The Presenters At This Year’s Oscars Hint Toward A Much More Diverse & Inclusive Show Than In Years Past

The Academy has announced their first slate of presenters for the 2018 Oscars, and it looks like this year's award show is going to be unlike any other. The list features an inclusive selection of women and artists of various races and sexualities, Refinery29 reports, proving that Hollywood is responding to societal change.

The Oscars is celebrating its 90th year with a historic group of presenters. On the list is Daniela Vega, star of A Fantastic Woman, and the first openly transgender actress to bless the stage with a presentation. Other presenters include actors and actresses from primarily black films, like Oscar winner Mahershala Ali of Moonlight, breakout comedian Tiffany Haddish of Girl's Trip, and new face Chadwick Boseman of Black Panther.

“Whether returning to the Oscars stage, or gracing it for the first time, each of these artists bring their own distinguishing and energetic appeal,” said Producers Michael De Luca and Jennifer Todd during the announcement. “Their contributions will make for an unforgettable evening.”

The list also features a bevy of celebrity women, including activists Emma Stone, Laura Dern, Jennifer Garner and Viola Davis. All actresses have spoken out in support of the #MeToo Movement, encouraging the Time's Up initiative and promoting female empowerment throughout the entertainment industry. These movements, in addition to the #OscarsSoWhite hashtag, definitely played a part in the creation of such an inclusive list. The world is speaking up about inequality and lack of representation in Hollywood, and, thankfully, the Academy seems to be listening.

The remainder of presenters are Kumail Nanjiani, Greta Gerwig and Tom Holland. Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the Oscars will air Sunday, March 4th, on ABC.

The 3 Stages of Sex That All Shy Girls Dread (& How to Deal)

$

If you’re a hesitant, nervous person, the thought of having to undress and be sexy in front of another person can be downright terrifying. The pressure is most definitely on. Not only is there pressure to pleasure someone else, but the pressure of looking good and being good can be daunting as hell. Whether you’re nervous about looking silly in bed, or you’re afraid of rejection, we hear you. If you relate to these stages below, continue reading to learn how to overcome these insecurities, and gain control of your sex life.

1. The initiation

While things seem to be heating up, you can’t help but be nervous in wondering if your partner wants to take things to the next level. Should you make the first move? Should they? Or are they not ready? Are you even ready? Your hesitancy could also be taken as a sign that you don’t want to have sex, or you’re unsure of being with that person at all. In these moments, you wish you could just know what you want and take action, and we’re sure your partner would too.

“It’s so hard to tell whether someone wants you to make the first move or not,” says Sarah*, a freshman at Lehigh University. You don’t want them to judge you for whether or not you’re ready.”

The first step to overcoming this shyness is to be with someone you are comfortable with. If someone is pressuring you into doing something you do not want to do, then this is not the right person to be sleeping with. This person should also be willing to hear your concerns about your sex life so that you can both move on without the nervousness.

Try to remind yourself that there is a reason you have made it this far with this person. If you are in the position of deciding whether or not you want to sleep with someone, your partner is making that same decision as well. It’s scary for both parties! If you do need some reassurance, however, verbally ask them if they want to have sex! It’s not as scary as it seems and if your partner is as into you as you are to them; they will be happy you spoke up.

2. The pressure to pleasure/be pleasured

Eventually, your body language says what you truly want. However, you can’t help those intrusive thoughts. Your nerves are on edge. Are they enjoying themselves? Are you enjoying yourself? Are you allowed to ask to mix things up and change positions? You’re too nervous for their response, and as a result, you rarely speak up. You may even be afraid to express yourself, and as a result, you’re focused more on your insecurities than the naked person in front of you. Marty Klein, a sex therapist and author of Sexual Intelligence, says, “Sex isn’t about what bodies do – it’s about how people feel. So do sexual things that will make you feel the way you want to feel – close, graceful, naughty or safe – not what you think 'real sex' or 'normal sex' or 'cool sex' involves."

Communication does not need to stop once the sex begins. Meaning, you’re allowed to speak up and ask for something in bed. Sex is a two-person activity that should result in both parties giving and receiving. You are not a selfish or bad person for wanting to feel good. Do not be shamed by your sexuality. Pro tip: You can definitely tell what kind of person your partner is by their response to your sexual requests.

And if you’re unsure of what you want in bed, tell your partner this as well. It’s okay to take things slow to ultimately understand what feels good and what doesn’t. You and your partner can explore together. Sometimes because of someone’s cultural background or societal expectations, they feel ashamed to talk about sex openly. Understand that sex does not come easily for everyone, and that is perfectly normal. The bedroom should be and remain a judgment free zone.

3. The Awkward Pillow Talk

If you haven’t slept with this person before, you could be nervous for the awkward encounters after the actual act. Whether or not this is a first-time hookup or a start of a relationship, shy people are always nervous of what is expected after sexy time. If this is just a hookup, you’re wondering if you/they can spend the night. All the logistics of the time you’ve spent together begin settling into your mind. “What did that hookup mean to them?” You start wondering if the sex was as good for them as it was for you. If anything, the aftermath of the intimate time can be the most challenging for shy girls who are not sure of where they stand with the other person.

Jessica*, a freshman at Lehigh University, says, “This part of hookups is my least favorite in college because it means something different depending on the guy. It’s hard to tell whether a guy genuinely likes you or just your body. Worrying definitely takes away from the experience.”

As far as enjoying your sexy time goes, a rule of thumb is to feel more and worry less. The more you limit intrusive thoughts and consider your sensations, the more you’ll enjoy yourself. Whether that means it’s an intimate act, a fun pleasurable time, or both, that is entirely up to you and your partner. The only way to definitely know what your partner is thinking is to — brace yourself — ask your partner. Without verbal communication, your guess is as good as mine as to what your sexy time means. After all, sex is what you make it. Good luck!

'Black Panther' Shattered Box Office Records & The Myth That Minority-Led Movies Aren't 'Financially Viable'

After its opening weekend in theaters, Black Panther has absolutely destroyed box office records, making history in Hollywood. The movie grossed enough money to be the second-biggest Sunday in theaters, close behind Star Wars'The Force Awakens record of $60.6 million with $60.1 million. This record is one of the many the movie achieved in its first weekend.

To name them all, Black Panther grossed $201.8 million over 3 days, making it the fifth-best 3-day opening weekend in the box office. The movie also made best February opening weekend of all time and is estimated to make over $235 million over the rest of the four-day weekend, which could land the movie more achievements. Black Panther also brought in $169 million overseas across 48 markets. These numbers are insane and it's only a small part of them all.

Additionally, the movie made history for Ryan Coogler, the 31-year old director who landed the biggest opening by an African-American director after the film's opening. The film also scored an A+ on CinemaScore and a 97 on Rotten Tomatoes, which is the highest score received by a superhero film. Both sites are pretty stubborn with reviews, so these scores are a big deal.

