Growing up in the 2000s, we were fortunate enough to be exposed to an endless list of pretty awesome kids' movies that defined our childhoods. If you grew up during this golden age of classic entertainment, then you'll remember these movies.

1. The Lizzie McGuire Movie (2003)

Hilary Duff's questionable Italian accent? The end song? Lizzie kissing Gordo (finally)? THAT is what dreams are really made of.

2. Ice Age (2002)

I'm not embarrassed to say that this movie still makes me emotional when I watch it. Damn you, Sid the Sloth.

3. The Emperor's New Groove (2000)

Will there ever be a more iconic evil duo than Yzma and Kronk?

4. Shrek (2001)

The memes say it all.

5. High School Musical (2006)

I was very disappointed when I realized high school didn't involve basketball teams bursting into song and surprisingly coordinated dance numbers.

6. Spy Kids (2001)

Best part: promotional toy I got from McDonald's when the movie was released. I still have it.

7. Freaky Friday (2003)

I need more Lindsay Lohan movies like this in my life.

8. A Cinderella Story (2004)

I'll take dreamy, misunderstood Chad Michael Murray any day.

9. The Princess Diaries (2001)

A flick that features what is hands down the best movie makeover of all time.

10. Mean Girls (2004)

One of the most quotable movies of our generation.

11. The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (2004)

The real question is, are you a goofy goober?

12. Camp Rock (2008), Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (2010)

The height of my Jonas Brothers obsession. I may or may not have ugly cried when it first premiered.

13. Kim Possible: A Sitch in Time (2003)

Kim Possible was the most underrated badass on the Disney Channel.

14. Monsters, Inc. (2001)

The older I get, the more I realize I'm turning into Mike Wazowski.

15. Scooby-Doo (2002)

Scooby-Doo stars the ultimate 2000s power couple: Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar. Enough said.

16. Elf (2003)

Who knew we'd never get sick of seeing Will Ferrell running around in tights every holiday season?

17. Chicken Run (2000)

"All my life flashed before my eyes. It was really boring." Same, TBH.

18. Peter Pan (2003)

My sexual awakening was pretty much kick-started by Jeremy Sumpter.

19. Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (2001)

I relate to Carl on a spiritual level.

20. The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl (2005)

AKA the peak of Taylor Lautner's career.
