Despite the fact that they announced their separation earlier this year, we're going to keep on reliving Anna Faris and Chris Pratt's most adorable AF couple moments as much as we possibly can in order to prevent our hearts from completely shattering — and one super juicy part of Anna Faris's upcoming book Unqualified is helping us reminisce on better times.
According to Cosmopolitan, in a newly-released excerpt from Unqualified, which comes out October 24, Faris says she left her first husband Ben Indra when her chemistry with Chris was so insane on the set of Take Me Home Tonight, she knew she had to do something about it.
She writes that she became so "incredibly jealous" of the "background actresses" that Chris was hooking up with while they were filming. As a result, she made the decision to end things with Indra, who didn't think she was serious at first and told her she was, "just tired." But because she and Chris were basically meant to be the cutest celebrity couple ever, she stood her ground.
Things take a steamy turn when Faris also writes that she basically showed up at Chris's house following her split from her first husband, "ready to get boned." And in case you were wondering, their hookup was apparently, "hot and heavy in a way that [she'd] never experienced before." DAYUM.
"Sure, I get to proclaim that I didn't f*ck Chris before I left Ben, but what is there to celebrate in that? It didn't make me a hero," she writes. "After all, I wanted to. Desperately. And I had feelings for him, obviously, even if I wasn't honest with myself about what those were."