With all of these record comes more meaning behind the film due to its cast being entirely people of color, along with the director being African-American, too. The history it's made so far is only the beginning, as the movie is expected to continue grossing millions over the next few weekends.

The records are not only historic for the money, but for people of color entirely. The Ringer reported that Black Panther defied the myths that movies led by people of color don't gain traction or funds in theaters. The report included a study on films with POC to back the point. Overall, the movie is taking over Hollywood right now with no signs of slowing down. I think it's safe to say Black Panther will be in theaters for awhile, so grab your ticket now to see what you're missing.

Chrissy Teigen Revealed Her Baby's Due Date & Joked About Possible Names, Including 'Dick Legend,' LOL

On Monday, Chrissy Teigen, who is expecting her second child with husband John Legend, revealed her due date on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Teigen announced on the show, “I’m having a baby boy in the spring. I’ll tell you — it’s June!”

Surprisingly, the two still haven't come up with a name. “Boy names are really tough and I don’t think he will even have a middle name because we can’t even come up with a first name,” the Lip Sync Battle host said.

As for the couple's 22-month-old, Luna, Teigen explains that they came up with her name during a beautiful night. “There was a blood moon happening. Really big, red moon and just gorgeous,” Teigen said. “I have this love for space and I think about space camp all the time and my days at space camp when I was a youngster. And so I thought Luna was just perfect and she’s kind of the perfect Luna.”

“What about ‘Lunar’ for him?” jokes DeGeneres. “What about ‘Urban?’ Urban Legend."

“I’ve been toying with Dick Legend a lot … Richard Legend,” laughs Teigen. “Everyone’s like, ‘Why don’t you do the J.J. thing, John Jr.?’ But John and his ego, he was like, ‘I don’t want him to feel like he has to live up to that.’"

“And I was like, ‘Wow, you are a jerk,’” Teigen joked. "'Sorry, heaven forbid he do what you do. So incredible.'"

Whatever they decide to name him, I am wishing them all the best with the upcoming birth of their second child!

Lionel Richie Thinks His Daughter's Relationship With Scott Disick Is 'Just A Phase'

It's been a few months shy of a year since 19-year-old Sofia Richie began dating Kourtney Kardashian's ex-Scott Disick, who is 34. Age is just a number, though, right? Sofia's father Lionel Richie thinks so, but in a different way.

When asked about his daughter and her relationship with Disick, he had quite the response. "She’s 19,” he said. “When you’re 19 you know everything. Is it going to be for life? I don’t know. But for right now it’s just a phase and I’m going to stand real still in the corner, get me a good drink and not make too much noise.” What a dad-like reply, am I right?

Though his answer implies he doesn't really like Scott, Lionel actually decided to stay neutral. "From what I met of him he’s a very nice guy,” he said. “When you hang around the reality world, who knows what you are really doing? This is a well-oiled machine, the Kardashian machine. I don’t really know what to think. I told Sofia I will have no opinion. I’ll continue to be my cheerful self and move on.” Hmm, that still sounds like he's not so sure, doesn't it?

I guess only time will tell when it comes to the progress Sofia and Scott's relationship will make and how papa Richie will feel. Until then, I'll be like her father, sitting in the corner with a nice drink and staying quiet.

Kendall Jenner Opened Up About Having Anxiety, Citing Stalkers, Kim's Robbery & Social Media

In Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, model Kendall Jenner got about her struggles with anxiety and hypochondria, saying she has experienced anxiety since she was a child.

"There’s a lot that happened this past year, starting with like, Kim’s robbery," Jenner said on the show. "Then I got robbed, and I had my stalkers. That’s why I don’t really like going out anymore. That’s why I don’t tweet, that’s why I don’t Instagram. That gives me anxiety, too. I swear, it’s the craziest thing."

There are numerous triggers for anxiety as well as methods to alleviating it, as it depends on the person struggling with it. As for Kendall, in the show, Kris Jenner explains her daughter's anxiety is at its worst during fashion week or when Kendall's traveling for work.

Fortunately, gearing up for Milan fashion week, Kendall found different ways to cope with her stress, like sound bathing, acupuncture and meditation, which she said has “helped in the past for sure.”

"Anxiety is all mental, so you have to try and find your ways around it," the model explained. "I try and maintain it, but sometimes it’s out of your control. But I think I’m very blessed to be in the situation I’m in, and every year that I do fashion months it gets a little bit easier. It’s really exciting. I still look forward to it every year."

I'm proud of Kendall Jenner for openly talking about her experience with anxiety. Whether you're a fan of the Kardashians or not, it's important to destroy the stigma surrounding mental health by being honest and open around this sort of subject.

We all want to be ethical when buying our clothes. It feels great to be helping the environment or supporting local businesses. However, a lot of ethical clothing brands are expensive and not within a college student’s budget. While we would love to buy clothes from the most ethical brands, we also would love to be able to eat. If you want to feel good about what you wear, but can’t afford to do so, consider these seven clothing brands that are both ethical and lower-priced.

1. Bluer Denim

Bluer Monday to you! #bluerdenim #selvedge #madeinamerica #indigo

A post shared by Bluer Denim (@bluerdenim) on

Bluer Denim is a clothing store selling, of course, denim. According to the website, the company began in 2013 and boasts “premium tailored denim that’s 100 percent transparently Made in America.” Bluer Denim is located in Oregon and its jeans are made in both North Carolina and California.

Besides the products being made in the United States, Bluer Denim also promotes sustainability. The company’s Facebook pageexplains its “Buy One, Give One” program. For every pair of jeans purchased, Bluer Denim offers to buy back a used pair for only $5 and deliver them to people in need. Bluer Denim reports that this program actually costs about 10 percent of revenue, but stress the importance of keeping it going.

Bluer Denim products start at $95.

2. Pact

The founder of Pact states on the website that his goal was to create the “comfiest clothes in the world without destroying the earth.” Pact sells mostly basics in women’s, men’s and kid’s sizes for relatively cheaper prices. The website explains that no toxic dyes or pesticides are used in the materials for the clothing, and Pact also partners with organizations that ensure the health and safety of workers and reduce environmental impact.

While Pact was founded in the United States, apparel is made overseas. The reasoning for this is explained in the website’s FAQ, which describes how 74 percent of organic cotton is from India, so it is “an opportunity to better the global community and make an impact on lives all over.” Pact is also sweatshop-free and child-labor-free.

T-shirts start at $16, while hoodies are $43 and leggings are $30.

3. Everlane

Girl gang approved. - New #CashmereAllDay is now live on the site. Link in bio.

A post shared by Everlane (@everlane) on

Everlane is more on the pricey side, but for good reason. The website refers to its movement as “Radical Transparency,” partnering with ethical factories around the world and only using the finest materials. What makes Everlane different from other brands is that the true costs of producing the garments are included on the website.

