Have you ever wondered which Grey's Anatomy doctor is just like you? Well prepare yourself, because you’re about to find out.

Aries: Callie Torres

Like Callie, you’re an independent go-getter. A courageous woman who isn’t afraid to get what she wants. But you have a bad tendency to be moody, impatient and short-tempered.

Taurus: April Kepner

You’re traditional, reliable and super ambitious, but can be stubborn at times. Sudden changes, complications and insecurity of any kind are not your friend. Like April, you love working with your hands and romance.

Gemini: Derek Shepherd

You got Derek Shepherd! Like McDreamy, you’re adaptable, curious and affectionate. Gemini’s dual personality can go from being warm and fun one second to cold and detached the next.

Cancer: Miranda Bailey

Cancers, like Dr. Bailey, are highly empathetic, persuasive and manipulative. But despite what others think of you, you are a loyal and emotional person who is loved by all those around you.

Leo: Izzie Stevens

As a Leo, you are extremely hard to resist. You have a big heart that makes you passionate about what do you. You hate being ignored and facing a difficult reality.

Virgo: Addison Montgomery

Virgos are always paying attention to the smallest details—a total Addison trait. You are hardworking and practical. Some of your likes include books, nature and cleanliness.

Libra: Meredith Grey

You’re a peacekeeper. But also know how to hold a grudge. When faced with an issue, you know to look at it from all different angles. Like Meredith, you hate being alone but know how to deal with it.

Scorpio: Jackson Avery

Like Avery, you are naturally intelligent and a trustworthy person, but can be stubborn like a Scorpio. You are determined, decisive and a great leader.

Sagittarius: Mark Sloan

You’re big-hearted. A curious, energetic and optimistic person. An extroverted adventurer who doesn’t fear change. You speak the truth and mean what you say.

Capricorn: Cristina Yang

As an Capricorn, you possess independence, and like Christina Yang, you value professionalism and self-control, and have the potential to be a great leader. However, people look at you as a know-it-all, and you tend to be a bit unforgiving.

Aquarius: Alex Karev

Karev is your perfect match! You’re both eccentric and energetic, and march to the beat of your own drum. You do, however, have a weakness of being temperamental and sometimes aloof.

Pisces: George O’Malley

Kind, selfless and loving. You sacrifice and help others without hoping to get anything in return. You truly are a great friend.

What Every Woman Should Know About Period Sex

$

0

When one thinks of period sex, the most obvious and normal reaction is “ew.” Not because periods are gross, but because it sounds terribly messy. That and other reasons are why most women and men tend to stay away from doing the deed while it is that time of the month. Well, Her Campus is here to help tell you all the things you have to know about period sex, especially some things you may have thought were true that actually aren’t.

1. It doesn't have to be mess

For many, the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about period sex is the idea of getting blood everywhere. It’s hard enough trying to wash blood out of your underwear when your tampon leaks, but a whole bed sheet? No thanks. The most obvious way to avoid this mess is simple: shower sex. This way there is no mess to clean up at all. If that is not something you are into, you can also just put a dark towel down and no one will ever know, so no need to be embarrassed. Melanie, a junior at Florida State University, say's that she absolutely loves period sex, but you do have to pay attention to your body. "Some months when my period is especially heavy, my partner and I stick to shower sex because otherwise there is just too much blood," she says. "But if it is a reletively light month, nothing really has to be different from our usual sex." Sounds good to us.

2. It is possible to get pregnant during period sex

One of the biggest myths about period sex is that you can’t get pregnant. According to Dr. Alyssa Dweck, an OB/GYN at Mount Kisco Medical Group, if you have irregular periods and are only spotting and not actually menstruating, “it still is possible to get pregnant,” so you always should be using a condom. The reason for this is that sperm can live inside you for actually up to five days. So you could have sex towards the end of your bleeding and think you are fine but then actually conceive four or five days later with your "early ovulation." So while the probability is low, it could happen.

3. It won’t make your period heavier

A common misconception about period sex is that if you do it, your period will be even heavier than it was before. Well luckily, that is false. Dr. Dweck says that while orgasming might push more blood out of your body because of the contractions, your period won’t actually be longer or heavier. Basically, you are the same woman after, just minus some blood.

4. Orgasms can actually ease cramps and PMS symptoms

Yup, you read that right. According to Clue, a woman-led startup focused on women’s menstrual health, the endorphins that you release by orgasming can actually relieve common PMS symptoms and cramps. So instead of rolling up with a heating pad and Netflix when it's your time of the month, maybe this time just try having sex—basically killing two birds with one stone, right?

