When it comes to having a role model, many look up to family members. The same goes for Austin Swift, the younger brother of Taylor Swift.
In a recent interview with People magazine, Austin talked about how his sister's accomplishments are an inspiration to him.
"When we were kids, I saw Taylor write songs every day for years when there was no one to play them to," Austin said. "Having seen that example, how much goes in, how long it took ... That's always going to be bedrock for who I am and who I want to be."
He also explained the ~hustle~ even a young Taylor had—she would to "door-to-door dropping off demo CDs at labels that never called." And no matter what audience she was singing to, she would put in all the effort and enthusiasm we see of her sold-out stadium shows.
Austin graduated in 2015 from the University of Notre Dame where he studied film, and he recently landed a role in the thriller "I.T." alongside Pierce Brosnan. With a big sister like Taylor Swift, talent must run in the family.