Everlane shows a breakdown of how much everything costs and compares prices. For example, the true cost to produce the cashmere crew is only $42. That price includes materials, labor, transport, duties and hardware. Besides that, Everlane also shows that other retailers charge around $210 for the product, while their cashmere crew is priced at only $100. Everlane explains that “we believe our customers have a right to know how much their clothes cost to make.”

Prices start at $16 for t-shirts, while cashmere sweaters are $100 and loafers are $165. Denim is also a new addition at $68 a pair

4. Accompany

Accompany’s mission is to create a new style culture, “where every purchase has a purpose.” The company refers to itself as artisan made, fair trade, and globally philanthropic. Accompany finds one-of-a-kind items to sell and also support local craftspeople. They bring the work to small towns and villages so people won’t have to find jobs in low-paying factories. Most products sold are handmade and show the cultural heritage of these communities.

Besides selling ethically-made products, Accompany also works with humanitarian and philanthropic causes. The company offers financial assistance towards the wellbeing of women, such as donations, training programs and low-interest loans.

Accompany also states that these programs help build schools, house and employ women coming from human trafficking, and find jobs for teenagers. Overall, Accompany believes fashion is an industry that’s “perfectly positioned to make a powerhouse impact.”

Prices are a little higher because most of the items are limited edition, but Accompany has a page just for items under $100.

5. Krochet Kids

Krochet Kids is a clothing brand committed to breaking the cycle of poverty. The company employs women in need and provides job opportunities at anti-poverty wages so these women can support their families. What’s the best part about Krochet Kids? Every product sold is hand-signed by the person who made it.

On the website, you can look up the names of the women to learn more about them. You can even send a thank you note! Their profiles explain where they are from and what their story is. They also discuss their dreams for the future and leave a personal message for anyone who buys their products.

Headwear starts at $22 and apparel ranges from $24-$88.

6. EcoVibe Apparel

EcoVibe Apparel focuses mainly on the environmental impact of the fashion industry. One percent of all sales are donated to 1% For The Planet, which helps to protect the environment and get rid of toxins. EcoVibe Apparel is also powered by 100 percent renewable energy, and everything used to ship orders is completely made of recycled material.

While the products are not made exclusively of sustainable fabrics, they do use materials such as modal, bamboo, recycled polyester, tencel and cork. EcoVibe Apparel has two locations in Portland, Ore., but all products are also listed on the website.

Tops start at $25, while sweaters are $68-$79 and jeans are $79.

7. Ash & Rose

If you live in the Boston area, you’re in luck! Ash & Rose is run by a mother-daughter team and has a boutique located in the South End of Boston. The company is inspired by three core values: sustainability, fair labor and empowering women. Ash & Rose works with designers who employ at-risk women in areas where there aren’t many opportunities.

When you’re shopping online, one of the ways you can search through the website is by the way you want to make an impact. Some impact examples are charitable, handmade, natural materials, vegan, and woman made. If you have a specific idea in mind of what to support when shopping, this is the perfect way to do so.

Basic tees are $16 and tops start at $38. Ash & Rose also sells jewelry starting at $18. Ash & Rose is located on 367 Albany St in the SoWa neighborhood of Boston’s South End.

There are so many brands to choose from if you have decided you want to start shopping ethically. So why wait? Check out these clothing brands today!

Starbucks Is Dropping Color-Changing Cold Brew in Some Countries

Another day, another international, limited-edition Starbucks drink I'm mad I can't try. This time, the coffee giant is dropping a color-changing cold brew, but good luck getting your hands on it here in the states.

According to Delish, Starbs announced on Monday that beginning February 20, the company's stores in Asia will offer a drink called a Butterfly Pea Lemonade Cold Brew. In case you somehow couldn't already tell from the name, this isn't your average cold brew. The iced drink looks like a regular cold brew on top, and transitions with an ombre-like effect to a purple bottom layer. The Butterfly Pea Lemonade Cold Brew's layered look comes from a blue-tinted tea, Butterfly Pea Flower, which makes up its bottom layer. It blends with a middle layer of lemonade, topped off with coffee.

While I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the way tea, lemonade and cold brew coffee sound together (I mean, I won't knock it until I try it, which probably won't happen any time soon), it's definitely one of Starbucks' most Instagrammable creations to-date.

In case a three-in-one drink just isn't your jam, the company announced its Asian stores will also be gaining a Macadamia Cocoa Cappuccino, using macadamia cocoa sauce and topped with crumbled macadamia nuts, graham crackers and chocolate drizzle, as well as a Tahitian Vanilla Macchiato.

Of course, its unfortunately unlikely we'll be seeing any of these drinks stateside any time soon — but that doesn't mean we won't be swooning over that purple swirl in the meantime and counting down the days until cold brew weather finally hits in a few weeks.

The 'New York Times' Published an Editorial Slamming Women Who Wear Yoga Pants & Just, No

As if we haven't already heard enough yoga pant and legging-bashing throughout the last few years (seriously, I thought we left this somewhere in 2015?), on Sunday, the New York Times published an opinion piece called, "Why Yoga Pants Are Bad for Women," and let's just say it did not go over well.

The piece, which was written by the Times'  senior opinion editor Honor Jones, includes multiple *pearls of wisdom* about why it's apparently "bad for women" to wear yoga pants and leggings, alleging that the only real reason women wear them to the gym, yoga or bar class, is to look sexy. (Because, you know, it's not like they're comfortable or anything.) The "wisdom" dispensed by Jones includes this gem, "We may be able to conquer the world wearing spandex. But wouldn’t it be easier to do so in pants that don’t threaten to show every dimple and roll in every woman over 30?"

Instead, the author says women should stick to sweatpants that "no one looks good in," later adding that she's "annoyed by the entire booming industry around women's exercise," name dropping SoulCycle and barre classes as the supposed perpetrators of the leggings and yoga pants trend.

Considering that there are a lot of women that like yoga pants, leggings and attending exercise classes, the backlash was swift. Many were angry at the multiple parts of the article that seemed to imply that women only wear leggings to be sexy. (And as anyone who's ever attended a hot yoga class or had to be ready in 15 minutes for an 8 a.m. class knows, this just isn't true.)

Others were understandably not happy about the implication that women should be embarrassed to wear something that could possibly show off the fact that they have a flawed, real-life human body.

In short, let's stop telling grown-up women whether to wear or not to wear leggings or yoga pants, because ultimately, IT'S OUR PERSONAL CHOICE. Okay? Thanks, bye.

Travis Scott Made His First Public Comment About His New Daughter Stormi & It Will Melt Your Heart

Unlike his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, who, despite taking a months-long hiatus from the public eye throughout her pregnancy, took to social media to announce her new baby girl's birth, name and first public photo, Travis Scott has been a man of few words following the birth of his daughter.

Other than making it clear that he was definitely excited about officially becoming a father via a tweet that quickly followed Kylie's announcement that she'd given birth, we haven't heard much from Scott since Stormi's birth — that is, until now. And while it may be short and sweet, his first public comment about his new daughter is enough to melt your heart.

