I’m still convinced that I’m a Muggleborn wizard who’s bound to receive her belated Hogwarts acceptance letter any day. While I may still be barred from visiting Hogwarts, I could still have some magic in my life by checking out the new Harry Potter-themed restaurant opening this summer in London. Hello Giggles reports that on Friday and Saturday nights throughout this August and September, the members’ club The Library will offer a seven-course meal named after Wizarding World elements.

Although the pricey special dinners are already sold out (clearly I’m not the only secret Muggleborn out there), they truly sound like an once-in-a-lifetime experience. Encouraging guests to attend in their Hogwarts House colors, the event’s website says that people are also welcomed with a drink of either butterbeer or firewhiskey at “Platform 9 ¾.” The elaborate dinner fit for a Great Hall feast includes dishes like “Devil’s Snare” (chia seed, seaweed and zucchini) and “Triwizard Tournament” (red mullet, quail eggs and squid). And of course, what else would a dessert of sponge cake with figs and ice cream be called but “Honeydukes”?

As Hello Giggles points out, there’s reason for superfans to freak out even more over this opportunity. The epilogue of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows takes place on Sept. 1, 2017, which just so happens to be a Friday. Um, can I sneak into that dinner as a waitress?

A Louisiana congressman is facing controversy after posting a video message of himself at the memorial site of the Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz, Teen Voguereports. Republican Representative Clay Higgins posted his video to YouTube and, at one point, appears inside a gas chamber, which critics are saying has “politiciz[ed] a genocide.”

Beginning the video near one of the camp’s railroads, Higgins says, “Could be a railroad anywhere, right? Except this was at Auschwitz-Birkenau, the expansion of Auschwitz, where four large gas chambers were built.” As the video continued, Higgins discusses the deaths of “innocent civilians,” but never mentions Jewish people as Auschwitz’s victims.

The video detail causing the most strife with people is one of Higgins’ final comments while in the gas chamber. He tells the camera, “This is why homeland security must be squared away.” As the video finishes, he remarks, “The United States is more accessible to terror like this, horror like this. It’s hard to walk away from gas chambers, ovens without a very sober feeling of commitment, unwavering commitment, to make damn sure that the United States of America is protected from the evils of the world.”

The Auschwitz Memorial’s Twitter account responded to Higgins’ video in a classy way, pointing out that the concentration camp calls for respectful silence. 

Time reports that in a statement following the video’s backlash, Higgins said, “My message has caused pain to some whom I love and respect. For that, my own heart feels sorrow. Out of respect to any who may feel that my video posting was wrong or caused pain, I have retracted my video.”

Regardless of his apology, there is definitely a fine line between respect and what Higgins chose to do while visiting such a powerful site. 

Lauren Conrad is like your best friend’s cool big sister who you totally envied when you were growing up. When LC announced her first pregnancy earlier this year and later revealed that she was having a son in a sweet and simple way, I definitely felt that she was total #lifegoals. Now she and her husband William Tell have officially welcomed their new bundle of joy, People reports.

In a statement for the magazine, the couple revealed that their son was born July 5, saying, “We are thrilled to share that we welcomed our son Liam James Tell into our family. Mom, Dad and baby are doing well. We’re already in love!” As if this adorable little family could get any cuter, the two even gave a status update on their dogs, writing, “Chloe and Fitz aren’t so sure…”

Lauren then took to her Instagram to share the news, posting a cross-stitch pattern of the Tell family with their newest member.

Given Lauren’s on-point fashion sense, I’m expecting to see some perfect baby outfits for Liam in the near future. Congrats to Lauren and William!

Dating is exhausting, pretty much regardless of whether you find romantic success or not. With everything else going on in our lives, devoting time to meeting and pursuing new people, be they for long-term commitment or fling reasons, can get tough.

Added to that is the fact that people aren’t usually giving you the truest version of themselves when you’re in the early stages of dating (we all do it — it’s okay!). It can be hard to detect whether someone is worth your time or not, so we polled some expert collegiettes for their takes on which traits are red flags in a romantic partner and which you can give another chance. Read on for their tips!

