Since it’s always exciting to get the inside scoop about their favorite products, styles and routines, sneaking a peek inside of their makeup bags can reveal firsthand what products they use to look fabulous and beautiful. All products shown are personal favorites selected by the specific girl of the week, and all opinions expressed are 100% their own.
I have to admit - I don't exactly have a makeup bag... Rather, I have makeup drawers. You can ask my housemates! So, when it came to putting together this blog post of what's in my makeup bag I decided to simply pull out the products that I use for my daily makeup routine. Check them out below!
I love to use my Makeup Forever HD Skin Defining Primer after I apply moisturizer to my face. It helps make my foundation last all day/night! Next, I apply my Urban Decay NAKED Skin Foundation using my Sigma F82.
I then use my Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark Circle Eye Roller under my eyes. It's extremely cooling and helps me wake up when I have class early in the morning! Next I use my MAC Studio Finish Concealer on any skin imperfections and blend with my fingers.
I use my MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural to set my foundation and concealer using my Bobbi Brown Powder Brush. The powder helps keep my face from getting oily throughout the day.
Next I use my NARS Laguna Bronzer. If I had to choose one makeup product that I don't think I could live with it would have to be this! I use this bronzer no matter the time of the year - on my palest skin in January and my tannest skin in July!
I then like to use these two blushes. I use the MAC Mineralized Blush to contour my cheekbones using my MAC 109 brush. Unfortunately, this product was from a limited edition MAC collection so it cannot be purchased any longer. I then put the TARTE Amazonian Clay blush on the apples of my cheeks to add a little bit of color.
Next, I move on to eyes. I usually only use any eye shadow on my eyes when I go out at night, because I am usually too lazy to do it everyday. But, when I do use eye shadow I like to use my Urban Decay NAKED Palette and put together any combination of colors for a fun look!
Then for eyeliner. I wear one of my Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencils on my tightline to make my lashes look fuller every day. Then, when I want a little extra drama, I use my Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner and create a winged look.
Lastly, I curl my lashes using my NARS eyelash curler and apply my Benefit They're Real! Mascara!
