Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth cannot get any cuter, y’all. Miley just dropped her new single, “Malibu,” and the song's cover art not only shows off her gorgeous engagement ring, but the photo was also taken by none other than her total hunk of a fiancé, Liam Hemsworth. Now that’s ~adorable~.
The choice of photographer makes total sense since the song is about Miley's future hubby and named after the town they live in. Cyrus recently told Billboard why she dedicated the tune to Hemsworth. “They’re going to talk about me if I come out of a restaurant with Liam. So why not put the power back in my relationship and say, ‘This is how I feel?’” How precious is that?
With the release of "Malibu" also came a music video, showing Miley smiling and running on the beach, by a waterfall and in open fields of grass. It's nice to see Miley so happy.
Though Miley and Liam took a break and called off their wedding in 2013, it sounds like they’re doing better than ever now. “I needed to change so much,” Miley said. “And changing with someone else not changing like that is too hard. Suddenly you’re like, ‘I don’t recognize you anymore.’ We had to refall for each other.”
Well, thank God they did because my heart shattered the day they broke up. So happy for these lovebirds and Miley's new song.