5. It can make sex more enjoyable

Contrary to popular belief, having sex on your period is often times more enjoyable than regular sex, according to Dr. Dweck. Because of the hormones you release during your period, you are more prone to sexual arousal and may be more sensitive. So if you have a higher sex drive than your partner, one reason might be that your period is just beginning or about to begin.

6. Menstrual blood is totally harmless

Unless you suffer from a condition like hepatitis or any other type of blood-born STD like HIV or syphilis, the blood from your body is literally just normal blood. If someone else touches it, nothing bad is going to happen to them. Just wash it off and go on with your day. Joy, a senior at the University of Michigan, says that before her and her boyfriend had period sex for the first time, he was “totally terrified of the blood.” So terrified that, in fact, she “had to send him several scientific articles explaining why period blood was just normal blood.” But in the end, she said he was fine, of course.

7. Last but not least, it's a natural lubricant

This really doesn’t need to be said, but when you have sex on your period, there will be blood. And blood is a liquid. And a liquid is a lubricant. Lana, a sophomore at New York University, actually prefers period sex to regular sex because of how much easier the actual sex is. “Because of the blood, usually we don’t need any lube so it feels so much more natural and better for me and for my partner.” So yeah, feel free to save money not buying lube.

So basically, period sex is no big thing but remember, the choice is always yours and it’s always a good idea to talk about it first with your partner.

The 8 Worst Halloween Treats We Got as Trick-or-Treaters

$

There’s no doubt that trick-or-treating was one of your most memorable childhood pastimes. For one night out of the entire year, you got to go around town and bang on strangers’ doors demanding candy. By the end of the night you’d have a bucket full of treasures that you would eat from every day until it was all gone. Though most of the goodies you received were mouthwateringly delicious, there were always those few that you were less than thrilled about. Here are the worst “treats” that you probably ended up trading off with someone else or just tossing out.

1. Good & Plenty

This pretty-looking candy was quite deceiving. On the outside they looked cute and bright, but once you popped one in your mouth, you realized this “candy” was the devil (unless black licorice was your thing—but is it anyone's thing, really?). Why would you fool an innocent child into thinking this was a sweet, tasty confection? It might as well be called Bad & No Thank You.

2. Pretzels

Every neighborhood had a few very health-conscious mothers who took their passion to the next level by giving out pretzel packets. You might’ve put on a smile and said thanks to be polite, but you definitely grimaced the second you left and told your friends to skip that house. Pretzels aren’t bad, but you could eat them any day for a snack, so what’s special about having them on the one night you could go sugar crazy?

3. Raisins

There's something about raisins that made you die a little inside whenever you arrived at a house that was giving them out. Unlike Halloween-themed pretzels, these "treats" didn't even try to disguise themselves as being tasty. Their normal packaging basically said, "I'm not candy, but enjoy!" Nothing was worse than receiving this wrinkly dried fruit on the one night it should have stayed home with the rest of its lunch-box friends.

4. Dubble Bubble

Unless you weren’t allowed to chew gum as a kid, there wasn’t anything too momentous about receiving bubble gum. Not only did those Dubble Bubble pieces lose their flavor before you even got the chance to blow a substantial bubble, but they also turned rock solid in a matter of minutes.

5. Fruit Snacks

Part of the fun of Halloween candy was sneaking around your parents to snag a candy bar just before dinner or right after breakfast. With fruit snacks, there was no need for sneaking around because, well, they were good-old, harmless fruit snacks.

6. Dots

Dots are just weird. They come in bright colors, so you expected pops of flavor, but no, you just got a weird plastic-y vibe that only slightly resembled the fruit they're supposed to represent. Even fruit snacks tasted better. What’s worse is that these suckers stuck to your teeth so badly that even you were crying for your dentist’s sake.

7. Heath Bar

It’s not that Heath bars tasted bad, they just didn't seem to cut it. With so many other better chocolate bars to compete with, somehow this was the one that got picked last to be eaten, kind of like when you get picked last for dodgeball. Also, the word "Heath" so closely resembles the word "health," and the wrapper looks like it could be a protein bar, so maybe that’s why we saved it for last (or for never).

8. Necco Wafers

Necco Wafers were never a hit. Maybe it was the fact that their shape and packaging resembled a roll of quarters, or maybe it was that they tasted like flavored chalk. The choice of flavors didn’t really help either. You had your normal ones like orange and lemon, but then you also had clove? Just... no.

Donald Trump Refuses to Accept that He's Losing Among Women Voters

$

Ever that bombshell of a hot mic tape was released, it's seemed like Camp Trump is a bit of a sinking ship. Republican politicians are pretty much pulling their support left and right, from Paul Ryan to John McCain. But one demographic Trump doesn't think he's lost yet is women. That’s right, women. The same demographic whose genitals he suggest he could “grab” without consequence because of his so called celebrity status.

