To nobody's surprise, Chelsea Handler is a huge supporter of the #freethenipple movement. Her Instagram is full of topless shots, and her account has even been suspended before. This one makes the list because she's the only person we know who can pull off this look.

Shout out to our favorite Olympian! In October, he announced his impending nuptials, and we were 80 percent jealous and 20 percent excited for him. We secretly can't stop staring at this shot... why can't we like a photo more than once?
