Anna Worden, an 18-year-old girl from Iowa, is in intensive care after an internet challenge went horribly wrong, the New York Daily News reports.

The teen told news station WQAD that she and her friends were attempting the Kiki Challenge. Inspired by Drake’s new song “In My Feelings,” the challenge involves having people jump out of a moving car while dancing to the song. (Safety!)

It’s pretty obvious that the challenge is dangerous, but Worden and her friends saw it as a harmless challenge that they’ve seen all over the internet. (Although authorities and police departments have issued some stern warnings on social media themselves.)

“I tried to do ome little challenge everyone’s doing now and I’m the one that got majorly hurt,” she said. “I tried, and the last thing I remember was opening the door. So apparently I got out and I tripped and fell and hit my head.”

She was airlifted to the hospital and found to have a fractured skull, blood clots in her ear and bleeding in her brain. A dancer since she was 3 years old, Worden now has to relearn how to walk.

The Kiki challenge was created last month by the comedian Shiggy and has been recreated by thousands of people, including Will Smith, Kevin Hart, Odell Beckham Jr., Ciara and James Harden, but obviously is so dangerous and should not be attempted.
