When Beyoncé vowed to help victims of Hurricane Harvey in her hometown of Houston, she wasn't kidding.

Not only did the singer and all around queen contribute a "significant donation" to relief efforts, but she spent her weekend serving meals to those affected - and my faith in humanity has officially been restored.

On Sunday, Bey took to Instagram to share photos of of her working hard to give back to her hometown - and from the looks of it, she worked hard packing meals, talking to and posing for photos with Harvey victims. She even managed to enlist her daughter Blue Ivy along with her mother Tina Lawson and former "Destiny's Child" bandmate Michelle Williams to assist her and the rest of the BeyGood Houston team.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Beyoncé reportedly told survivors, "Y'all are my family. Houston is my home," she said. "This church is my home. I was maybe nine or 10 years old the first time I sat there where my daughter is sitting (now). I sang my first solo here. This is a celebration of survival. Y'all are my family. And I thank God that y'all are safe, that your children are safe. The things that really matter are your health and your children and your family and your life. I just wanna say I love you."

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Beyoncé for president, y'all.
