If you've spent the last several years of your lives relying on Pretty Little Liars for your weekly plot twist (or seven), you're probably pretty disappointed that the series will be coming to an end after season 7 next year. However, never one to leave her fans without something to think about, Executive Producer I. Marlene King told Good Morning America that we may be seeing our favorite Liars on the big screen after the series comes to a close.
"We’ve got some really big ideas for a great PLL movie, but that won’t happen right after the series ends," she revealed. "I think we’ll take a little break and let everybody go off and do a few things and hopefully we’ll come back together again and do something really fun and special."
Of course, in typical PLL fashion, King revealed absolutely no details or clues as to what the movie would be about. She has foreshadowed several final twists though (as if we expected anything else). It looks like we'll have to wait and see what become of our girls in the two remaining seasons before we start really asking questions.
Season 6B of PLL doesn't premiere until Tuesday, January 12, but worry not! There will be a special episode next week on November 24 to help get us through the next couple of Liar-less months. See you in Rosewood.
