Honestly, we're still not over the incredible Royal Wedding (wasn't May 19, like, yesterday or something?) While the wedding made us feel like maybe we should give up on dating apps and rely on our friends to set us up with people (ICYMI, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry met on a blind date set up by a mutual friend), it reportedly increased the royal couple's desire to have children, according to Elle.
Cosmopolitan reports that Meghan and Harry had already indicated that they eventually hope to be parents. After the wedding, though, US Weekly reports that "having children is definitely a priority" for the couple, with the same source adding that "(Meghan) and Harry want to start a family right away—and she'll start trying as soon as she can."
Another source told US Weekly that though Meghan and Harry are so ready to have kids, timing is important to them and they don't want to rush it. The source adds that the couple will make great parents. Awww.
While we're on the topic, I know someone who would make a great babysitter. (*cough*cough* it's me).
According to another US Weekly source, Meghan is pretty busy doing great things (of course) but is also prepared to raise a family while achieving her other goals. Her mom is super supportive, the source says.
"Doria is expecting to be a grandmother by this time next year," the source told US Weekly. "She's very excited for Meghan to become a mother."
Regardless of when Meghan and Harry have children, we know they'll be adorable and we're totally down to babysit.
