According to Refinery29, Talenti will be using an impressive algorithm that matches a huge database of common words to their corresponding tastes (such as sweet, salty, and spicy). Once your flavor personality is determined, Talenti will dive into a pool of yummy ingredients to compose a unique, custom treat.

That's right—you have until August 22 to check out your custom flavor, and Talenti will be tracking all of the results.