Red flags

1. They mansplain to you 

People can be hard to read in dating situations, but there are some clear tells that someone is way more into themselves than they are into you — don’t waste your time here! There are several indicators that a person doesn’t have a genuine interest in getting to know you.

“One I've experienced is them trying their hardest to relate to your interests/hobbies,” says Veronika Potylitsina, a senior at the University of Toronto. “For example, I'm actually, really interested in architecture and they try to make things up about what they know about the thing that are obviously wrong.” Classic case of a man thinking he knows more about your topics of interest than you do yourself.

Mansplaining is about the least sexy/appealing/acceptable thing that happens in the realm of dating, so don’t let anyone mess around with you like that. You have every right to drop them (and give them a lecture on the real facts as well as why they don’t need to overcompensate and patronize you by trying to show you up on your own knowledge).

2. They’re overly attached or jealous

Clinginess, especially in the early stages of dating, is super disconcerting. You don’t want them to be dependent on you from the get go!

“If they're moving too quickly, that's another red flag — overattachment is often a little troublesome if you're just getting to know them,” says Rachna Shah, a freshman at Dartmouth College. They don’t know you like that.

Jealous behavior takes this unhealthy attachment a step further. “If a no-strings-attached type relationship has been established yet he gets obviously jealous when you talk about other people/guys to him (such as abrupt end of conversation, trying to immediately hang out with you, trying to ‘one-up’ the person, etc), that's also a red flag,” Veronika says.

“Being possessive is not part of the deal and should be addressed immediately,” she adds. No matter the stage of the fling or relationship, jealousy is toxic and can lead to unsafe situations.

3. Flakiness

Flakiness, even when it comes to a fling, is more than just annoying — it’s a deliberate disrespecting of you and your time.

“One of the biggest red flags is when the person acts in a manner best described as flaky,” Rachna says. “They talk to you when they want to, but as soon as one of their friends shows up, they ditch you.” If it’s a repeated pattern, you’re better off without them. Like we said earlier, you’re busy!

4. It's all about them

Regardless of the seriousness of the relationship, both parties should be committed to reciprocality at the very least. “I dated a guy who always managed to turn the conversation around to interest him or make it about him, says Tiara Curow, a senior at Central Washington University. “I could bring up a topic and he would give me his side but wouldn’t ask me about mine, or if I brought up something that he wasn’t interested he would blatantly ignore it and start talking about himself or whatever he was doing.”

If they can't handle a two-way conversation, it's not likely to make for a good relationship. “The biggest red flag is when a guy won’t stop talking about himself or always keeps things superficial,” Tiara says. “I was dating a guy for two months and we had no problems discussing what my major is or my favorite food but when it came to my family or anything slightly personal he was not interested.”

Getting to know people is hard work, and if you’re invested, they should be too. “I think this shows that the person really isn’t interested in getting to know you or doesn’t see the relationship going anywhere,” Tiara says. Next!

5. They don’t take anything seriously

Sure, a fling is a fling, but if your relationship is moving to the next level and they are noncommittal or don't take you or your relationship seriously, that's probably not a good sign. “I once went out with a guy who was a fun, go with the flow type of person,”  says Morgan Mullings, a sophomore at St. John’s University. “While there's nothing wrong with this, when things got serious he avoided any serious topics or conversation!”

If you're not comfortable with their aversion towards real talk, steer clear. “There's a time and place for EVERYTHING, and if he can't handle talking about something a little tough, that's a huge red flag,” Morgan says. There's a difference between wanting to have fun and being a 12-year-old inside the body of a 20-something!

Second chance traits

1. Lifestyle differences or personal preferences

Just because you don’t have everything in common and don’t love all the same things doesn’t mean you won’t get along or last. These differences could potentially make your relationship even stronger in the long run! You’ll fill in one another’s gaps.

For example, you might be a vegetarian and they might be a hard core meat eater. It doesn’t mean it isn’t meant to be, it just means that you have an opportunity to have some interesting conversations with one another about these sorts of things! If the chemistry and interest is there, you can absolutely make it work.  

