In an age of Photoshop and air brushing, seeing stretch marks in a famous rapper's music video is, well, refreshing. Kendrick Lamar dropped a new song and music video, "HUMBLE.", last night, and he raps about how he wants a natural woman (skip to 1:44 if you want to go directly there).
We see a woman bouncing between being made-up and looking natural while Lamar raps, "I'm so fuckin' sick and tired of the Photoshop/Show me somethin' natural like afro on Richard Pryor/Show me somethin' natural like ass with some stretch marks/Still will take you down right on your mama's couch in Polo socks, ayy."
Twitter loved these lyrics, and many people shared their positive reactions.
