Let's face it—spring break is one of the best times of the year for collegiettes. Friends, the beach, sun... and endless amounts of fun. By the end of the week, though, you're exhausted from all your shenanigans and as much as we've warned you about sun exposure, you might have ended up with a nasty burn (it happens). As it turns out, you kind of need a break from your break. Though you won't be getting any more time off, here are a few tips and products that will help you recover from spring break so you'll look fresh-faced and glowing on your first day back to classes.

1. Treat your burn

Although your mother reminded you to use sunscreen about 20 times before you left, let's face it... you forgot. Or thought you were too "tan" to burn. Well you weren't, and now you're suffering. A burn draws water to the surface of the face and away from the body to be sure to drink lots of water and moisturize your skin often. As an obvious tip, use aloe to soothe any burns on your face and body. DO NOT, under any circumstances, peel or pick at your skin!

2. Get your glow back

While you may have gotten a gorgeous tan from being in the sun all week, your bound to have some not-so-pretty blemishes from all of the junk food and alcohol you consumed. Be sure to give your face a good scrubbing using an exfoliator such as Clinique's Exfoliating Scrub ($20) to help unclog pores and remove dead skin—only, of course, if you're not nursing any burns on your face!

3. Hide your circles

Lack of sleep can cause dark circles to appear. Use an under-eye concealer to help hide the dark circles and give yourself a fresh face! Make Up Forever Lift Concealer ($25) contains tensine, vitamin A, and vitamin E, which regenerates and firms the skin.

4. Free your feet

After walking barefoot down the street and possibly chipping your toenail polish playing beach volleyball in the sand, your feet are bound to need some TLC. Invest in yourself and spend an afternoon getting a pedicure at your local spa. It will feel great to treat your feet right after being on them for a week straight.

5. Repair your damaged hair

A week in the sun, sand, ocean or pool will harden your hair and create unruly split ends. Help bring moisture back to your hair by using a hair mask such as Gloss Moderne's High-Gloss Masque ($65) to improve elasticity and shine, and to rebuild the hair follicles. All you have to do is comb through clean, wet hair, rinsing after a few minutes.

How will you be treating yourself post-break, collegiettes?