While leaving a nightclub on Saturday night, TMZ asked nortoriously-private Scott how his 2-week-old daughter was doing. "She's beautiful," he responded before getting into his car. And really, isn't that the best way of putting it?

Scott also shared the first photo of he and Kylie following their daughter's birth earlier last week, which was a black-and-white Snapchat of the two rocking surgical masks, featuring the cryptic caption, "bdjxjkdn." No word on the reason for the masks, but hey, you can never be too careful when you have a brand-new baby at home.

While, according to People Scott and Jenner still live separately, they have reportedly still been managing to split the parenting duties evenly. "Despite being new parents, Kylie and Travis are still in a new relationship too. Kylie is happy with their living situation," a source told People. "Travis is a great dad. When he wants to work, Kylie is supportive." Aww.

3 Signs Your Relationship is Holding You Back (& 2 Signs It’s Not)

$

Being in a relationship can be an amazing experience. But being in a relationship can also feel like a real burden when one or both of you feel like you might be holding each other back. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if you are, plus it can be a difficult conversation to have. More than that, though, sometimes you care about your SO so much that you don’t want to believe that he or she might keep you from pursuing bigger things. No matter how you might be experiencing it, it’s a tough topic, so we’ve spoken to some collegiettes about how you can tell if your relationship is holding you back.

Your relationship is holding you back if…

1. You’re so focused on your SO that you can’t focus on yourself

It’s totally normal to focus on your partner in a relationship, but when it gets to a point where you can’t focus on yourself anymore, there is a problem. “I was in a relationship for three years, and the main reason it ended was because we both felt we were holding each other back,” *Jordan* says. “I was super invested in his world that I never focused on myself. After it ended I realized I had no clue what I was doing with my life.” Jordan says that after she and her SO split, she was able to discover so much about herself that she wasn’t able to do with him. Of course, when you’re dating someone you should be invested in their world, but you shouldn’t lose yourself in it. If you find you can’t focus on yourself and your goals in your relationship, then you should consider spending some time apart.

2. You’re losing yourself

Going along with that, losing yourself in a relationship can be a big red flag alerting you that your relationship might be holding you back. “If you’re at a point in your relationship where you’re sacrificing things you enjoy, it’s time to move on,” Rachel Petty, a recent graduate of James Madison University, says. “I was dating a guy who didn’t like to go out as much as I did. He’d beg me to stay in, and I’d miss out on nights with my friends. If the person you’re with is causing you to be less like yourself, they’re holding you back.” It’s important to strike a balance between doing things your SO likes to do and things you like to do, but if you feel like you’re starting to change yourself and what you like to do to fit your SO, then like Rachel said, it might be time to move on.

3. You and your SO have two very different life paths

It can be incredibly difficult when you realize that you and your SO have two different life paths, primarily because you are pursuing two different careers. “I've been in a relationship for five years with a guy since sophomore year of high school, and I'm coming to realize our career paths (and life paths) are going to be so different,” *Laura* says. “Pre-med and business don’t really seem to have the same life path.” When one of you is staying in school for another four years (or longer) and the other wants to start their career in a different place, you might end up holding each other back because you’re now in two different places in life, which means it might be best for you to focus on yourself for a little bit.

Related: 3 Little Things You Should Stop Doing For a Healthier Relationship

Your relationship is not holding you back if…

1. You can communicate successfully about what you both need

You’ve heard it before: communication is key. And it truly is, especially when it comes to determining if your relationship is holding you back. “Ultimately it comes down to: do you want to be together and make it work?” Jackie* says “If you do, you have to work through it like (my SO and I) did. We said, ‘Okay, this is what I need to do in order to get to where I need to be and if it means we don't see each other for a few days or speak heavily, that's what it needs to be.’” Jackie says it’s definitely not an easy conversation to have, but if you genuinely see a future with your SO, then it’s a conversation worth having, especially so you two don’t end up holding each other back.

2. Your SO is your biggest cheerleader

If your SO is your biggest supporter, always encouraging you to go for your dream, and you do the same for him or her, then you guys are probably not holding each other back. That doesn’t mean it will be easy, but it does mean it will be worth it in the long haul. Emily Veith, a recent graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, says her boyfriend is a big supporter of hers. “He supports me doing the things I love, and is there cheering me on when I walk into interviews for legislative offices (I want to work in legislature.)” she says. “Also, he gives me time to focus on me. For example, when I was trying to complete my senior project before I graduated in June, he stepped aside and said I needed to focus on my project so I could accomplish my goal.” Her bottom line: “When your SO stands by your side and supports you and your dreams and helps you to accomplish those dreams, that’s when you know they are a keeper.” We couldn’t agree more.

Of course, what works for everyone in his or her own relationships is completely individualistic. But it is important to look within yourself to figure out if you can accomplish what you want in life while also being with your SO. Whatever the answer might be, it’s okay. What’s important is that you’re doing what’s best for you right now, and sometimes that’s not what other people want. At the end of the day, though, you have to take the best care of you and your dreams as you can, even if that means you’re riding solo for a little while. Your dreams are worth it.

8 Ways to Save Money for Spring Break

$

0

The best cure for the midwinter blues is looking forward to the next fun thing on the horizon, and one of the greatest parts of college is planning for spring break! Although it’s only a month into the semester and your days of fun in the sun may seem far away, that glorious week off will come sooner than you expect. If you’re planning on traveling during spring break this year, it’s a good idea to plan ahead so that you have extra spending money. Check out our list of ways that you can cut your spending this winter so that you have plenty of cash come March.

1. Cut out unnecessary spending

The key to saving money is to not waste money on things that you don’t really need!

“It’s important to understand what your true needs are, and that what you want isn’t necessarily what you need,” says Jeffrey Goodman, first vice president of investments for the financial services company Raymond James & Associates. While your twice-weekly (or even daily) Starbucks drinks can feel like a necessity, they really aren’t. Try to limit your coffee runs to once a week, or even better, switch to making your own coffee at home before you run to class.

Let’s say that you get your Starbucks fix twice a week. At approximately $4 per drink, you’d save $8 a week, which adds up to $48 saved by March!

Another unnecessary expense that could get in the way of your saving is that inevitable trip to the campus café for a quick bite to eat between classes. Instead of falling into that snack trap, plan ahead and bring something with you to snack on, like nuts, a granola bar or fruit.

You could also consider investing in a bobble, a filtered water bottle that you can refill over and over, instead of constantly shelling out money for bottled water. These are great for the environment, too; using one bobble for two months equates to using 300 single-use water bottles!

2. Get a part-time job

Getting a job isn’t just good for bulking up your resume; it can also help you put some extra money in your pocket during the semester. Do some research to find out if your university is offering any on-campus, part-time student jobs, like in the student union, in the library or at the campus bookstore, and check out the restaurants around campus as well.

