President Trump Has Been Hit With a Subpoena for Sexual Assault Allegations

President Trump has been issued a subpoena by lawyers representing Summer Zervos, a former contestant on The Apprentice and one of several women accusing the POTUS of sexual assault, BuzzFeed News learned on Sunday. The subpoena directs the Trump campaign to preserve all documents pertaining to, "any woman alleging that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately," and is part of an ongoing defamation lawsuit Zervos filed after Trump denied her allegations that he kissed and grabbed her back in 2007.

Neither White House or Trump's lawyers have responded to BuzzFeed​'s request for comment. Trump's team has until the end of the month to respond to the subpoena.

This Las Vegas Hospital Won't Bill a Single Victim of the Las Vegas Shooting

Despite the fact that Las Vegas hospitals were overwhelmed with over 500 victims requiring serious and expensive procedures following the Las Vegas shooting on October 1,  Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican hospital has said it won't charge a single victim for out-of-pocket expenses related to treated their injuries.

"Our focus remains on the immediate medical and supportive care needs of the injured as well as their long-term healing process," Jennifer Cooper a spokeswoman for the hospital said in a statement to the Las Vegas Sun. "St. Rose does not intend to bill or require payment from any patient victims of this tragic event."

Meanwhile, other hospitals in the area are following suit, and plan to work with victims to alleviate medical costs.
