Supergirl

What you need to know about this episode:

The world was cheering when Alex came out as gay and proved herself as the true super girl of this episode. Meanwhile, James (aka The Guardian) teamed up with Supergirl and a newly heroic Mon-El to defeat a disgusting slug-looking parasite that strongly resembled The Thing.

What you need to know about The Guardian:

Different from the DC Comics version of Guardian, James Olsen will take on the role of a superpower-less but brave vigilante because photography just isn't doing it for him. This Guardian's biggest weakness? Not telling Kara that he is actually James. His greatest strength? Having Winn as his sidekick.

Best quote of the episode:

"I'm not flying, that's for sure."— Drunk Kara

What we can't wait to see next week:

Mon-El is captured by Cadmus—oh no!

The Flash

What you need to know about this episode:

Wally is having dreams about being Kid Flash, forcing Barry to reveal Flashpoint Wally's fate. Desperate to become a speedster, Wally falls victim to Dr. Alchemy's mind games and is possessed. Back at Star Labs, Cisco finds out about Caitlin's secret and vibes an intense fight between him and Caitlin's Killer Frost alter-ego in the future. He also blabs to the rest of the team that Caitlin is now a meta.

Best quote of the episode:

"You think everyone on Earth 19 is missing crayons in the box or just him?"— Cisco talking about H.R.

Our biggest questions about this episode:

The show is obviously not-so-subtly hinting that Julian is Dr. Alchemy, right? And what is the deal with Alchemy's rock, which had such a strong, almost crippling effect on Barry and encased Wally in some sort of cocoon?

What you need to know about Savitar:

Savitar is Dr. Alchemy's partner-in-crime and made an appearance in this episode to prevent his comrade from being apprehended by The Flash. As the self-proclaimed "god of speed," Savitar knows more about the speed force than any other speedster and can quicken or slow objects (or other speedsters) at will, which may prove to be a problem for Barry.

What we can't wait to see next week:

We're dying to know what is going to happen to Wally. Plus, Caitlin will unleash Killer Frost, making us wonder if Caitlin Snow will be lost to us forever.

Arrow

What you need to know about this episode:

There's a new Vigilante in town—who clearly didn't consult Cisco for a more original name—and he is a season one Green Arrow wannabe. Meanwhile, Lance tells Thea that he thinks Prometheus is trying to frame him, so Thea ships him off to rehab and warns Oliver that Prometheus may know he is the Green Arrow. And at the end of the episode, we find out Artemis is in cahoots with Prometheus.

Best quote of the episode:

"Well, if the obsessive and really intense face fits."— Rory, describing Oliver as Ahab from Moby Dick

What we can't wait to see next week:

There's no new episode of Arrow next week because of Thanksgiving, but after that, it's crossover time!

Legends of Tomorrow

What you need to know about this episode:

The Legends head back to the Old West to help our favorite outlaw from season one, Jonah Hex. Professor Stein gets a strange headache, leading him to believe that his relationship with his wife may be in danger, and Jax struggles with keeping future Barry's message from the team.

Best quote of the episode:

"I estimate the chances of survival at 51 percent."— Gideon

"Would it kill you to say above average, Gideon?"— Nate

What we can't wait to see next week:

Captian Sara told us at the end of this week's episode that the Legends' friends in 2016 need their help. A post-Thanksgiving crossover is just what we need right about now.