Odd jobs here and there such as babysitting can also be a good option. “I asked my sorority sisters for any babysitting families they wanted to ditch for a night or two,” says Kirsten Ballard, a recent graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. If you work a part-time job that pays $10 an hour for 10 hours a week, you could earn an extra $600 by March!

3. Keep your money out of sight

You’re being careful with your money and watching what you spend, when all of a sudden you come across a pair of heels that you just can’t resist—and your credit card is within your reach. We know it can be incredibly hard to make good financial decisions when it’s so easy to whip out a card to pay for a meal or online shop. We suggest keeping your card out of sight so that you won’t be tempted and only withdrawing enough cash for what you need for the week or month.

“I took my credit cards out of my wallet and just get cash out once a week for gas and necessities,” Kirsten says.

If you do have extra cash on hand, make sure to keep it in a safe or somewhere it can’t easily be found.

Beverly Harzog, author of Confessions of a Credit Junkie: Everything You Need to Know to Avoid the Mistakes I Made, says it’s important to keep track of anything you buy with your card and limit how much you charge to it.

"If you have credit cards, be sure you don't charge more than you can pay off when the bill comes in the next month,” she says. “This is where having a budget and tracking your spending can help you stay out of credit card debt. Be very diligent about this, because you don't want to graduate from school with both student loan debt and credit card debt.”

4. Stick to your budget

When you have a specific event to save up for, it’s important to create a realistic budget and stick to it. While this isn’t the easiest thing to do in the expensive world of college, Goodman says “it’s important to have discipline and self-control when it comes to your budget.” Plan your week in advance and think about how much money you’ll need for the necessities, like snacks, groceries and gas (while allotting some of your funds for the fun stuff).

Learning to effectively budget now is a skill that will be beneficial for the rest of your life. The sooner you know how to handle money, the better! For more budgeting tips, check out our article on how to make your college budget.

5. Download apps to help you stay on track

Harzog suggests “downloading one of the budgeting apps so that you can keep track of your spending via your smartphone.” For example, the free Mint app can help you stay on top of your expenses by connecting directly to your bank account and tracking your transactions. The app even lets you set goals for yourself! All you have to do is set a date for your spring break trip and enter how much money you’ll need by that time, and Mint will do the rest.

“There are several similar budgeting apps on the market, so do a little research and find the one that you’re comfortable with,” Harzog says.

6. Cook your own meals

Cooking for yourself means improving your culinary skills, eating healthier and, of course, saving money. Eating out can be extremely expensive, especially if you go to college in a big city, and those weekly dinners out can quickly add up.

One of the easiest ways to save money is to make meals yourself in your dorm or apartment kitchen. “My roommates and I would sometimes cook together instead of going out to eat,” says Becky McColl, a recent graduate of the University of Delaware. “It's a lot cheaper than going out, so it's a great way to save money, and cooking together is a lot of fun!”

If you live with roommates, you could have one day a week where one person makes a meal for everyone else, or have fun dinner themes, like Mexican night!

If you do go out, try to limit yourself to only eating out every other week, and be sure to check out websites like LivingSocial and Groupon first for coupons. Kirsten suggests ordering water instead of soda, which will also help you stick to your budget. Since restaurant portions are often hefty, save and bring home half of your food so that you have a free meal the next day.

7. Take advantage of your student ID

Make the most of your student ID and use it at local businesses that offer student discounts or for free admission to museums and local events.

“When you do go off campus for entertainment, take advantage of your student discount whenever possible,” Harzog says. “And don't be afraid to ask the manager of a restaurant or a store if they'd consider giving you a student discount.”

8. Use your friends as motivation

There’s power in numbers, which means that you’ll have an easier time motivating yourself to restrict your spending when the people around you are doing the same thing! If you and a group of friends are planning a spring break trip together, you can motivate each other to make decisions that will result in more money in your wallet (and less post-spending regret).

“The environment you’re in can make a difference,” Goodman says. “Spending time with people who have common interests and goals will help you stay on track.”

Tape photos of beaches and palm trees all over your dorm room, create a “Spring Break Fund” jar that you and your friends can put extra change into over the course of the semester or even print out a Ryan Gosling “Hey Girl, Save Your Money” meme for extra motivation—whatever it takes! When you do go out with friends, plan ahead and make sure that you both can afford it so that you don’t end up footing the bill for a friend and going over your budget.

Saving money can be easy as long as you commit and make a conscious effort to do so every day. By creating a budget, limiting extra spending and looking for ways to have fun for free, you’ll be on your way to growing your spring break fund in no time!

HC Wake-Up Call: Pennsylvania Issues New Court-Ordered Congressional Map, Report Says USA Swimming May Have Covered Up Hundreds of Sexual Abuse Cases & People Keep Running into the Glass at Apple's New Headquarters

Good morning Her Campus! With a break-neck news cycle, there is no possible way for you to stay on top of every story that comes across your feeds—we’re all only human, after all.

But, life comes at you fast. So grab a cup of coffee and settle in for this quick and dirty guide to stories you might’ve been sleeping on (like, literally. It’s early.)

Pennsylvania Issues New Court-Ordered Congressional District Map

Back in January, Pennsylvania's Supreme Court found that the state's existing congressional map was drawn in a way that created an unconstitutional partisan gerrymander in favor of Republicans — and on Monday, the court issued a newly drawn map that will be used in the 2018 election, BuzzFeed News reports. Pennsylvania, in which Democrats outnumber Republicans, is often considered a swing state in most elections. While the state's previously drawn map only had around 5 of the state's 18 congressional districts being represented by Democrats, the court-ordered version of the map gives Democrats a "good chance" of winning 11 of the state's congressional districts, with a possible chance for 12.

New Report Says USA Swimming Could Have Covered Up Hundreds of Sexual Abuse Cases

An investigative report published by the Southern California News Group found that USA Swimming either ignored or actively covered up hundreds of sexual abuse cases in which coaches were able to prey on underage athletes, in many cases having sexual relationships with them. The report alleges that at least 590 victims have been identified since 1997, and at least 30 coaches and officials from the organization had been listed by USA Swimming as being arrested for or accused of sexual abuse or possessing child pornography. As the Huffington Post points out, the report paints a picture that is all too similar to what happened at USA Gymnastics, where former team doctor Larry Nassar was able to sexually abuse over 200 young girls throughout his career.

People Keep Running into the Glass Doors at Apple's New Headquarters & LOL

We've all been there: you're walking down the sidewalk, scrolling through your Instagram feed, only to run into some inanimate object — or worse, another person. Well apparently, this exact type of situation is a regular occurrence at Apple's new headquarters, where many of the walls and doors are made of glass. Pair that with some employees who are constantly distracted by the iPhones they helped create, and well, you get the idea. (That also must be some seriously clean glass.) In all seriousness, there have thankfully been no reports of serious injuries on the new campus — though some employees have reportedly started putting Post-It Notes on the glass panes to warn themselves, which is probably helping just a bit.