2. Things about them others don’t like

Pretty much any outside advice about a romance should be taken with a grain of salt. After all, the person giving the advice is probably not one of the people involved in the romance itself, so they can only understand what’s going on to a certain degree!

It’s one thing if other people in your life have genuine concerns about your health or safety when you’re seeing a person, but just because your SO’s personality doesn’t match with your friends’ or family’s doesn’t mean they’re wrong for you. “I would recommend enduring through...family and friends [who] don't initially approve of your SO (and vice versa!),” says Rachna. They’re your SO, not your family’s or friends’!

3. They’re close with their family

It can be unattractive if someone talks about their family a lot, much less spends a great deal of time with or talking to their family members. Aren’t we supposed to be flourishing in our independence? You might be that way, but just remember that that may not be the case for everyone.

“I once went out with a guy who called his mom and talked about her literally all the time,” Morgan says. “This was off putting at first because I was like, ‘Are you dating me or your mom?’” A classic conundrum.

Closeness with a parent or other family member that you aren’t used to shouldn’t send you running for the hills, though. “But later on it wasn't as frequent and I realized they just have a very good relationship,” Morgan says. “And that actually makes him a better person to date.” Hopefully that bond means they’re more grounded and have good priorities. And if they’re sharing details about their other close relationships with you, that’s gotta be a good sign!

4. They overshare

This is the contrast to guys who are super into themselves. Oversharing might be too much or even seem a little creepy, but (hopefully) it's just an indicator that they're comfortable with you!

“Most of the time, the guy is just really excited to tell you about his life and share the things that he enjoys and can get a little carried away,” says Charlee Hrubesky, a sophomore at Indiana University. “I like guys who share their lives with me, even if they like to share a lot at one time.” You are supposed to be getting to know each other, after all.

A healthy amount of pickiness is good — you shouldn’t have to settle — but you could also miss out on someone really great if you discount them based on something that might not actually be too big of a deal.

Unfortunately, just like food, your makeup has an expiration date. There’s only so much makeup you can wear every day, so the sad reality is that the fifth nude lipstick you swore you needed might expire before you have a chance to get through it. Did you know there are actually dangers to using expired makeup? If you’re lucky, the product will simply just stop applying the way it used to. Products may become streaky, uneven or just impossible to put on. In more severe cases, using the expired product can cause skin problems, such as irritation, breakouts, rash, swelling and dermatitis (which can’t all be fixed with a new bottle of foundation). 

Fortunately, there are some easy ways to make sure that your makeup isn’t expired, so that your skin stays safe. As hard as it may be to throw out that expensive eyeshadow palette or blush with the beautiful packaging, it's just not worth the risk. Here’s how to ensure that all of your makeup isn’t doing more harm than good. 

1. Figure out the expiration date

Unfortunately, there are no U.S. laws that require companies to put an expiration date on products, however, many still do. Look for the PAO symbol on your packaging, which indicates how long it's safe to keep the products once you open then. A good trick for keeping up to date on this is to put a reminder in your phone for when the product will expire, that way you get a notification! If your product doesn’t indicate anything about the shelf life, here’s a quick and mostly applicable list.

Mascara: three to six months 

Eyeliner, brow pencil and lip liner : six months to one year 

Lip gloss: one year

Foundation: six months to two years 

Blush, bronzer, eyeshadow and powders: one to two years 

Lipstick and nail polish: two years

Perfume: eight to 10 years

2. Smell it 

Who doesn’t love the smell of fresh makeup? Remember when you first got that new lipstick that had the faintest hint of a vanilla to it? Well if it's over two years old or expired, theres a good chance that it no longer smells the way that it used to. Take a whiff of any products that you expect may be past a good date. If it smells foul, like gas, chemicals or just plain off (use the same judgement that you would with food), ditch it ASAP! 

3. Test the color

One of the telltale signs that your makeup has expired is if the color has changed. For instance, when it comes to that foundation that matched your skin tone perfectly, if it slowly starts to look more and more off, there's a good chance that you’re not the one changing colors–it is. Not only is this dangerous for your skin, but you’re wearing the wrong shade to boot!

