What you need to know about this episode:
This week on Supergirl, Guardian is rendered useless as he tries to clear his name after being accused of murder. Meanwhile, Kara infiltrates Cadmus to rescue Mon-El but meets a well-known villain in her cousin's comics, Cyborg Superman (aka the real Hank Henshaw). Given that Hank Henshaw supposedly died on the same mission as Jeremiah Danvers, it makes us wonder what Cadmus has really done to Alex's dad.

What you need to know about this episode:
This week on The Flash, Caitlin uses her powers to save Barry from Savitar, and as her mother predicted, Killer Frost is unleashed. Killer Frost goes on a rampage looking for Dr. Alchemy, even kidnapping Julian in the process (even though he deserved it) and fulfilling Cisco's vision of a battle between Killer Frost and The Flash and Vibe.

What we hope to see in the crossover:
We can all agree that the best part of these crossovers is the amazing wit of Cisco, Felicity and now Winn coming together to geek out over their favorite heroes. We can't wait to hear what they have in store for us this time around!
