Chris Pratt was in hot water last week because of a comment he made about how Hollywood represents people like him—or how it doesn’t, apparently.
“I don’t see personal stories that necessarily resonate with me, because they’re not my stories,” Pratt told Men’s Fitness. “I think there’s room for me to tell mine, and probably an audience that would be hungry for them. The voice of the average, blue-collar American isn’t necessarily represented in Hollywood.”
Chris went on to tell the magazine that he wanted to bridge the gap of “the things that separate us.”
Uh oh. His comments didn’t sit well with most people, leaving Pratt under fire. Though what he said wasn’t exactly popular among fans, Chris quickly apologized with a short-and-sweet but super-real tweet. The Guardians of the Galaxy star took full ownership for the comment, calling it "stupid."
“That was actually a pretty stupid thing to say. I’ll own that. There’s a ton of movies about blue collar America,” he tweeted.

Everyone makes mistakes; at least Chris Pratt realized he was in the wrong. Though no one is perfect, Chris might be the closest thing to it. He’s gorgeous, talented and honest when he messes up. What a man!
