Sarah Hyland Refused to Trash Talk Ariel Winter to the Paparazzi

For all of the petty fights that have taken over Twitter lately, it’s refreshing to see celebrities supporting each other against a common enemy: in this case, the paparazzi. According to Refinery29, Modern Family costars and on-screen sisters Sarah Hyland and Ariel Winter did just that.

While Ariel is used to defending herself, this time Sarah refused to sit back and let the paparazzi goad her into a feud with her TV sis. On Tuesday, Hyland tweeted, "Paps at the airport trying to get me to talk shit about my girl @arielwinter1. Y'all digging for something you're never gonna get." 

Ariel acknowledged the favor with a quick "love you" response. Aww! 

So what’s the lesson here? Stand up for your girls no matter what goes down. It might be tempting to jump on the gossip train, but if we're not there for one another, who will be?