What to look out for...

Today is Love Your Pet Day — and while most of us aren't lucky enough to have our pets on campus with us, it's an amazing excuse to spend the day scrolling through adorable dog memes. (Or if you're lucky, stage a photoshoot with your IRL pup.)

Cardi B Got Caught Jamming Out To Her Own Song & It's Hilarious

There are plenty of things that we love about celebrities: their fashion choices, the albums or movies they make, their interviews and so on. But there's something we especially treasure about celebrities: when they prove that they're just like the rest of us. And I'm not talking about grocery shopping or going out to dinner. I mean the mundane aspects of life, like playing dress-up just because, or totally falling on their faces and laughing about it two seconds later.

So, while it was totally normal for Cardi B to be sitting courtside at the NBA All-Star game this past weekend, it was hilarious to see that she wasn't afraid to jam out to her own song! Yes, that's right. The rap sensation was caught bopping along like the rest of us would when her song "Bartier Cardi" flooded the speakers of Staples Center.

Cardi was decked out in a bright, shiny red blazer and sunglasses to match with skinny jeans and white pumps as she got into the song. An added bonus? The bucket of popcorn in her lap that's an absolute must for any sporting event!

The video, posted by the NBA on TNT Instagram, showed the rapper in all of glory.

There is nothing more refreshing than a musician letting us all know that they too enjoy their music whenever it comes on. There's no need to play coy — when you know good music, even if it's your own, you have to bop along!

Cardi B seemed to have a blast at the event and was later even photographed with Migos who performed alongside N.E.R.D. during half-time.

How can you not love this woman? You keep doing you, Cardi B.

Telling Fox News' Laura Ingraham To Meet Her Outside & 9 Other Times Ellen Pompeo Was Savage AF On Twitter

It's safe to say Ellen Pompeo's Twitter is tragically underrated. The Grey's Anatomy star is hilarious, and she proved it yet again this weekend in a battle with Fox News commentator Laura Ingraham.

To catch you up to speed, the whole thing began when Ingraham criticized LeBron James for comments he made on an Uninterrupted special with Kevin Durant. Throughout the show, James discussed his family, President Donald Trump, being black in America, and other social issues.

Ingraham felt the need to speak out about James' commentary, and said a variety of offensive things when doing so:

"Must they run their mouths like that?"

"This is what happens when you attempt to leave high school a year early to join the NBA."

"...it’s always unwise to seek political advice from someone who gets paid a hundred million dollars a year to bounce a ball."

Ingraham ended her hateful rant by telling James — and seemingly any other basketball player who wishes to speak their mind — to "shut up and dribble."

Pompeo was not having it.

LOL. It (thankfully) doesn't end there, though. Pompeo went further because of Ingraham's comment about James' education.

Apparently, Ingraham's fans took Pompeo's request to meet her outside seriously. She responded to one Twitter user — who later deleted their tweet — providing a location. Oh, Ellen.

The shenanigans carried over into Monday afternoon, but Pompeo was happy to continue beefing with Ingraham's followers.

If this is the first time you're experiencing Pompeo's tweets, you've definitely been missing out. Here are a few of her most savage posts:

1. When she prioritized her values over having fans

Pompeo expanded in another tweet:

Not every celebrity is bold enough to vocalize their views and opinions like Pompeo regularly does. It's definitely respectable.

2. When she fired off on Woody Allen & called his films "bougie sh*t"

Pompeo didn't hold back when she began tweeting about Allen, who's been accused of sexual assault by his daughter, Dylan Farrow, for years. It started when she quoted a tweet that said "A journalist went through Woody Allen’s personal journals and found he was obsessed with teenage girls."

She also called out the lack of diversity in his films, which, in her opinion, are just a bunch of "bougie sh*t."

3. Her response to someone criticizing Grey's Anatomy

Don't come for Ellen.

4. When she shared her hobbies

I really, really just want to be her best friend.

5. Her refusal to accept E!'s alleged treatment of Catt Sadler

Sadler reportedly left E! after finding out she was only making half of what her male co-host made. Pompeo was rightfully not happy with the situation.

6. When someone insulted her iconic tweets

Queen of self confidence.

7. Her response to an A&E docuseries about the KKK

TBH, who WOULDN'T watch Grey's over, like, anything else?

8. When she reflected on a hilarious story she told in an interview

OK, so the tweet isn't exactly savage — but the story was. So it counts!

9. Finally, when she admitted what everyone already knew

When did she lose her chill? "Like a long time ago." And I wouldn't have it any other way. Never change, Ellen.

How to Balance Multiple Jobs as a Post-Grad

$

Post-grad life can be somewhat unpredictable. You have a degree, possible internship experience and a resume you hope will outshine others in a similar position as you. You want to find a job that pays well but also brings you happiness. That’s the dream, isn’t it? Success in the form of money combined with fulfillment. But that’s often a reality we all have to work toward as opposed to starting off with.

This drive to succeed, to live in the city of your dreams or pay off your student loans ASAP often leads to post-grads working multiple jobs. Whether it’s a side hustle, two part-time gigs or a waitressing job on the weekends because your full-time position just isn’t cutting it, we’re here to cheer you on and share some tips to help you succeed in juggling them all!

Remind yourself of your motivation

First off, you have to find your reason for working multiple jobs. Some people have no choice, and if this means working hard now so you can live a more relaxed life later on, use that as your driving force. If you simply want extra cash for “fun money” then think of events and nights out with your friends while you’re commuting yet again to your second job. You will get tired and probably fed up, so it’s important to remind yourself why you’re hustling in the first place.

Ana Gotter, a graduate of Florida State University, says, “I honestly think that remembering why you're working multiple jobs can be really important. I know when I was working full-time as a key holder at Kay Jewelers, and trying to freelance write, and tutoring, it was about sustaining myself and trying to get on my feet while I also worked towards the career I wanted in a very competitive field. I didn't have a lot of free time, and I was working too much, but I reminded myself that it was for a short time and that it would be worth it.” Finding your reason to keep working hard is like giving yourself a pep-talk every week. Hype yourself up! It’ll make your end goal seem that much closer, too.

Can’t find a good enough reason? Maybe your second job is your side hustle. Your true passion that hasn’t flourished enough yet to pay the bills on its own. Your dreams deserve just as much commitment and attention as your financial obligations. Money is the deciding factor in a lot of our decisions, especially career ones. There’s no shame in working multiple jobs if it means you’re getting one step closer to your true calling. Find your motivation and own it!

Take advantage of your commuting time

Depending on where you work, commuting can be one of the more dreadful aspects of your day. Traffic, inconsistent subway trains or the overcrowded city sidewalks with everyone hustling to their destinations aren’t exactly things we look forward to. Make a conscious decision to take a step back and rethink the way you view your commute. In other words, recognize this is still your own time and you should fully take advantage of that.

