Let’s be real: there’s nothing quite as enriching and inspiring as adventuring out of your comfort zone every now and then. Whether it’s traveling out of the country for the first time, starting your first day of college, or even beginning your first day at your dream job, pushing yourself to embark on any new journey is a must in your early 20s. If you’re as wanderlust as we are, then you probably can’t wait for your next opportunity to explore the world around you. So, book that flight, apply to that job, or pack your things and just go, because you’ve got a whole wide world waiting for you.

But hold on before you begin packing up for that next adventure — we totally believe in the power of being prepped with the must-have travel essentials and think you should too. That’s why we are obsessed with High Sierra’s line of go-packs, complete with every backpack and luggage piece you’ll need for any excursion.

Want to see how influencers rock their High Sierra go-packs? Here’s how they take on the world with their favorite bags:

Ciara’s trip to Costa Rica

“I’ve just arrived in Costa Rica and it feels surreal. Suddenly, I’m back to where it all began. This is where I started my solo adventure around the world. I hadn’t quit my job and I had no idea that it was possible to live the life that I do now. This time around, I’ve been invited to Costa Rica for a wellness treat. After passing the exact same hostel I stayed in just two years ago, I suddenly got emotional. That decision to travel out of the country led me here now. I feel a bit of nostalgia and a TON of gratitude for how much has changed since then.

I’m exploring Costa Rica with my High Sierra Packed Cargo Duffel! Being soil & waterproof, it’s been perfect for my return trip to a country that has a special place in my heart. Additional features include:

  • Main compartment with easy-access zipper opening
  • Front panel zippered accessory pocket
  • Duffel packs into the side zippered storage pocket
  • Adjustable and removable shoulder strap with pad
  • Comfortable padded handle wrap

Cannot wait to share more from this trip! #AdventureThisWay”

Olivia’s move to Australia

“A little over a year, I officially moved from the U.S. to Australia after going back and forth the past couple of years. One of the main reasons I wanted to move to Australia is to travel. Whether it’s day trips to the mountains or weekend getaways to Uluru, traveling is definitely something I love doing and hope to continue doing while I’m here living in Australia.

When it comes to traveling, I’ve always been a backpack type of person. They’re just so practical for holding your items, but also extremely versatile — from being a carry-on bag, to essential when it comes to hiking and carrying your gear.

I got to test out the Pathway 40L Pack with a hike through the Royal National Park in Bundeena, NSW. With the 40L that this bag offers and all the storage and compartments, I could easily store and organize everything for my hiking trip away. I was able to pack our lunches, 4 water bottles, utilizing the two water bottle holders on the side of the bag and two in the main compartment, a picnic blanket, my huge camera case, and still have plenty of room to spare. With all the items that I was able to keep in my bag, I definitely know that it’ll be my go-to backpack when it comes to weekend getaways or even week-long getaways with the amount of room that’s in this bag.”

Jessica’s hike in Texas

“One of my favorite things to do in the Hill Country is hiking Enchanted Rock in Fredericksburg Texas. It’s a simple hike, but when you make it to the top you are rewarded with stunning views of the Hill Country. About 15 minutes outside of Fredericksburg is Enchanted Rock State Park. There are several different trails including Little Rock, Interpretive Loop, Turkey Peak, and many other trails. However, the most intense and popular trail is the Summit Trail, AKA hiking up the giant rock.

I took my High Sierra Loop Backpack on my trip to be able to carry water, additional layers for when the sun started to set, and other items that we would need for the hike. The Loop Backpack was perfect with the padded shoulder and back plus the suspension to make the hike easier. I was able to fit everything inside of my bag with plenty of space to spare and still had the bottom compression straps in case I needed to carry anything else.”

Trust us when we say you’ll be ready to take on your next adventure knowing you’re prepared with these influencer-adored travel packs from High Sierra. So, go ahead — get out there and explore!
