Rather than let Nelly work with the IRS to come up with an agreement, here's a more exciting idea—according to Spotify, artists make between $0.006 to $0.0084 per stream, so if everyone streams "Hot in Herre" 287,176,547 times, Nelly can get out of this (assuming he earns closer to the $0.0084 range).
