Cheap Sunglasses EP, filled with upbeat, catchy tracks that are absolutely necessary for the ultimate summer playlist.

Her most recent song, "Church Clothes," takes on a different tone than her summer EP. The song describes a couple that attends church services and keeps up appearances, but at home, they couldn't be further apart.

Lyrics like "We walk in and head to the same pew / And hold hands, just like we're supposed to / But last night you slept on the sofa / And these days I don't even know ya / We fight like hell but nobody knows / When we're wearing our church clothes" highlight the masks that people put on for others, pretending as though everything is all right.

The song is heartbreaking and vulnerable, and whether or not you relate to the couple described in "Church Clothes," the broader idea is that we all are guilty of putting on a façade at some point—and this track is SO relatable.

Kelleigh realized just how much this song resonated with listeners when she received an overflow of feedback.

"The reaction from fans to 'Church Clothes,' just to see that people care about the song, has been really overwhelming and encouraging to me—especially as an artist," Kelleigh shared. "As an artist, I’m trying to figure out how to make it work, continue putting music out and grow on what I'm doing."

"People were finding it really inspiring, like, 'Oh my gosh, that happened to me, too,' or, 'I can relate,' Kelleigh adds. "It's a way to build a community and help start conversations."

In an effort to spark discussions, Kelleigh often writes blog posts and creates podcasts that give fans a more in-depth glimpse into her life and career. Her articles and podcast series—This Nashville Life—have explored every facet of the industry, from how a song makes its way to radio to how co-writing and publishing work. The result is a unique perspective, straight from an artist currently navigating country music.

"I think what's special about country music is that the fans really do care about more than just the music," Kelleigh says. "They want to know about your life. It's more of a lifestyle genre. The idea behind the blogs and the podcasts is to invite them in."

For the remainder of the year, Kelleigh hopes to release more music (fingers crossed for an EP or album in the near future!). To hold you over until that happens, Kelleigh will be hitting the road this summer, belting out "Church Clothes" and her other tracks at music festivals across the country.

"There's something about live shows that makes you feel really connected to the audience, even though you may not be able to see the faces of everyone."

To keep up with Kelleigh's journey, be sure to follow her on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook!

Trump Is Surprised That It's Really, Really Hard to Be President

In an interview with Reuters released Friday, President Donald Trump admitted, "I loved my previous life. I had so many things going. This is more work than in my previous life. I thought it would be easier."

It's unclear why Trump thought being president of the United States would be even close to anyone's idea of "easier," but the difficulty level isn't the only part of the job he's still adjusting to. For one thing, he has even less privacy now than he did as a celebrity businessman. He's also still trying to get used to having Secret Service around at all times, saying "You have such massive protection that you really can't go anywhere." He also misses being able to drive himself around.

When discussing China's President Xi during the interview, Trump suddenly changed topics by handing out a map of the states he won in the election to the three Reuters reporters in the room.

Trump also said he will "absolutely" attend the White House Correspondents' Dinner next year, even though he's skipping it this year because he feels the media has been unfair to him. We'll see about that.

Grey's Anatomy's Maggie Shouldn't Be THAT Upset at Meredith for Coupling Up with Riggs

During Thursday night's episode of Grey's Anatomy, Maggie finally found out about Meredith and Riggs, and needless to say, she was pretty upset. I can totally understand. If I liked a guy and weeks later I find out my sister had been seeing him behind my back, I would be pretty upset too. But at the same time, Maggie really shouldn't be THAT upset—she had her chance to try things with Riggs and he rejected her, which should have been her first clue.

I'm not saying that Maggie doesn't have a right to be upset. She does. I'm saying Maggie shouldn't be as upset as she is. She should be happy for her sister; Meredith's finally dating again and giving other men a chance after Derek.

Also, Meredith was going to tell Maggie about her relationship with Riggs a while ago, but Maggie's mother died. Of course Meredith didn't tell her then. And before then, Meredith wasn't even sure she wanted something with Riggs, so that's why she didn't say anything.

I can't wait to see Meredith and Riggs' relationship develop throughout the rest of this season. Shonda always has tricks up her sleeve, so we can't even be sure that Meredith and Riggs will work out. Who knows, maybe Riggs and Maggie will end up together after all.

Fyre Festival, the Luxury Music Festival Promoted by Kendall Jenner, Turned Out to Be a Total Disaster

Fyre Festival is a disaster, and the people who paid thousands of dollars to attend are, understandably, pissed.