In an interview with Bill O’Reilly, the Republican nominee not only disavowed all those who have pulled their endorsement, but asserted he has not lost women in this diabolical plot he calls a campaign. According to The Washington Post, the former Apprentice host not only only denied he has lost women but shrugged when presented with the evidence of this loss.

"I’m not sure I believe that," he told the FOX News Host. O’Reilly replied, “Whether you believe it or not, that’s what the polling says.”

And the polls really show a lot more than just his unpopularity with women. In a recent CNN poll, the network found that women largely believe Hillary Clinton is more competent than Mr. Trump when it comes to issues like immigration, ISIS and the criminal justice system. In fact, women picked Clinton as the better overall leader than Trump 51- 36. Nate Silver better illustrated this point by drawing together all polls and showed the obvious gender gap between Clinton and Trump. He concluded that if Trump loses, it would because he lost the women vote.

Photo via Washington Post

This fallacy in thinking is not Trump’s first. He has also previously said he doesn’t believe in global warming, a belief Secretary Clinton has brandished in recent speeches and ads. And as if the global warming thing wasn't dangerous enough, the nominee has also recently said he does not believe in the innocence of the Central Park Five. If you are unfamiliar, the Central Park Five is a group of five black and Latino youths in NYC who were accused of the vicious rape of a women in Central Park in 1989. They were coerced into a confession by police, and were eventually convicted at trial, but maintained their innocence throughout. Trump himself took out an ad and called for their execution during the trial, causing an uproar. The Five were exonerated years later after a convicted criminal, who had gone on to rape more women and even murder one, came forward to confess his crime. They were recently given a settlement. Despite this, Trump told CNN Friday "They admitted they were guilty...The fact that the case was settled with so much evidence against them is outrageous." Many of the men of the Central Park Five have spoken out against this statement, claiming it makes them feel persecuted all over again by Mr. Trump.

Despite these constant (and just a bit deluded) assertions, Mr. Trump still insists he will be just fine (kinda like me with my bank account). But Mr. Trump, we all have to grow up sometime. I think it's just about time for you to face the facts.

I'm a Marginalized Woman, & I'm Tired of Dealing With Trump & His Supporters

I consider myself politically engaged. During the 2012 election, I volunteered with Rock the Vote. I stood at tables on campus and went door-to-door to dorm rooms to get people registered. I talked to fellow students about sending in their absentee ballots. I went to events where we watched the political debates as a group and then discussed them.

This presidential election, I've tried to remain on top of it all. After all, there's nothing more powerful than being politically knowledgeable and engaged, and using that knowledge to enact change. I was thoroughly engaged throughout the primary elections, listening to both Democratic and Republican debates and reading up on third party candidates. But as time went on, the primary elections ended, and we were left with our main party candidates: Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

Despite my interest in politics, I've had to step back from the election as of late. I'm a marginalized woman; I'm queer and disabled. And I can't listen to anything more from Donald Trump or his supporters.

Trump anxiety is a real thing. I've never been particularly anxious before, but now I'm anxious all the time. Political debate nights are the worst, because I can't avoid the horrible things Trump says. Even going online is a risky venture, and I'm bound to run into a news article that'll send my heart racing, or a Facebook thread filled with Trump supporters.

I'm registered to vote as an Independent, although I usually vote Democrat. But I typically have no problem engaging in debates with conservatives and Republicans. It doesn't bother me that some of my friends and family members share different political views than I do, or that we're voting for different candidates. I'm open-minded to hearing what others have to say.

This election season has been different. Trump has shown his discrimination toward marginalized people time and time again. He's openly antagonistic toward the Muslim community. He mocks people with disabilities. His policies would negatively affect LGBTQ+ people. His recently released tape proves that he's okay with sexual assaulting women.

As a queer, disabled woman, I find everything about him as a candidate sickening. And almost worse is the fact that so many people agree with him and support him, and are planning on voting for him. There are times when I freeze up during political discussions because I don't want to even hear it if someone's planning on supporting Trump. It doesn't matter to me what potential good they think he'd do for this country—his policies actively harm marginalized people. They actively harm me. Many women have spoken up about how Trump reminds them of abusive men who have been in their life; while this isn't my experience, it does remind me of every time I've been threatened by a bully, of every time that I've felt my safety was in danger as a marginalized person.

