Though there have been rumors for months, we finally know what Apple is doing differently with the iPhone 7 and 7 plus. The new features were announced Wednesday by Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO in the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco—and while some changes are super cool, one may make you consider if you really want to upgrade.
According to The Verge, the new iPhone 7 and 7 Plus is now water resistant (finally!), has a better camera, and doesn't have a headphone jack. For those wondering how you will be able to listen to music without your trusty headphones, Apple is planning on selling a headphone adapter for $9, which will be able to connect to the iPhone. They're also releasing wireless headphones that you won't even need a headphone jack for—but you might be losing them constantly.
The phones will also come in a cool new mirrored-black color, and will have a "revised" home button that will work a bit differently from your current phone and will vibrate. Though the newest iPhones are not available for purchase until Sept. 16, you can get your headstart and pre-order it starting on Friday.