Clair McLafferty, a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College class of 2012, says, “Guard your time outside your jobs. For a couple years, that was pretty much when I was driving from place to place. In those fleeting moments, I would turn off the radio, set down my phone, and use the silence to mentally prepare and refresh.” Finding your clarity before heading into a demanding day will make all the difference in your mood and readiness to tackle challenges head-on.

Dana Hamilton, a 2010 graduate of New York University, agrees. “If you drive a lot, listen to an audio book. I used to be on trains three hours a day and used the time to write. Commuting time doesn't have to be idle time; especially if the activity is something you were planning to do when you had 'free time'—like watching TV or reading that book you’ve been meaning to read. You don’t wait until you have a day off to do all those things.” This is also a great way to unwind after being at work all day so when you get home you can actually feel relaxed and detached from your obligations for a short while.

Utilize calendars

Remember how you kept yourself organized in college with a planner? Well, that shouldn’t stop now that you have your diploma. If anything, you’ll need it now more than ever as you juggle adult life. And if you’re currently laughing at the fact that you never stayed organized in college, then you’ll need this tip the most. Welcome to the real world!

If you’re working multiple jobs, chances are you already somewhat have your life together. It’s difficult enough to correlate schedules, maintain a social life and save time for the things you enjoy doing outside of work. So props to you for coming this far! But if you haven’t already, you should take initiative to make your busy life easier.

Kinga Irzyk, a recent graduate of Emmanuel College, is the queen of making the most of her time with calendars. “I implemented two calendars—Google calendar and a paper calendar—to track shifts between the restaurant I was still working at on the weekends and my weekdays in the office,” she says. “Juggling your time is not for the person who doesn't know what day of the week it is or for someone who procrastinates. But if you stay on top of it, you can do it, and even catch yourself paying off student loans and saving up, if you do it smart.” Color code your schedules, set reminders on your phones, whatever it takes to make sure you’re on top of all that you have to do.

Don’t forget to eat

Taking care of your body by eating regularly is something many people will overlook and overuse the excuse that “they’re too busy” and don’t have time to eat. You must remember that your health is what’s allowing you to work multiple jobs effectively and it should not take a back seat just because you’re busy. If anything, food should be your number one priority so you can keep going full steam ahead.

Clair says, “Eat regularly. Take snacks, pack lunch/dinner, or budget to grab something out if you know you'll be gone during meal time. Food is fuel for your brain and body, and it's tough to make it through a long day if you skip meals.” Exactly! Eating healthy snacks and filling meals will give you energy, help you pay attention, and keep your tummy from rumbling during important meetings. Schedule time to eat, even if it’s on the go, because you deserve it. Being “busy” is not an excuse to treat your body poorly.

Schedule time for yourself

You. Yes, you. You are the one striving to achieve greatness so making yourself a priority is a must. You cannot achieve a balanced life without some form of relaxation. Perhaps your idea of downtime is binge-watching Netflix for a night. Or maybe you love to read a good book while taking a bubble bath. And if you want to get really Zen, a yoga class may be your ideal spot to take a breather. Whatever it is that calms you, don’t feel guilty in taking time to indulge in it weekly.

Emily Neiss recently received her master's from Emerson College and has worked two jobs ever since graduating from Creighton University in 2015. She says that time for yourself “can be time for a hobby or time with friends, but it can also be something as simple as staying home instead of going out if that's what makes you happy.” Point is, do whatever it takes to enjoy yourself.

Some will see this as a waste of time but dismiss those thoughts ASAP. You may feel like you have it all together and resting is for the weak, but that is an old myth. To reach your highest potential, you have to take care of yourself, and giving yourself “me time” is a huge part of that. What good comes from stretching yourself too thin and feeling completely drained at the end of each day? Absolutely nothing. So, however you choose to do it, make time to hang out with yourself every single week. Your goals will thank you.

Use apps to your advantage

There is an overwhelming amount of apps in our world. It can be hard to know which ones will benefit you. Kinga has found apps and online websites that help her budget with ease and make even more money on the side. She says, “My saving grace was signing up for Mint. It helped me budget out what I needed to make and set aside for bills, while also giving me a solid number for what I could reasonably spend elsewhere (restaurants, coffee shops, clothes shopping, and more).” Most of us were not taught how to budget in school, so making a point to track your income and spending will make sure your hard-earned money isn’t going to waste.

And if you already have more than enough jobs, then find apps that will make your day to day lifestyle even better. Download a meditation app to give yourself an escape when you need one. Catch up on your favorite online articles. And be sure to have something on your phone that will make you smile - a game or maybe your favorite vlogger’s channel, so you always have a pick-me-up!

Emily says, “I use a few different apps to relax and/or zone out when I only have a few minutes to myself. I listen to a lot of podcasts. I also play games that require a bit of concentration like Sudoku and Logic Games (Parks); this way my mind calms down a bit in my slow moments, rather than letting stress and anxiety take over.” We’re not saying you should be glued to your phone, but during those times when you don’t have any other escape, use apps to help you get back to a calmer state of mind.

Plan ahead

This is a common tip for busy people but surprisingly one that isn’t used to its fullest potential. If you are working multiple jobs, your time truly is precious. Some days, you may have to plan down to the very minute you have to leave one job in order to make it to the next before rush hour craziness commences. And what if you want to go to the gym after work or grab a sandwich from your favorite lunch spot during break? This is where planning ahead makes all the difference.

If you like to stay active, bring your workout gear with you on the days when you’ll have time to hit the gym after work. If you prefer to sleep-in in the morning, shower at night and make yourself breakfast ahead of time so you don’t have to feel rushed when your alarm goes off. Do you have errands to run that need to get done before the weekend? Pack a lunch and take full advantage of your lunch break by checking items off your personal ‘to-do’ list. And if you start to feel like you’re running out of steam before your day is over, this is where bringing snacks and drinking lots of water comes in handy. Fuel your body so you can perform your best while also taking care of yourself.

Planning ahead will reduce stress and save you time in the long run. Take the extra few minutes every night to look at your schedule the next day and ask yourself what you can do right now to make your life easier as the week goes on. Your future self will thank you!

Set boundaries for yourself

It can be so easy to get caught up in the idea that you’re supposed to be doing everything, all the time, all at once. You’re driven, of course, but it’s unrealistic to believe you can be “on” all the time and constantly on the go. Keep this in mind next time you’re asked to take on more than you can handle. Emily says, “It's not easy to turn down work things, especially if you're used to overloading yourself by necessity, but it's a really good feeling to choose your own mental or physical health over working even more hours on a particular day.” This goes hand-in-hand with self-care and we are all for it.

Alexa recently received her master’s from Emerson College and also understands what it means to hold yourself to an extremely high standard. She says, “Realize that you can't do it all. I forgave myself for not being able to do as much as I thought I should be doing, knowing that I was already doing as much as I could,” she continues. “That made it easier for me to focus on the work I could and was doing, and made me appreciate every hour that I did work.” If you have too much going on, you’ll be unable to give your full attention to the task at hand which will most likely decrease the quality of your work. You can do a lot, just not all at once, and that’s ok!