The luxury music, art and food festival was supposed to take place in the Bahamas this weekend and next weekend. It was partially organized by Ja Rule and has been hyped up by celebrities like Kendall Jenner, and guests could pay anywhere from $500 to $250,000 for passes of different levels. But when the festival was actually supposed to start, total chaos ensued, as BuzzFeed News reports. In the first sign of disaster, headliner Blink-182 pulled out of the festival on Thursday afternoon.

Some people were flown to the festival location on Thursday, but by Friday morning, Fyre Festival had announced that no other groups would be flown in. “Due to circumstances beyond our control, to alleviate logistical challenges, all inbound charter flights to the Exumas have been cancelled,” the update read. “Your ticket and any funds uploaded to your RFID band will be refunded.”

For those who were already on the island, the event didn’t exactly live up to its hype.

CNN reports festival-goers went in expecting a weekend of great music, models in bikinis, and even private jets and yachts as transportation. What they got instead were half-built tents, minimal food and mass confusion.

William Finley from North Carolina and his three friends spent $8,000 to attend the festival, but arrived only to be disappointed and sent back.

"We just realized it was all a complete disaster and nothing was ready," Finley told CNN. "There was no organization, there was no leadership. ...It was horrible, (like) summer camp. Everything about it was a sham."

The festival's website is now devoid of any information other than an apology for its failure.

Now, people are taking to Twitter to drag Ja Rule on his failed event.

The man himself is nowhere to be found, but some Twitter users have an idea of what Ja Rule is up to while he's in hiding.

No need to feel FOMO for this particular event.

5 Things I Learned in High School that Prepared Me for College

$

For most people––including myself––there were so many moments in high school that felt completely useless to my future. Algebra? No thank you. But now, as a current sophomore in college, there are a few things that happened in high school that prepared me for life at college––even if I definitely did not realize it at the time.

1. It’s okay to be alone

When you are in high school, you are constantly surrounded by people all the time during the day. But for most of you, you went to school and then at the end of the day you went home without your friends. This meant that you got pretty used to spending even just a few minutes by yourself and embracing that.

When you get to college, it is pretty likely that you will have roommates (especially your first year). High school really taught me to take advantage of those moments of peace and quiet. This independence is super important in college. Personally, in college, I was already prepared for an independent lifestyle because of high school. So, whether it means going on spring break or even just grabbing coffee alone, because of high school, I can be independent with no worries.

Sarah, a sophomore at Cornell University, agrees that high school taught her the importance of spending some time alone. “I was always super busy during the day and weekends with sports and clubs so when I got stressed out, I would go for a walk with my dog or just watch some TV," she says. "I realized that I needed alone time to decompress after a long week of socializing and when I got to college, I was easily able to find that again.” Sarah has the right idea!

2. Slow and steady wins the race

There are always going to be people in life who move at a faster pace than you do. For example, someone may get a better grade on a test than you and you find yourself comparing yourself to them––it all goes downhill from there.

“Slow and steady wins the race,” says Alexa, a senior at Mount Holyoke College. “Don't compare yourself to your friends because everyone moves at a different pace and will go in different directions. If you have to be a late bloomer, so be it, it'll pay off if you take your time—that goes for schoolwork, extracurricular, careers, relationships, everything.” Focus on yourself, because you are most important.

One of the biggest moments in a high school student’s life is when they find out where they are going to college. But, if you spend too much time looking at those around you and wondering why you didn’t get into that school that your friend did, you are going to waste a lot of time that could be spent developing your own skills and talents. College is all about individual growth and while competition is important, no good comes from dwelling too much on that.

3. Go with the flow

For me, high school was anything but organized. I was always running late because of car pools, joining new clubs and dealing with last minute plans and it stressed me out. However, looking back at it, the chaos of the drama, the grades (and everything else), all prepared me for the life of being a college student.

Bad days may have felt awful at the time, but now you must be so glad that you experienced them. Rachel, a junior at James Madison University, agrees. She says, “In high school, I learned that things aren't always going to go your way, and that's okay! Life is all about going with the flow, and that's [especially] important in college.” Things may not always go according to plan and the better you are with dealing with those kinds of situations, the happier you will be.

4. Be tough

Do you remember ever having a terrible day where someone upset you and you went home and got a nice pep talk from your mom? She would say things like, “Ten years from now those people aren’t going to matter.” Well, she was right.