Listening to political debates and reading about what horrible things Trump has said this week or what insensitive policies he'd like to enact can be damaging. It makes me feel unsafe as a citizen of this country. It makes me seriously fear for my future and the future of people I love from marginalized communities. It makes me fear the privileged voters who have nothing to lose by supporting him, and throwing us under the bus.

This election season, I'm asking my privileged allies: Stand up for us. For many of us, not engaging on social media is a self-defense tactic. Some of us may need to step back from participating in order to feel safe. We're exhausted, we're scared, and we're tired of being the only ones defending ourselves. Fight back when you hear about something Trump or his supporters have done. Step in on social media and defend marginalized groups and show that you're a truly ally. It's clear that many women and allies have stepped up to the plate in light of his recently revealed sexual assault comments, but allies also need to continually do better. You need to stand up even when it's not all women potentially under attack, but every marginalized community. You need to show Trump and his supporters that this isn't okay.

We need you. And we see you.

Miss Teen USA Contestants Say Trump Walked In On Them Changing

Four competitors in the 1997 Miss Teen USA beauty pageant report that Donald Trump walked into their dressing room while they were changing, making them feel uncomfortable. Mariah Billado, the former Miss Vermont Teen USA, was one of the women who came forward with the story, along with three other women who competed in the pageant but asked to remain anonymous.

Two of the anonymous competitors called the instance "shocking" and "creepy," and said that girls rushed to cover themselves, BuzzFeed News reports.

“I remember putting on my dress really quick because I was like, ‘Oh my god, there’s a man in here,’” Billado said. She also recalled Trump saying something like, “Don’t worry, ladies, I’ve seen it all before.”

According to BuzzFeed News, 11 other contestants from the 1997 competition do not remember seeing Trump in the dressing room. BuzzFeed contacted 49 out of the 51 contestants in the pageant, but 34 declined to talk or could not be reached. None of the women accused Trump of trying to touch anyone or saying anything explicit—but it's definitely extremely creepy for an adult man to go into a room full of teenage girls changing, no matter what he says or does once inside.

Three women told BuzzFeed that they were skeptical Trump had ever been able to come into the dressing room. Jessica Granata, former Miss Massachusetts Teen USA, Allison Bowman, former Miss Wisconsin Teen USA, and Crystal Hughes, former Miss Maine Teen USA, all told BuzzFeed News that his entrance wasn't likely. They claimed the dressing room was too secure, and Hughes said the other women were probably lying because they're voting for Hillary Clinton.

Trump owned the Miss Universe, Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants from 1996 until last year. We know he cares deeply about the appearance of the women who compete—He harassed and insulted 1996 Miss Universe winner Alicia Machado after she gained weight following the pageant, and recently came under fire for continuing to defend the way he treated her. And believe it or not, Trump has bragged about entering beauty pageant dressing rooms before.

In audio released by CNN, Trump told Howard Stern, “I’ll tell you the funniest is that I’ll go backstage before a show and everyone’s getting dressed. No men are anywhere, and I’m allowed to go in, because I’m the owner of the pageant and therefore I’m inspecting it. … ‘Is everyone OK?’ You know, they’re standing there with no clothes. ‘Is everybody OK?’ And you see these incredible looking women, and so I sort of get away with things like that.”

However, this is the first time it is being alleged that Trump entered the dressing room of a teen pageant, where contestants range from 14 to 19 years old. Are we really that surprised, though? Trump's made several comments about the attractiveness of his own daughter, Ivanka, and he's said he thinks it's okay to grab women "by the pussy" without their consent. Unfortunately, it's not that much of a stretch to believe these accusations.

The Trump campaign and the Trump Organization did not comment on the story to BuzzFeed News.

There’s nothing like a good manicure; it can help you feel more glamorous and usually just puts you in a good mood. And while mani-pedis are normally associated with women, some famous men are getting in on the action, and for an amazing cause!

Chris Hemsworth, Zac Efron and Liam Hemsworth are just a few celebs to start posting selfies with one finger painted. This is all in support of The Polished Man project that aims to end child abuse. On their website, they state that “1 in 5 children are subject to physical and/or sexual violence before the age of 18.” And we all agree that is “one too many.”

The hashtag and campaign hope to raise money for trauma risk and prevention services for children around the world. The one painted nail is meant to spark a conversation that they hope leads to funding for the cause.

While many have already been posting these polished selfies, celebs are just starting to get in on the fun. We’re stilling waiting on the nominated Jimmy Fallon, Tom Hiddleston, Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downing Jr. They have until Halloween, so they'd better pick out their best shade!

