Delicious Red, White & Blue Overnight Oats

What are your 4th of July plans? Mine are still up in the air and I am hoping to be able to spend the holiday weekend in Silver Lake, but I am still not sure how it is all going to work. Just going with the flow with it this year!

Regardless of whatever I end up doing, one thing is for sure and that is I will be celebrating the independence of our country and celebrating red, white, and blue. I actually don't have any outfits that are particularly patriotic like I did in elementary school. I actually think my whole family had matching independence day t-shirts for a while. But, being the foodie I have become, it is the perfect occasion to deck out my meals for the occasion. How could I not?

The first start to celebrating the fourth of July is to whip up a batch (or two!) of these overnight oats the night before and enjoy the day of. Breakfast ready shortly after you wake up? Always fine by me!

These overnight oats are not only simple to put together, but they are also dairy free, gluten free (if using certified g-free oats), and vegan. Oh! And they are going along with my #1 summer rule this year—eating all the fresh fruits available.