Looking back at high school, everyone went through a bit of a tough time at some point, even if they didn’t show it. The bullying, the teasing and the being pushed down helped each of us grow up and prepare for the real world. Sydnee, a first-year graduate student at Florida Atlantic University, thinks the same. She says, “High school was more about growing up (maturing emotionally and mentally) than it was about college-prep academics.” Yes, the social studies and math classes were fundamental in preparing you for the life of college academics, but the bigger lessons were learned in the hallways. People can be mean, but as long as you hold your head up and remember that things will get better, everything is going to be okay.

5. Prepare for the worst but hope for the best

When I was a little kid I always saw the big kids, a.k.a. college students, at the local Jewish community center talking about how stressed out they were from school. Whenever I would wait until last minute to study for an exam, my parents always warned me that my “kind of work ethic" wasn’t going to fly in college. My parents' goal was not to scare me (I hope), but it was to make sure I knew that college was going to be harder than high school.

Olivia, a senior at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, says, “I feel like [high school] teachers always said that you couldn't get away with things in college that you could in high school, even for silly things like not stapling your essay.” Olivia explains how the teachers made college seem a lot more daunting than it actually was, just as my parents did.

However, Olivia does have one piece of advice for high school students. “I would tell current high schoolers not to stress over it, because you get used to college pretty quickly,” she says. By having some of our teachers tell us that college would be WAY worse than it actually is, most of us were slightly surprised with how college actually turned out. By preparing for the worst––a.k.a. 10 hours of homework a night––when you find out it actually is not that bad, I bet you will thank your teachers back home.

Although most people don’t use Beowulf or have to say all the states capitals on a day-to-day basis, there are some things all collegiettes definitely took away from high school. The experiences, the friendships, the growing up, all of it allowed us to become the students we are today, wherever we are. So, even if you look back at those four years of your life and wonder when you are ever going to need to use the Pythagorean theorem, try and remember all of the other important things that you learned instead. It will make your high school experience seem a lot more valuable than you may have originally thought.

This Throwback Clip of Victoria Justice Throwing Shade at Ariana Grande Was Born to Be a Meme

Let’s rewind to a few years ago when Victoria Justice and Ariana Grande were costars on Victorious. After the show ended in 2013, Ariana said she was “bullied” by a fellow cast member, rumored to be Victoria. A throwback clip that’s been circulating proves there might be truth to that.

In the clip, Elizabeth Gillies, another Victorious cast member, applauds Grande’s quality singing skills (foreshadowing much?). Ariana of course accepts the compliment by smiling while Victoria remains quiet. But her expression suggests she's actually fuming, and she eventually exclaims, “I think we all sing.” Pure shade at its finest.

As expected, the clip has inspired a viral meme, and the posts are making us LOL.

This Woman Got Third-Degree Burns When She Tanned After Using Essential Oils

Using essential oils regularly can help with everything from relaxation to sleeplessness. But one woman's horrifying experience demonstrates the dangers of using these products along with heat. Like most people, Elise did not read the fine print on the bottle and later paid the price—when she suffered second- and third-degree burns.

According to PopSugar, Nguyen put essential oils on her neck right before a tanning bed session. Within a few days, she'd developed severe, painful burns that have now persisted for months. PopSugar explains that this is likely due to a chemical reaction between the oils and the UV rays from the tanning bed. While Nguyen later noticed a small warning on her essential oils about staying out of the sun after using them, she had never really paid attention to it before she had a problem.

Nguyen posted pictures of the burns on Facebook in order to spread awareness and ensure that no one else has to go through what she did. "As summer is getting closer, and the weather is getting nicer I just want everyone to be aware of this. Please, please read the bottles of anything you put on your skin. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. It's been hell," she wrote in her post.

It's comon to forget to read the fine print on our beauty products, but those warnings are there for a reason! Essential oils are a wonderful way to relax and unwind after a stressful day, but now we know to be extra careful to make sure we're using them (and any other product) safely.

There's a 50,000-Person Waitlist for This Shimmer Body Scrub, & It's Not Even Out Yet

Didn't get enough of Starbucks' amazing Unicorn Frappuccino? Australian skincare company Frank Body is releasing a shimmer scrub that is basically a unicorn body scrub because it's so glitter-infused. But much like the limited-edition Unicorn Frap, this scrub is one hot commodity. It already has 50,000 people on the waitlist to buy it even though it doesn't come out until May 1.