This Alleged 'Feminist' Writer Wanted Kim Kardashian Dead After Paris Heist

It’s been a few weeks since Kim Kardashian’s traumatizing robbery and according to sister Khloé Kardashian, she’s still not doing well. (Not that we're expecting her to be fully recovered.) Khloé opened up about Kim’s condition on The Ellen Show, and from the way she talked about the situation, it's clear the event has really shaken the family up. And what would you expect? Anyone would reevaluate after being gagged and tied up in the expected safety of their hotel room, while having a gun to their head and being forced to beg for their lives. However, some people without hearts and sense don’t seem to see the gravity of a situation like this.

Australian writer and self-proclaimed "feminist" Vanessa de Largie published an article in The Daily Telegraph grossly titled, “I wanted Kim Kardashian to die.” She opens up her column stating that she is an advocate against violence towards women and the subhead on her article simply, yet boldy in this case, reads, “I’m a feminist”—as if this absolves her for what she is about to write.

The whole thing is basically blow after blow to Kim. Largie calls her names throughout the piece, like “vapid, vacuous and narcissistic,” as well as diminishing her to just a selfie-taking-machine whose only contribution to society is her “oiling up [her] butt-implants for a glossy.” She says that she is not worthy of being a leading feminist icon, even though Largie doesn’t seem to understand what feminism is to start with. Feminism can be defined as “the doctrine advocating social, political, and all other rights of women equal to those of men.” But in practice, it is so much more.

Feminism is about choice and respecting not only the choices of other women, but also respecting other women in general. The constant tearing down of females in the media as well as in society is something that all feminists should denounce, not willingly partake in.

Largie ends her tirade with this: “But while Kardashian West had $14 million [worth] of diamonds and her sense of safety stolen that night, what about all the girls who have been robbed of their innocence and sense of self in their quest to emulate their idol? The human race, specifically women, would be better off without that.” While Kim Kardashian may be a source of teenage girls’ insecurities, so are many other women in Hollywood and the media. We live in a society that unfortunately puts certain bodies above others, but that does not give you the right to wish another woman dead, no matter how many millions worth of jewelry they are toting around at a time or how many more Twitter followers they have. Being salty and spiteful towards other women, including Kim Kardashian West, just makes you a bad feminist (if she’s even still going with that label).

More Women are Coming Forward to Say Donald Trump Touched Them Inappropriately

$

Less than a week after the release of a 2005 video of Donald Trump making lewd comments about a soap opera star, two more women are stepping forward with their experiences of Trump touching them inappropriately. 74-year-old Jessica Leeds told the New York Times that she was a traveling businesswoman when she was upgraded to a first class airplane seat next to Trump over 30 years ago.

"These are not memories that you want to go over," Leeds said in a video for the Times. "It's somewhat unnerving since [the video release] to be rehashing it so many times."

According to Leeds, Trump began touching her just 45 minutes after takeoff. "He was like an octopus," Leeds recalled. "He was all over the place."

Trump eventually put his hands up her skirt, which was the final straw for Leeds. She returned to her original seat in coach. "I don't think I said a word," she said. "During the late '60s, '70s, and into the '80s, culture had instilled in us that somehow [the attention from men] was our fault."

Another victim, Rachel Crooks, decided to share her story after Trump denied his inappropriate comments at the second presidential debate. Crooks was only 22 when she worked as a receptionist at a company in Trump Tower and introduced herself to Trump outside an elevator in 2005. When they shook hands, Trump kept holding on and began kissing her—first on the cheeks, then on the mouth. "I was so upset that he thought I was so insignificant that he could do that," Crooks said. She was particularly conflicted about how to react to the incident, feeling that, because of Trump's status, she couldn't do a thing.

The women's stories aren't the only terrible things in this report. The New York Times revealed that Trump denied each claim in a phone interview. He shouted at the reporter, threatened to sue the newspaper if it published the stories, and even called the reporter "a disgusting human being." Trump's campaign has demanded that the Times take down their story, but newspaper has no plays to comply.

And Crooks and Leeds aren't alone in sharing their experiences with the media. Politico compiled several reported incidents, including that of Mandy McGillivray, who spoke to the Palm Beach Post about Trump grabbing her behind over a decade ago. A PEOPLE magazine writer detailed how Trump assaulted her during an interview at Mar-a-Lago in 2005. BuzzFeed also reported five former Miss Teen USA contestants recalling that Trump would visit their dressing room when they were changing. However, there has been speculation about the accuracy of these claims.

Regardless whether some of these stories are true or not, the women's experiences show just how often they are taught to feel guilty if they are victims of sexual assault. We hope that no one's afraid to tell someone if she has faced a dangerous situation with a partner or even a stranger. If you or a friend would like professional support after experiencing sexual assault, look into contacting the National Sexual Assault Telephone Hotline.

