Bachelor in Paradise may be filming again but not without some serious changes to the show. After investigating allegations of sexual misconduct earlier this summer, Warner Bros. is working to ensure a similar incident doesn't occur again. According to Cosmopolitan, the network has modified a previous contract that left producers responsible for…well, not much.

Earlier this week, BIP production sources told TMZ about a new rule being implemented. Contestants are reportedly now only permitted two drinks per hour. Producers and bartenders will be monitoring everyone's alcohol consumption, a major factor in the incident that almost ended the show.

Contestants are also allegedly required to share their verbal consent with the production team before hooking up with another contestant. Specifically, contestants cannot engage sexually without a producer's initial stamp of approval. Producers are reportedly allowed to interrupt a hookup if consent was not given, according to TMZ.

While spontaneous hookups and drunken moments have been the norm on BIP in the past, the protection of the entire cast and crew comes first. This season is sure to bring the same amount of drama and romance, but hopefully it will do so in a safer environment.