This shimmer scrub is basically like Coachella and the tooth fairy wrapped into one. Sold in a #trendy holographic container, the scrub is made from salt, sugar, coffee beans, grapeseed oil, vitamin e oils and the magical ingredient, mica. The sheet mineral mica leaves behind small pieces that are somewhat shimmery; Frank Body calls it "the closest thing to glow dust."

"Shimmer Scrub" retails for $19.95 alongside the brand's other body scrubs, like its coconut or cacao coffee scrubs. But of course, this one is receiving a lot of attention from young fashionistas because it's just so ~in~. All you do is rub on the scrub and rinse it off to exfoliate. How much of the glitter is left behind? We'll have to get our hands on it to test it out, but Allure reports that the mica causes your skin to actually glow, "but not in a scary, glittery way. It produced more of a subtle, dewy sheen, kind of like a dry body oil: more radiant and less disco ball." According to Allure, it creates a super-moisturized feel and did leave the skin glowing even after removal.

Basically this stuff is actually good for your skin and looks as radiant as a unicorn. Unfortunately, it's also as elusive as one. But you know what they say—throw shimmer, not shade.

5 Ways to Style Your Leather Jacket

We all have a leather jacket sitting in our closet somewhere, and if you’re anything like me, it’s been abandoned for a while. However, although a nice leather or faux leather jacket is a basic for most girls, there are still plenty of ways to make it your own. It’s time to give new life to your leather jacket.

1. Denim and leather: a match made in heaven

Denim and leather are the ultimate dynamic duo. Demin brings a cool, fresh feel to the edgy punch of a leather jacket. Pairing denim, such as a chambray shirt, under your leather jacket brings something light to the look and can be personalized with your favorite denim wash. This look is perfect for running your daily errands, but you could also tuck your denim into a mini skirt for the perfect night out.

2. Graphically chic

Everyone loves a graphic tee, including our favorite celebs such as Kendall Jenner and her older sis Kim Kardashian. These edgy tees go perfectly with any leather jacket, creating a look no one will want to mess with. Adding a messy pony to the equation only make this look more badass.

3. Patch it up

Adding personalized pins and patches to your leather jacket is the perfect way to make it not-so-basic anymore. After all, no one wants to have the same style as everyone else. Patches and pins can be purchased at craft stores and are a super easy way to put more you into your style.

4. Say what you want

Much like pins and patches, texts and quotes are another easy way to personalize your leather jacket. Pick your favorite quote, line, word or letter and add it to your jacket wherever you like. This way, you have a chic piece that can’t be bought in the store and is uniquely yours. You can iron on the lettering just as you would for a patch.

5. Leather and lace

Leather and lace: a classic duo. It makes the most sense to pair leather with lace since leather can be heavy and hot and lace is light and breezy. It’s no wonder the two have been paired for so long. However, you can bring originality to this combo by trying a lace bodysuit or lingerie piece (if you’re feeling frisky), and the end look is as fierce as can be, perfect for a night out with the girls or a on a date.

7 Things to Do If You Don’t Have Summer Plans

Having a wide-open summer can be a bit of a bummer—but it can also be a blessing! Don’t fret about not having a booked and busy few months because there are tons of ways to spend your free time. We got the lowdown from collegiettes on how they’ve spent past summers so you can start making plans!

1. Travel

Who doesn’t want to take a dream Eurotrip or the classic American road trip? If you’ve had traveling on your mind, a plan-free summer is the perfect time to go through with it. Take advantage of your free time and book that hotel, buy those flights or pack up the car for the trip of a lifetime.

Rachael McCulloch, a third-year student at Carleton University, spent last summer on a French exchange program in Quebec. While she was a bit hesitant at first, she decided to give it a try. “I wanted the opportunity to travel while still earning course credits, and I'm so glad I did!” says Rachael. “The trip was a much-needed step outside of my hometown and comfort zone. I definitely recommend combining travel with learning for anyone who has the chance!"

Chelsea Schroeder, a freshman at Bowling Green State University, also recommends spending the summer traveling—but it doesn’t necessarily have to be a long trip. “I would definitely say just go [on] small, spontaneous road trips a few hours away,” says Chelsea. “It's the most fun when you have no idea what your exact plans are!”

Whether you plan a long, faraway journey or a simple, spontaneous trip, summer can be the perfect time to set out and explore. If you have a few weeks (or even a few days), consider spending your free time exploring a new place!