Demi Lovato Wants To Be An MMA Fighter

Lately, you can find Demi Lovato kicking ass and taking names. Specifically, she’s been doing so at her Unbreakable Performance Center, where she's throwing punches like a pro. Since she announced her break from the spotlight, she’s been taking her training up a notch with gym owner Jay Glazer. Lovato is super proud of her work inside the gym documenting killer moves on Instagram.

This natural stress reliever might even be a new career move. TMZ reports Lovato would be down to participate in a real MMA fight and Glazer believes she has the mindset to do so. More than that, the video evidence is proof enough that she has the confidence to take on Ronda Rousey and the like. What's wrong with being confident, right? Although Lovato has yet to confirm any serious competition we know with her dedication (she trained with a sprained ankle damn it!), she’d give any fighter a run for their money.

Whoopi Goldberg Has Blessed Us With a Line of Hysterical Christmas Sweaters

Sweater weather is arguably the best weather. Whoopi Goldberg definitely agrees—and as proof, she's launching a line of ugly Christmas sweaters that show off her love of the holidays and quirky fashion. The View Co-host has always had a sense of style that goes against your typical daytime TV host. She is known for wearing unique shoes all year round and when the holidays come around we love her for breaking out the ugly Christmas sweaters. While we'll usually wear these sweaters to that one frat party, Goldberg has always worn them unironically. She just really likes Christmas sweaters!

Her creations are also not meant to be ironic, just fun. You'll be able to get your hands on the 11 different sweaters in late October at Lord & Taylor for around $139 each. The designs aren't your typical snowman and Santa but include designs like a gingerbread man taking a bite out of another, and two Santas who *almost* make out. She plans on incorporating all holidays eventually so that everyone has something stylish to wear, no matter what they celebrate. Goldberg's main goal is to create a high-quality sweater that puts everyone in the holiday spirit. We think she's off to a great start.

Starbucks Has a New Drink That Combines Coffee & Beer

Forget the coveted PSL. We’re intrigued by Starbucks’ new concoction that combines a college student's two favorite things—coffee and beer.

This new Starbucks menu item, called the Espresso Cloud IPA, is Starbucks’ first official cocktail. According to Paste Magazine, the drink was created by Starbucks Coffee Master Justin Burns-Beach.

According to Grub Street, the drink is made by borrowing the foam of a shaken espresso, which is “laced with orange and vanilla," to make the head of the beer, or the foam on top. The espresso is then served in a shot glass alongside the beer, but Starbucks suggests that the espresso be poured over the beer to create the “espresso cloud.”

While this drink does sound amazing, it's only available at Starbucks Evenings locations—the stores that sell food and alcohol at night. If you have one near you, go try it! Otherwise, you may have to resort to a dorm room version of this concoction with Keurig coffee and whatever cheap IPA you can get your hands on. Yeah...it's not gonna be as good.

You Can Now Dress Like Presidential Debate Star Ken Bone For Halloween

We all remember Ken Bone, undecided voter and overnight sensation from the second Presidential debate. It wasn’t Hillary Clinton’s Ralph Lauren pantsuit and Melania Trump’s Gucci top that impressed us, but rather Ken Bone’s adorable red cable knit sweater.

According to The New York Times, the red sweater wasn’t Bone’s first choice. When the pants of his first choice, a formal suit, ripped, he opted for the sweater.

“It’s a really bright color when everybody else was wearing dark colors,” Bone told the Times. “That was naturally going to draw some attention.”

And now, you can dress just like Ken Bone for Halloween!

According to Cosmopolitan, Yandy.com has a Ken Bone inspired Halloween costume called “Sexy Undecided Voter”. Yandy said the costume was inspired by “the most lovable political enthusiast of the 2016 election season,” and comes with a red crop top, a white cropped shirt, high-waisted pants, glasses, a mustache and a microphone.

Yandy sold out of the costume within four hours during its pre-sale, and says that it will have more soon.

All in all, the whole thing was an admirably fast turnaround. How'd they do it? The company’s CEO, Chad Horstman, told Cosmopolitan, “We sketched it, [and] looked at what we already had available. He had this sweater, he had this mustache, we could make this work.”

When Mr. Bone found out about the popularity of his outfit and how it was being made into Halloween costumes, the Times asked him if he would dress up as himself. “I’ll wear the sweater again, and I’ll dress as me because I look just like me,” Bone said. Good answer!

His wife, however, said that she isn’t “necessarily excited about the prospect of hordes of Mr. Bone look-alikes wandering around.” “I hope I don’t see a red sweater and kiss the wrong guy,” she said.

