Stagecoach, California’s biggest country music festival, was jam packed as country music lovers headed out to the desert for the three day event. Stagecoach fashion was especially stylish this year and both the stars and festival-goers really stepped up their country style game. Nikki Lane’s Bazaar, an outdoor marketplace of vintage goods including art, clothing, and accessories, made fashion a focus for festival-goers, and everyone enjoyed showing off their country style. Several female singers went with daring looks and, just like their music, mixed pop influences with country details.

Kelsea Ballerini kicked off the festival on Friday with an appearance at the exclusive H2O+ Beauty  party held at the picturesque Zenyara Estate (the same place Gigi Hadid stayed for Coachella!). She gave an intimate performance to the crowd sporting a ruffled gingham crop top and heart shaped sunnies. The outfit was right on trend for summer and perfect for the hot afternoon on the beach.

At the party, Her Campus also spoke to up-and-coming band Temecula Road about their style plans for their performance on Sunday. The group, made up of sisters Emma and Maddie Salute and longtime friend Dawson Anderson, responded saying, “Something cool!”

Lead singer Dawson piped up, “white, definitely white, but I unfortunately have to wear pants.” Both girls responded to him with a rueful smile, excitedly saying, “a tank top and shorts.”

To which Dawson responded, “I mean I have the cool boots, and you can’t wear the cool boots with shorts so I have to wear long pants.”

The band was definitely willing to sacrifice their comfort to get that perfect festival look - just like any other festival-goer!

Arriving at Stagecoach on Friday, the festival started off with DJ BAD ASH, who had been performing in the Honkey Tonk Dance Hall. As a country music DJ who has played at exclusive venues all over the world, she had a unique style that mixed her DJ persona with country vibes. Ashlee said of her look,” I wanted to add some fringe and keep it rock n roll” This is the perfect style inspo for the edgy girl!

Lindsay Ell opened up the festival Friday afternoon and sang her hit song “Criminal” to the gathering crowd. After her killer performance, Her Campus caught up with the singer in the Toyota tent to talk about her look. She went for a more rock ‘n roll theme and kept it casual in her classic Levi’s shorts paired with a simple black graphic tee. Never without her blue nails, the singer was sporting a metallic deep blue manicure for her performance and told Her Campus how excited she was to be at the event.

Kelsea Ballerini stole the show on Friday night in a custom bejeweled denim jumpsuit by Pamella Roland. The look was ultimate Stagecoach goals from head to toe including her metallic silver booties.

The rock ‘n roll-country styles kept coming on Saturday at the Boots on Stage pre-party where Olivia Culpo, Audrina Patridge and other celebs turned out for a fun lakeside performance before the festival. Culpo wore an adorable flared skirt and distressed t-shirt combo to the event. She accessorized with a cowboy hat and western belt for the perfect Stagecoach-chic look. Audrina Patridge kept it causal and springy in a floral crop top with a denim jacket wrapped around her waist.

Back at the festival on Saturday afternoon, Lillie Mae, who was getting ready for her performance on Sunday, showed up in an effortlessly cool look. She kept it casual with a simple white tank top, jeans, and a pair of boots she borrowed from her sister’s closet!

Saturday night Kacey Musgraves gave a simple yet magical performance wearing a showstopping vintage look. The singer stunned in a black floral print suit with sparkling details that combined vintage Americana with upscale French style for a look that perfectly captured the singer’s personality.

On Sunday, everyone turned out in their best country outfits to close out the amazing weekend. Fresh new talent Auburn Road, a country girl band, kept it cool in tank tops and jean shorts. The girls looked adorable in matching bandanas while making a practical festival fashion statement.

The night ended with a crowd pleasing performance by country power couple Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood. Trisha sparkled onstage in a sequin number while the crowd went wild for her hot song “She’s In Love With The Boy.”

Overall the looks at this year’s festival seemed to reflect the modern country sound; taking influences from multiple genres to create  a variety of fun styles. Performers experimented with different pieces and everyone really got into the Stagecoach spirit!