You are capable of so many wonderful things. It’s all about finding the right balance for you and the motivation to keep going. Some days you may waiver, but just come back to yourself and recognize everything you have already achieved. We’re applauding you, your goals are excited, and the future is yours for the taking. Cheers!

Blac Chyna & Her Lawyers Are Working With Police After An Explicit Video Surfaced Of Her Online

On Monday morning, an explicit video showing Blac Chyna performing oral sex on an unidentified man surfaced from an anonymous Twitter user and quickly went viral. TMZ reported the man was Chyna's ex, Mechie; however, his rep alleged that he did not leak the video, and is "as pissed as she is" about it.

Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, quickly spoke out about the video.

"Revenge porn posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images—is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse," Bloom told E!"It's also a cruel attempt to slut shame women for being sexual."

Chyna's other attorney took to Instagram to defend her.

We have to change this culture of abuse and assault against women. Today’s post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend. Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It’s not. Men ... we have to do better. I’m tired of telling my clients to not make videos because the men will put them out later. It’s like I’m telling them not to wear short skirts because you’re going to entice a man to rape you. #smh And like most rapes, these betrayals often come from those most close to us. So today I’m saying, men we need to do better. We need to tell each other to do better. We need to stop sharing these videos with each other in the club, at the barbershop or (and especially) online. It is a morally corrupt action, which is (at least in California) criminal. Maybe it is time to set an example. #blacchyna

A post shared by Walter Mosley (@waltermosley) on

The lawyer, Walter Mosley, said he was saddened for Chyna not only as his client, but also his friend.

"Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent?" Mosley wrote in the Instagram caption. "It's not. Men ... we have to do better."

Both lawyers highlight how wrong it is to take advantage of a private moment to publicly embarrass or hurt an individual. According to TMZ, Chyna and her lawyers are working with the police about the video.

Props to Blac Chyna for fighting back. Nobody should be subjected to revenge porn.

If you've been bored or unsatisfied with Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s season of The Bachelor, you're certainly in for a surprise when it comes to the upcoming finale.

"I’ve worked on the show for 10 years. The finale will be something people haven’t seen before," said Bachelor producer Bennett Graebner in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter

Perhaps you've already read all of Reality Steve's spoilers and think you know what's going to happen. But according to Graebner, the spoilers could be wrong.

"And even if they are reading spoilers and think they know? They don’t know," the producer said.

Graebner isn't the first to talk about how dramatic the season's ending will be. Chris Harrison previously promised a "phenomenal finish."

"If you are a critic of Arie's season, I would tell you to wait," Harrison said. "Just wait. And prepare to have your mind blown."

What could they possibly be talking about?!

There hasn't been a date announced for the finale yet, but the Women Tell-All special is airing Sunday, February 25, and the overnight date episode airs the following Monday.

6 Low Maintenance Haircuts for the Chic, Lazy Girl

$

It’s a universal truth that all of us collegiettes are always looking for a way to sleep in longer and take less time to get ready in the morning. Unfortunately, figuring out what to do with our hair and then actually doing it can take up so much time! But we’re here to change that with some ideas for low maintenance haircuts that will allow you to sleep in longer and worry less about how to style your hair once you actually do get up. They’re chic af, too, so in the words or Hannah Montana, you really can have “the best of both worlds.”

1. The Lob

This is easily the top low-maintenance haircut of the moment. Celebs from Khloe Kardashian to JLaw have rocked this super easy cut. It’s the perfect cut if you want medium-length hair that air-dries into a messy-chic look or can be styled quickly with a straightener or a few loose curls from a curling iron. Caroline Pirozzolo, a junior at UNC Chapel Hill, says “I have a long bob and I love it. It’s extremely low maintenance, but also very feminine and chic, which I love. I have naturally wavy hair, and all I do in the morning is put a little bit of Bumble and Bumble’s BB Texture Crème in my hair, scrunch it to enhance my hair’s natural texture, and air dry. It’s great for girls with naturally wavy or voluminous hair because your waves won’t look out of control or poufy like they sometimes can when you have longer hair.”  Sounds like a lob could be the way to go, unless you want something with virtually zero maintenance, then you should go with…

2. Pixie cut

A pixie cut can be intimidating if you’ve never gone that short before, but it’s super low maintenance. Like pretty much no maintenance actually, Taylor Cunningham, a junior at the University of Missouri-Columbia says. It can be a little bit shocking at first, though. Taylor says that she "cried because it was a little shocking, but I really liked it at first and then wished it was shorter.” With a pixie, you can style it with some product or you can just roll out of bed and go. Once a month, or so, it’ll probably need some trimming, but you won’t have to worry about how you’re going to style your hair anymore with this look. Its effortless-chic vibe is ideal for the lazy girl.

3. Long bangs

Bangs are an easy way to add a little something extra to your hair. But some bangs can require a lot of maintenance. Claire Biggerstaff, a sophomore at Davidson College says “In my experience, longer bangs are definitely less of a hassle. With short bangs, you have to worry about cowlicks, weird textures, and oh gosh, any kind of breeze messes them up!” Long bangs are way simpler to care for though because they don’t require trims as often. They’re also a great way to test drive bangs if you don’t want to jump right into full-on bangs. Claire says “Mine require zero maintenance, but if you’re trying to keep a certain shape or length, you’ll have to trim them every month or so. The nice thing about bangs is that you can easily learn to cut/shape them yourself. All in all, they’re very low-key and compliment a lot of hairstyles very well.” So what are you waiting for?

4. Swing bob

This haircut is not only fun to wear but super easy to manage. Sarah Abeyta, a hairstylist at Three C’s salon in St. Louis, recommends it because “it is flattering on almost everyone and [is] easy-to-style.” A swing bob can also be short or medium-length, depending on what you want, so it’s versatile and pretty. What more could you want?

5. Peek-a-boo colored bob

For the girl who wants something a little extra, a bob or lob with a hidden color (or colors) underneath is a fun and easy way to rock a trend. The bob or lob haircut will keep your hair at a low-maintenance length, while the color will give you major #hairgoals without having to do any extra work in your day-to-day styling. Abeyta says to keep the color intact will require recoloring it every four to six weeks, but she says “The good news is [the colors] usually fade pretty.”

6. Undercut

If you want something edgy that’s not going to require high-maintenance styling every day, then the undercut is definitely for you. It works on pretty much any hair length and can take even the most low-key ponytail or bun to the next level by literally just being there. The only maintenance on it is going to be trimming it if you want to keep it for a while. Otherwise, you can just let it grow out and not even worry about it!

Hair should be something that you can feel good about, not something you feel burdened by, so don’t let it! Now’s the time to switch it up and go for a no-stress, more rest haircut that will have you feeling relaxed and confident.