Trump Supporters Aren't Changing Their Minds Because of His Comments on Sexual Assault

With less than a month to go until the presidential election on Nov. 8, Donald Trump's diehard supporters are staying optimistic even after Trump's Access Hollywood scandal and several Republican politicians dropping their support of him. CNN reports that the Republican candidate's supporters firmly believe he won the second presidential debate and that "true believers" will flood the polls come Election Day.

At a Florida rally earlier this week, Trump fans showed little, if any, concern about backlash from Trump's inappropriate comments and encounters with women. "That has nothing to do with whether or not he can lead this nation," said Joy Giles. "I think Hillary Clinton has done a lot worse in her lifetime as a politician (including) Benghazi."

Much of the mood at the Panama City rally also reflected people's feelings that the country is approaching "some kind of cultural and political apocalypse," CNN reported. Trump supporters were seen banding together against journalists at the rally, as seen when a couple told a woman being interviewed that "journalists twist the truth and can't be trusted." Many of the people complained that their conservative views aren't represented in America and that the public is upset with Trump simply because "he gets us."

However, Voice of America reports that many Trump fans are repelled by his inappropriate comments but are still standing by him. West Virginia coal miner Chris Rose said, "I hope the American people will remember that this is just a flash in the pan compared to all the scandals the Clintons have been in throughout the years."

Even Trump's running mate, Mike Pence, is defending him after being "beside himself" when the Access Hollywood video was released. Pence appeared at Liberty University this week to support Trump, telling students, "It's not about condoning what is said and done, it's about believing in grace and forgiveness."

Clearly, the Trump campaign won't back down without a fight—and it seems unlikely that even the many women who have come forward to accuse Trump of sexual assualt will make a difference among his strongest supporters.

7 Ways to Reduce Pain During First Time Sex

It doesn’t matter who you are ––sex for the first time is a huge deal. Whether you’re preparing to lose you virginity (or have sex with a new partner for the first time), at least a little discomfort is inevitable. After all, everyone is different and sex is a learning process!

So, how can you reduce the amount of pain you feel? We’ve enlisted the help of Laura-Anne Rowell, a sex coach at Primitive Balance, to dish nine secrets on having a more pleasurable experience during your first time.

1. Lower your expectations

Take some time and evaluate your own expectations. What are they? Be wary that popular culture often depicts intercourse as sensual and hot when, in reality, your first time is more likely to be sweaty and uncomfortable.

Believe it or not, unrealistic expectations (even if you don’t consciously realize you have them) can negatively affect your first experience. Go into the act with a clear mind and understand that what you’ll come to define as “good” sex is going to take time, practice and patience to establish.

While you may want to lovwer your expectations on how the experience will physically feel, you should absolutely have high expectations in terms of a caring partner and consent. Make sure you're absolutely sure that you're emotionally ready! You should never feel pressured by your partner, friends or society into having sex.

2. Find a peaceful space

Everyone is anxious prior to having sex for the first time, so the last thing you need is for the process to be disrupted by outside noises. It is extremely important to feel comfortable physically, mentally and emotionally if you want to maximize pleasure. Create an environment where you and your partner can feel safe and open –– and where you’re sure no one will accidentally barge in.

3. Talk about sex with your partner

Often times, the pressure associated with sexual performance makes the experience more disappointing than it has to be. To combat such pressures, take the time to have a sex talk with your partner beforehand.

We get it: you might feel like talking about the mechanics of sex will make things unromantic or just plain awkward. Make the conversation fun and relaxed. Start with openers like "I like when you do this... now let's try this," or "this hurts... maybe this will feel better!" Learn each other’s pleasure zones. What makes you both feel good? What are your boundaries? Knowing your partner is turned on will inadvertantly turn you on more, too.

Communicating beforehand will make you both feel more excited about the experience and, in turn, reduce pain.

4. Start with foreplay

For sex to be enjoyable, you have to be turned on. If you aren’t lubricated (either naturally or with some extra help), it’s going to hurt. Foreplay is a great and extremely fun way to get things started!

It's important to note that foreplay is different for everyone. "The main reason for women to engage in foreplay is not only mental stimulation (getting more in the mood) but for biological reasons (to get wet)," Rowell says. "When a woman is turned on and wet, this makes sex more enjoyable and easier for penetration (less painful)."

Anna*, a sophomore at the University of Maryland, lost her virginity this past summer. “Because my body was so new to penetration, my boyfriend did a lot of fingering to prepare me for, well, the final act,” she says. “Easing into things via foreplay helped to make first-time sex virtually painless for me.”