Of course, how long your makeup lasts also depends on how you treat it. Always avoid touching your makeup whenever you can, and, if necessary, ensure that your hands are freshly washed and clean. Look for products with a pump so that you can avoid exposing it to outside elements. On the topic of cleanliness, don’t share your makeup with friends (as much as your bestie desperately wants to try on your new lipstick). The more careful you are with your makeup, the more time you can squeeze out of that impulse buy lipstick that you now have only short two years to use up.

Bella Hadid may not be quite on Kylie Jenner's level, but she's definitely no stranger to rocking some insane hair colors. Remember her Cruella moment last year at New York Fashion Week? Now, Bella is playing with gold at Couture Fashion Week. 

No, that's not hair dye. It's literally a mask of glitter. Editorial hairstylist Eugene Souleiman crafted this genius look for the Maison Margiela runway by alternating between coats of glitter and hairspray until the color was opaque. Although it sounds like a glittery mess waiting to happen, you can actually recreate this ~futuristic~ look yourself with liquid glitter (or loose glitter and a lot of patience!). 

Makeup artist Pat McGrath tied the overall look together with her Lust MatteTrance Lipstick in Elson, which made appearances on several other models. This totally tops the time she walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show with The Weeknd, and I must say I'm still feeling inspired to dress more like Bella Hadid or fake her straight bangs from the 2017 CFDA Awards. She's becoming quite the fashion icon—glitter and all.

It’s been nearly four years since we last heard new music from Kesha, who is perhaps best known for her upbeat hits "We R Who We R" and "TiK ToK" (and for waking up like P. Diddy). Kesha (yes, she's dropped the dollar sign from her name) re-entered the music scene on Thursday with the release of her newest single, “Praying,” a powerful ballad that tells of her personal struggles, symbolizing the beginning of a brand new stage in her career.

In a post for Lenny Letter, the online newsletter created by actress Lena Dunham, Kesha explains the meaning behind “Praying," saying that the song is about hope and how she finds strength even in her darkest moments.

As you probably remember, in 2014, Kesha filed a lawsuit against her producer, Dr. Luke, who she claimed emotionally abused, drugged and raped her. According to Billboard, it is still unclear what legal action Kesha had to take to record "Praying" and her third full-length album, Rainbow, which is set to be released Aug. 11.

In the Lenny Letter post, Kesha says: “In the past couple of years, I have grown into a strong, independent woman. I have realized through this long journey of ups and downs that if I'm lucky enough to have a voice that people listen to, then I should use it for good and for truth. I've battled intense anxiety and depression, a relentless eating disorder, and all the other basic bullshit that comes with being human. I know I'm not alone in that battle. Finding the strength to come forward about these things is not easy, but I want to help others who are going through tough times.”

She adds, "This song is about me finding peace in the fact that I can't control everything—because trying to control everyone was killing me. It's about learning to let go and realize that the universe is in control of my fate, not me."

Kesha goes on to say, “This is just the beginning. I am so happy and grateful to begin sharing all the music I have been writing with the world. I’ve written a record that reveals my vulnerabilities, and I have found strength in that."

On Wednesday, Rob Kardashian took to Instagram to post explicit photos of Blac Chyna, his ex-fiancée and mother of his daughter, Dream. His overly graphic posts have since been taken down, but the drama has only begun.

After his Instagram account was deleted, Kardashian continued the saga on Twitter, posting a graphic video he claims Chyna sent him of her with another man. He continued to rant about Chyna in a series of tweets.

According to People, on Wednesday, Blac Chyna's attorney said that he is exploring legal options and investigating what kinds of action can be taken against Rob Kardashian for sharing the explicit posts of Chyna.

A legal expert who spoke to People claims that Kardashian could face criminal charges for posting nude pictures of Chyna, one of which showed her genital area. In fact, the graphic social media photos Kardashian shared could fall into a category of illegal posts called "revenge porn." According to The Los Angeles Times, in California, it's illegal to post what is known as "non-consensual pornography," and violators of the revenge porn law face up to six months in jail.

