Between the births of baby Gosling and baby Disick, 2014 was a big year for celebrity babies. We were sure the birth of Reign Disick was going to be the last big one for the year, but boy (or rather, girl) were fooled by none other than Blake Lively!
As it turns out, the Gossip Girl star steathily gave birth back in December near her home in Bedford, New York, though the news only broke earlier this week. Perez Hilton reports that it's a girl for Lively and her hubby Ryan Reynolds! Though there's no confirmation of the name the couple chose, a rumor is floating around that it might be Violet.
The alleged name reveal came from a tweet by an employee at the medical center where Lively gave birth, according to Racked. Just before deleting her account, user Kim Banksy tweeted, "I think I'm in trouble."
Regardless of what name the couple actually went with, we're just so happy for the blossoming family! Lively, who has always wanted a big family, told People that she's "always felt like a mama," so now that she's officially a mom, she says "I don't feel like it's a massive change."
With Ryan being one of five siblings and Lively wanting a full house, we have a feeling this baby won't be their last! One thing's for sure—this A-list couple and their (hopefully) full house will make for one very good looking family!
