Lady Gaga shows up... in an egg (2011)

Gaga hatched just in time to perform "Born This Way;" meanwhile, throughout the event, our thoughts primarily went out to the poor guys who had to carry this contraption around. 

Jennifer Hudson pays tribute to Whitney Houston (2012)

The music world took it hard when Whitney Houston passed away tragically and unexpectedly the night before the 54th Grammy Awards. We can't think of a better person to dedicate such a beautiful performance to the talented artist.

Beyoncé wins six (!!!) awards in one night (2010)

Beyoncé proves that SHE runs the world when she breaks records by winning six Grammy's in one night. The record was most recently met by Adele, who also took home six awards in 2012.