2. Learn something new

Whether you take a class at the local community college, sign up to barista at your favorite coffee shop or just stay in and finally teach yourself how to French braid, that chunk of free time this summer can be a great opportunity to learn something new. We know that summer is probably your sacred time away from school, but there’s so much more you can learn outside of your university.

“The summer before I went abroad, I brushed up on my Spanish,” says Alex Watson, a senior at New York University. “When I came home from my summer job, I’d use Rosetta Stone and an app called Duolingo to practice my speaking. It was a great use of my free time and it really came in handy when I was abroad.”

If you’ve always wanted to learn about a certain subject or specific skill, take advantage of these next few months to do so! Sign up for a class, download an app or reach out to someone in your industry and pick up a few new skills this summer.

3. Volunteer

If you’ve ever wanted to contribute to an organization you love but haven’t had the time, now’s your chance! Consider using your freedom this summer to volunteer at an organization near you. Think about helping out at your local Humane Society, lending a hand at a soup kitchen or volunteering during a race that donates to a cause you’re interested in.

If you’re thinking about volunteering but don’t know where to start, consider using a resource like VolunteerMatch. You can plug in where you are and what interests you, and the site will generate opportunities near you. Time to get volunteering!

4. Try something you’ve always wanted to

Summer is a time to be spontaneous, so why not try something you’ve always wanted to? If you’ve been longing to try something out or cross something off your bucket list, maybe now is your chance!

Olivia Shaw, a senior at UNC Greensboro, finally decided to get a tattoo last summer. “I'd been wanting to get a dove tattoo on my forearm for three years, and I finally just walked into a tattoo parlor and did it one day,” she says. “I was nervous, but it felt so amazing to check something off my bucket list! I think summer is the perfect time to gather your courage and do something you've wanted to do for a while. It definitely makes your summer more memorable.”

If there’s something on your bucket list that has been on there for a while, maybe it’s about time to check it off! If you’ve always wanted to get into photography, buy a camera. Always wanted to get your first aid certification? Take a class. Take advantage of this time and do something you’ve been considering for a while.

5. Catch up on reading

Many of us collegiettes wish we had the time for some pleasure reading, but let’s be honest—we’d rather spend it on Netflix. If you’ve got a few free months this summer, consider spending some of it catching up on your reading list.

“As a grad student, I have A LOT of assigned readings and, sometimes, the best I can do is skim the not-so-urgent ones,” says Sydnee Lyons, a first-year graduate student at Florida Atlantic University. “So, I like to keep a running list of the readings that looked really interesting to me but that I didn't get to spend enough time with and go back to them during the summer months off—at my own pace and at the beach,” she says.

Whether it’s for fun or for work, think about spending your extra time catching up on the reading you’ve let build up over the past year or so. We’re all guilty of putting it off, so summer is the perfect time to play catch up!

6. Take up a new job or internship

If you’ve spent past summers relaxing on the beach and soaking up the glory of three months with no responsibilities, it can be hard to bring yourself to get a job instead. But summer is an awesome time of year to try out a new job and boost your resume.

“The summer between my sophomore and junior year, I decided to stay in the city and try a new internship,” says Alex. “Normally I’d go home for the summer, and usually I’m too busy during the school year to do an internship, so it turned out to be the perfect opportunity. It was great to learn more about my field, make a little money, and avoid the boredom of home!”

If you lack the time for a job or internship during the semester, consider using your summer to take one on. Learn something new about your field, make a little money and get a new experience!

7. Stay at school

Sure, summer and school don’t mix well in our minds—but why not?

Spending your summer on campus means many opportunities and benefits. Many college campuses transform for the summer. For example, Harvard, American University and Boston University—among many other schools—offer programs for high school students. So if you’re looking to make a little money and stay on campus, consider signing up to supervise! Check out what your school does during the summer and see if you can get involved.

Moreover, summertime can be a great opportunity to catch up on classes and get ahead in your academic career. Oftentimes, colleges offer a different curriculum during the summer, so see if there are any classes you’re interested in taking. And if you’re looking to get ahead or graduate early, see what requirements you can knock off your plate!

While you may have booked your past summers with plans to the brim, it’s not so bad to have a completely plan-free summer once in a while. A free summer gives you the time to try new things, explore and relax. If you’re trying to fill up your summer months, consider taking these collegiettes’ advice!