Only time will tell what kind of legal action will be taken, if any—but I hope the situation doesn't spiral out of control any more than it already has.

The Amazing Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield is under fire for saying that he’s gay “without the physical act” in regards to his current stage role in the play Angels in America, in which he plays a gay man diagnosed with AIDS.

According to Refinery29, Garfield, who previously dated actress Emma Stone, recently spoke at a panel discussion and shared how he prepared for his role in Angels in America. Journalists from the British publication The Gay Times picked up his controversial comments, and the LGBTQ+ community is not too happy about what he said.

“As far as I know, I am not a gay man. Maybe I’ll have an awakening later in my life, which I’m sure will be wonderful and I’ll get to explore that part of the garden, but right now I’m secluded to my area, which is wonderful as well," Garfield said. "I adore it, but a big concern was what right do I have to play this wonderful gay role?"

When asked what kind of research he did for his role, Garfield said that he watched RuPaul's Drag Race. "My only time off during rehearsals—every Sunday I would have eight friends over and we would just watch Ru. This is my life outside of this play. I am a gay man right now just without the physical act—that’s all.”

Garfield's comments have caused many to voice their opinions about his generalizations of the gay community.

According to Refinery29, Garfield has yet to clarify or explain his comments. Until then, we wait.

After Drake Bell's shocking exclusion from Josh Peck's wedding guest list, a string of now-deleted angsty tweets and Miranda Cosgrove refusing to take sides, I thought the iconic duo's celebrity beef was finally blowing over. In the words of Cher Horowitz, as if.

While I knew the TV stepbrothers would probably never be BFFs again, things just keep getting worse—Josh's Grandfathered costar, John Stamos, has now shared his ~thoughts~ on Instagram. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but in this case, the caption speaks for itself. "I got invited to the wedding and I didn't even want to go. #Honeymoon," John wrote.

Josh and John have appeared in multiple Instagram posts together, so this bromance-y pic isn't a total surprise. However the caption definitely seems like a jab at the former friendship between Drake and Josh and their now ongoing feud. The burn isn't lost on us—or on John's Instagram followers, many of whom called him out. "Well he just added more fuel to the fire," one commenter wrote.

The internet has been in an uproar since Drake revealed he didn't score an invite to Josh's wedding, and many commenters attacked Josh on his own Instagram, commenting "JUDAS" and "#judaspeck." And this new shade thrown at Drake isn't going to help smooth things over.

While we're all heartbroken that Drake and Josh aren't friends anymore, it's been a long time since their Nickelodeon days, and Drake might have been out of line to publicly rant about not getting an invite in the first place. After all, fellow costar Miranda Cosgrove didn't attend, so it may have been a small, intimate wedding with only close friends and family.

However, while Drake's tweeting wasn't the best way to handle the situation, neither is this shady Instagram post. Take the high road, John. At least you got a wedding invite. 

Hours after Trump's inauguration, WhiteHouse.gov/espanol shut down, and the new administration has yet to unveil a Spanish version of their website. Initially, getting it back up and running appeared to be a priority for Trump—Press Secretary Sean Spicer publicly promised an updated version of the Spanish site back in January, according to the Associated Press. "IT folks [are] working overtime," Spicer said at the time. "Trust me, it’s going to take a little bit more time, but we’re working piece by piece to get that done." But six months later, the site has still not been updated.

Since the website isn't operational, Spanish-speaking Trump supporters can follow White House updates via Twitter...or can they?

The official Spanish-language White House Twitter account, @LaCasaBlanca, is far less active than Trump's main account or the official POTUS twitter. Since its launch, @LaCasaBlanca has only uploaded 41 tweets, and over a third of them were from the day of a single Congressional address—not to mention that half are written in English. Kinda defeats the purpose of a SPANISH-language Twittter.

Plus, 11 of those Spanish tweets have typos, the AP reports, though none are as famous (yet) as "covfefe." Though translators have struggled to share Trump's rhetoric in other languages, it seems like the White House may have turned to Google Translate, not an actual Spanish speaker, as some have suggested on social media.

