If we could live anywhere in the world, we'd probably choose North Carolina. Not because of the gorgeous ocean views or the warm weather, but because of the (sadly fictional) town of Tree Hill. P. Sawyer and B. Davis would gain a new bestie, and we'd spend our Saturday nights with the rest of the gang at Tric. Basically, we would be living the dream. Here are 15 reasons we wish we lived in Tree Hill, even after all this time.
1. You want to eat at Karen's Café
The food would be good, but the company would be better.
2. You want to hang out in Peyton's bedroom
Pre psycho-stalker Derek, at least.
3. You want to cheer on the Tree Hill Ravens
And see them make it all the way to the state championship.
4. You want to see the hottest bands perform at Tric
Minor names like Fall Out Boy, Gavin DeGraw and Kid Cudi have been known to grace the Tric stage.
5. You want Owen the bartender to name a drink after you
And yours would taste better than tequila and grenadine.
6. You want to spend time at the River Court
And maybe leave your mark on the concrete.
7. You want to read An Unkindness of Ravens and The Comet
Because you know Lucas Scott would become your new favorite author.
8. You want to have girl time with Brooke, Peyton and Haley
With these three as your friends, you'll always have people to count on.
9. You want to rock outfits from Clothes Over Bros
AKA the hottest clothing line around.
10. You want a guy like Lucas or Nathan Scott
But you'd never try to break up Naley or Leyton, obviously.
11. You want to babysit James Lucas Scott
There's no kid anywhere who is cuter than Jamie, tbh.
12. You want to watch Marvin McFadden (AKA Mouth) reporting live on TV
"This is Marvin McFadden on sports, and you've just heard a mouthful."
13. You want to hear Haley James's album
If all of her songs are as good as "When The Stars Go Blue," we'll be satisfied.
14. You want to go to Skills for advice
Because he's smart, funny and always knows what to say.
15. Most of all, you want to know that you'll always have a place to come home to
Because there's only one Tree Hill.
