Pretty much any anyone that identifies on the LGBTQ specturm can probably remember at least one instance in which they were asked some pretty uncomfortable questions - which is why this professor's questions that nail everything that's wrong with how we treat LGBTQ people are so important.
Twitter user @sincerelyelise, tweeted a photo of the questions her professor put on a lecture slide for her Human Sexuality course, and the image instantly went viral, garnering 18,000 retweets and 30,000 likes.

The professor took uncomfortable questions that LGBTQ people hear all the time, and flipped them for a heterosexual person's perspective - forcing you to put yourself in the shoes of someone who as been asked a question that's basically impossible to answer.
"The slide is supposed to be funny, but she made us really think about why it was so funny,"Elise told BuzzFeed. "A lot of people in the class had probably never been asked these questions before, so I think she was trying to show them what it would be like, but in a humorous way."
Elise also told Buzzfeed that, while most of the response has been positive, she didn't want to reveal her professor's name or her school because she had received slurs and death threats after posting the tweet.
While the professor's questions are hilarious, they're important in a much more serious way - readers are immediately forced to put themselves in the shoes of LGBTQ people who hear questions like these every day. It's the quick reminder society needs that being anything other than heterosexual isn't a "lifestyle choice," but rather something deeply ingrained that people can't change about themselves.
