Donald Trump’s son, Eric, continued the proud family tradition of thinking rules don’t apply to him Tuesday when he tweeted a photo of his ballot—an act which is against the law in New York state. Oops.
He’s deleted the Tweet now, but don’t worry, there are screenshots.

According to The Hill, taking ballot photos can cost you a $1,000 fine or a year in jail.
