On Monday, The Taco Bell Foundation announced the opening of their fourth annual Live Más Scholarship, with $4 million available to students. So you can add this to the list of scholarships you're definitely applying to — after all, college is expensive AF.

“We know that affordability is a major barrier to education, so we hope that by doubling our funding, we can double the number of doors opened for young people, and remove twice as many obstacles for innovators, creators and dreamers,” said Tina Nguyen, executive director of the Taco Bell Foundation.

The Live Más scholarship program was created to help aspiring or current college students cover the cost of tuition and encourage them to pursue a degree. The funds will be divided between three groups of applicants, awarding $1 million to new applicants, $2.25 million through a renewal program for previous winners and $750,000 for Taco Bell employees.

To apply, students are required to submit a two-minute, or less, video that tells the story of their real, driving passion. Seriously, that’s it.

The video can range from a short film, animation or just a simple testimonial. According to the scholarship website, this is not about how well you can make a film — we just want you to show us your passion and explain why you should be considered for a Live Más Scholarship."

The foundation wanted to think outside the box, or outside the bun if you will, and support students who are not often awarded scholarships in academics or sports, two of the main forms of aid provided to college students.

The scholarship application is currently open and will run through February 21, 2019, with winners announced on or around May 15, 2019.

For all the rules and how to apply, check out their website.