Helen Aguirre Ferre, the White House Director of Media Affairs, told the AP that a Spanish website should be anticipated later this year. She also threw shade at Obama's administration, noting that their Spanish website was uploaded nine months after his inauguration. However, even while under construction, the Obama administration's site had a Spanish homepage and Spanish bios of the President, Vice-President, First Lady and Second Lady, Newsweek reports, and the White House had a designated Spanish-language press official. (This position, Director of Hispanic Media, has been eliminated under the Trump administration.) 

Activists see the lack of a Spanish website part of the larger problem of Trump's history of hate rhetoric towards Latinos and immigrants in general. "I believe they have written off the Latino vote as, 'I’m never going to get it, so why should I even bother?'" Luis A. Miranda Jr., a Democratic strategist, told the AP. This seems to be a long-standing problem for Trump—during his campaign, Trump alienated many Latino voters by saying, "This is a country where we speak English, not Spanish," and other comments that seem to imply America should not be as welcoming to Latinos. He even criticized Jeb Bush for answering a reporter's question in Spanish. 

Some disagree with this criticism of the president, claiming that Trump DOES care about Latinos. Just take Javier Palomarez's word for it: the president of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has said he's pleasantly surprised by Trump's other efforts at Latino outreach, according to BuzzFeed News. But reaching out in the native language of more than 41 million Americans is a step that's probably long overdue.

If Despacito can be the song of the summer, the White House website should be available in Spanish—and their Spanish tweets should probably be written by someone who's actually fluent in the language.

After dating on again/off again for what seems like forever, Kylie and Tyga seem to have really called it quits this time. Kylie is allegedly dating rapper Travis Scott, while Tyga seems to be moving on in his own right. Kylie seems to have made the split final with her decision to change her ankle tattoo that read, "t" for Tyga, into "la" for the city she's grown up in. It's cute either way, but the symbolism behind moving on is what we really care about. 

That's probably the best way to get rid of an unwanted tattoo, instead of going through the painful process of removing it completely. Way to make something good out of a breakup! 

And honestly, her tattoo is one of the simplest and most relatable celeb tattoos out there. Harry Styles had 24 tattoos by age 18, Scarlett Johansson has a horse shoe tattoo, Ariel Winter's features the initials of her nieces and nephews, Selena Gomez's tattoo is a message of self love in Arabic and Pink has a barcode. As for Kylie, she has quite the collection, including her grandmother's name, a tiny red heart and the word "sanity" spelled phonetically. 

After three years of Taylor Swift's epic Taymerica party tradition, it almost didn't feel like the Fourth of July without a T. Swift patriotic extravaganza. However, Taylor has been avoiding the spotlight, and her family visited her Rhode Island home this week—while one of her best friends was spotted getting awfully close to Kendall Jenner.

Karlie Kloss, one of Taylor's best friends, and Kendall Jenner, who may or may not have been a member of the Swift squad at some point, were frequently seen together during Paris Fashion Week, and the internet is convinced that Taylor can't be happy about it.

Though originally just another member of Taylor's legendary girl gang, blood is thicker than water, and Kendall seemed to side with Kim after Tay's feud with Kanye and Kim blew up. At the time, Kendall liked several tweets supporting #TeamKim, and she hasn't been spotted with Taylor since. Kim basically made their friendship breakup official during an interview this May. When asked, "Was it awkward between you and Kendall or Kendall and Taylor because Kendall was part of Taylor's squad?" Kim laughed and replied, "I don't know if Kendall was a part of her squad. I don't think she was." SHADY AF, especially after Kendall's on-stage appearance with several other squad members during one of Taylor's 1989 concerts. (The caption is literally, "The squad in London," with everyone—including @kendalljenner—tagged, Kim. What additional proof do you need?)

While Tay and Kendall have mutual friends in Gigi Hadid and Cara Delevingne, Karlie's loyalty has always been to Taylor—or so we thought. Swifties on Twitter were (understandably?) devastated when photos of Kendall and Karlie hit the internet.

