We’ve heard about Corinne’s nanny, Raquel, all season long. We even got a quick glimpse of her in the premiere. But Bachelor Nation collectively died and came back to life when Raquel graced our screens during hometowns.
Prepare to have your mind blown by the facts we learned about Raquel last night.
1. She’s very open to hugs
Raquel hugged Nick…TWICE. She’s a hugger, folks.
2. The Olympios family lets Raquel eat dinner with them (when cameras are around)
Corinne and her mother Perry want the world to know that Raquel is part of the family. She even ate dinner with them—but only after she served their food and wine.
Burning question: Where does Raquel dine when the Bach cameras aren’t rolling?
3. Perry “couldn’t do a lot of things without her”
This is a direct quote from Corinne's mom, and I believe every word of it.
4. Corinne is like a daughter to Raquel
Bless you, Raquel. No struggle can match yours.
5. She’s a woman of few words
Raquel didn’t have much to say, but when she did talk, she was deep AF.
6. She obviously doesn’t know who Nick is
During their one-on-one sit-down, Raquel asked Nick about his intentions, which is so sweet and naïve of her. If she knew anything about him, she would know he’s here because he wants to be on Dancing with the Stars.
7. Raquel is committed to her work
Corinne’s family was staring out their condo window like a trio of vultures at Nick and Corinne after they left. But where was Raquel? Cleaning up the dinner table.
I could treat you so much better, Raquel.
