Zayn has come a long way since the X Factor days.
The former One Direction member shaved his head last April, but he debuted his bleach blonde hair on Instagram just two weeks ago.
This pic and the heavily filtered one below are all we got to see... until yesterday.
The singer posted a picture of himself at the Valentino fashion show in Paris and we finally got a proper look at his new hairstyle.
Since then, more pictures have surfaced and the fans are engaged in heavy debate. Some love it...
