When you're in college, reading for pleasure isn't something you get to do often—instead, you're faced with page after page of textbooks you have no interest in reading. But Emma Watson is giving us a reason to make time for books that have nothing to do with school. The actress has launched her very own book club—which Taylor Swift and J.K. Rowling are a part of—and we are all invited to join, too.

The equality-themed book club, officially dubbed "Our Shared Shelf," reflects Emma's priorities of feminism and the different stories it tells. In a statement she posted to the site, she says, "I've been discovering so much that, at times, I've felt like my head was about to explode… I decided to start a Feminist book club, as I want to share what I'm learning and hear your thoughts too." Every month, Emma will post a new book, which you'll have the chance to discuss with her during the last week of each month. The first novel is My Life on the Road by Gloria Steinem—who is also choosing to participate.

What other incentive do we need to start reading?
