There’s nothing like a good manicure; it can help you feel more glamorous and usually just puts you in a good mood. And while mani-pedis are normally associated with women, some famous men are getting in on the action, and for an amazing cause!
Chris Hemsworth, Zac Efron and Liam Hemsworth are just a few celebs to start posting selfies with one finger painted. This is all in support of The Polished Man project that aims to end child abuse. On their website, they state that “1 in 5 children are subject to physical and/or sexual violence before the age of 18.” And we all agree that is “one too many.”
The hashtag and campaign hope to raise money for trauma risk and prevention services for children around the world. The one painted nail is meant to spark a conversation that they hope leads to funding for the cause.
While many have already been posting these polished selfies, celebs are just starting to get in on the fun. We’re stilling waiting on the nominated Jimmy Fallon, Tom Hiddleston, Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downing Jr. They have until Halloween, so they'd better pick out their best shade!