Since Taylor's bash didn't happen this year, it makes sense that Karlie made other plans, but was it really necessary to hang out with someone that shares bad blood with her best friend? Or does it even matter because women should be able to hang out with whomever they want without all this drama getting stirred up?

Amelia Earhart is an icon of women’s empowerment for being the first woman to fly alone across the Atlantic Ocean and making many other substantial first forays into the aviation world for women. On an attempted trip around the world in July of 1937, Earhart’s plane disappeared somewhere over the central Pacific Ocean and she, along with her navigator, Fred Noonan, were never heard from again.

According to a new History Channel special, Earhart and Noonan may not have died as the result of a crash into the Pacific Ocean, as the most popular theory of their plane’s disappearance states, BuzzFeed News reports.

The photo appears to have been taken in the Marshall Islands in 1937, during which time the islands were under Japanese control. (The Marshall Islands are a group of islands in the northwestern Pacific Ocean a few thousand miles northeast of Australia.) It was discovered in a long-lost file from the National Archives, and some claim it's the missing piece of the puzzle to explain Earhart's mysterious disappearance.

Zoomed in, two white people appear in the photo, and researchers are speculating that the man and woman are Amelia Earhart and Fred Noonan. “When you pull it out and when you see the analysis that’s been done, I think it leaves no doubt to the viewers that that’s Amelia Earhart and Fred Noonan,” an investigator told NBC News.

After doing facial recognition and photo comparison work, researchers are confident of the evidence. In the photo, Earhart’s plane, or something with its general shape and resemblance, also seems to be visible in the background, being towed by a large ship.

While we all want a happy ending for Earhart's story, the timing of this seems a little too coincidental—this year will mark the 80th anniversary of her attempted flight around the world.

This morning, Trump made an appearance for a speech in Warsaw, Poland that echoed much of his inauguration address with its promises of Western domination and punishment of those who don’t get the memo, according to The New York Times. After meeting with the Polish President, Andrejz Duda, he spoke about Russia, North Korea and the role of the United States and the West as a whole in global conflicts at a news conference.

On the topic of Russia’s involvement in the election last year, Trump remained evasive and vague. “I think it was Russia, and it could have been other people in other countries,” Trump said. “Nobody really knows for sure.”

Regarding the recent missile launch in North Korea, Trump claimed that the country would be punished with “some pretty severe things.” Clowns? Tickling? It could be anything. “I don’t like to talk about what we have planned,” Trump said.

Trump’s repeated refrain during the news conference was that the West needs to remain intact and defensive against threats from radical Islam and others. Trump emphasized at multiple points the superiority and sanctity of “our way of life,” implying other countries should follow suit.

The reason the Polish government and some of its citizenry seem to have such a positive reaction to Trump can be understood from this quote from the Times: “Mr. Trump’s appearance in a setting that symbolizes the Polish people’s resistance to tyranny was well received, as was his message linking the fight against the Islamic State to Poland’s resistance of German invasion and occupation from 1939 to 1945.”

It is also important to note that, according to the Times, “the governing party also bused in supporters from the countryside to ensure a large crowd.” In Warsaw, Poland’s capital, residents are more liberal and therefore more anti-Trump. Choosing an alternate, smaller location for his appearance may have been very strategic for how his speech was received—and portrayed in the media.

Ryan Reynolds is notorious for his hilarious tweets; without him, Twitter would be a much duller place. Thankfully, his latest tweet is just as funny as all his others. Ryan noticed a fan’s tweet on Wednesday and offered up some advice that's actually pretty genius.

Fan Gabi Dunn tweeted the Deadpool hunk a couple of Photoshopped prom pictures in which she'd replaced her ex-boyfriend with Reynolds. “My boyfriend and I broke up a few days after prom, so I decided to 'edit' the photos a little @VancityReynolds,” Gabi wrote.

As if this wasn’t iconic enough on its own, Ryan's response to the clever fan is even better. Reynolds wrote back, “We should photoshop me over his yearbook picture next #DontMessWithGabi.” YES, Ryan!

From here on out, I think I'll tweet Ryan when I need dating advice because he clearly knows exactly how to handle a breakup.