Keep in mind that not all women get turned on by the same things. "Some women get turned on just by kissing and that is enough foreplay for them to have sex," Rowell says. "Others take longer and want oral play, breast play and soft (or rough depending on your style) caresses before wanting sex."

Before penetration begins, make sure you feel aroused by engaging in foreplay with your partner. Otherwise, you’re going to feel slight pain and discomfort.

5. Take it slow

To help ease into things, make sure you indicate to your partner that you want to take it slow. Be patient with each other, take your time, communicate during the act and learn what feels right ––and what doesn’t.

Kelsey*, a junior at Florida State University, knows just how important it is not to rush into things. “The best thing you can do to reduce any pain is just to be relaxed,” she says. “Don't push it or do it when you don't really want to. Your nerves and hesitancies might make it harder to be "turned on," and that can be painful!” We couldn’t agree more.

If you're having trouble relaxing, try playing soothing music, focusing on your breathing, or simply laughing with your partner. Keep in mind that you can stop at any point if it hurts too much. Never think you have to just "get it over with" or "suck up the pain," sex should be enjoyable for both partners.

6. Experiment with different positions

Once sex is underway, don’t be afraid to experiment with your body positioning. Just because one thing doesn’t feel good doesn’t mean everything won’t feel good! Switch things up (within your comfort zone, of course!) and find what makes the experience most pleasurable for both you and your partner.

According to Rowell, there are three basic positions for starters that provide the most pleasure to the female: missionary, girl on top, or doggie style. "Depending if you want clitoral stimulation (girl on top) or if you want to feel more relaxed and find it better for g-spot (missionary) or if you want deep penetration (doggie)," she says. "In all these positions, you are able to control and communicate with your partner easily."

Rowell adds that, while there is no right-or-wrong first position, missionary is a good starting place if it's your very first time. If missionary is causing you pain, try placing a pillow under your hips to ease discomfort. "Once you have mastered these, then you can try the variations and learn all the fancy terms," she says.

7. Try again later

Remember, collegiettes: it’s not unexpected for your first time to be less-than-extraordinary. If you’re struggling to get lubricated, your partner can’t maintain erection or neither of you are reaching orgasm, take a break. You can ––and should–– try again later! The most important thing to do is laugh off the experience and learn from it.

If you find that you have a painful time during your first time, don’t beat yourself up. Take the time to discover what you enjoy sexually, don’t put pressure on yourself and try again when you feel ready! Trust us, when it comes to sex, practice makes perfect.

The Best 2016 Election Halloween Costumes That Aren't Clinton or Trump

2016 has been a busy year when it comes to politics. For many of us collegiates, this is the first time we'll be able to vote in a major election. There are a ton of firsts that have happened so far too including the first Latino (Ted Cruz) to win a primary or caucus, the first Jewish candidate (Bernie Sanders) to win a primary or caucus, and the first woman to become a major party’s presumptive nominee for president - Hillary Clinton. With all these firsts and more, there is a lot to be celebrated and a lot to be stressed about. We've curated these 10 costumes for the political junkie in us all with no toupees or pants suits in sight.

1. Kenneth Bone

He's the guy in the red sweater who asked about energy policy at the last debate, but social media sites and the depths of Tumblr and Reddit have crowned him an internet sensation and national hero. We aren't exactly sure why - it might have something to do with his bright outfit which was originally your standard suit. We're happy he ended up wearing his sweater since all you'll need for this costume is a bright red sweater, kakis and a mustache. Bone jinxed himself during an interview saying that his Izod sweater would sell out in a few days. And it did, but you can still rock this look with any red sweater or this ridiculous sexy Kenneth Bone costume.

2. Melania Trump's Speech

Or more accurately Michelle Obama's speech. Recreate this look by borrowing *almost* your entire outfit and if you're feeling especially crafty use some cardboard, paint, and a hot glue gun to make a cover for Melania's speech book. Bonus points if your makeup is as perfectly contoured as hers.

3. A Bernie Bro

Sport a, probably now discounted, #BernieOrBust shirt and a lengthy beard. You might ask yourself how can one dress up as, "a white, male Bernie Sanders supporter who haunts Internet comment sections." If you're still #FeelingtheBern you can dress up as a Hillarybot. Just sport any Bernie or Hillary merch with a flashy nametag.

4. Ted Cruz/Kevin from The Office

Conspiracy theories aside you can't deny the resemblance between Ted Cruz and Kevin from The Office. Get two costumes for the price of one by wearing a suit and tie with a short wig.

5. DNC Balloons

This group costume is all the rage. Find a shirt or dress in your closet that you can live without and glue red, white and blue balloons to it. To triple the effect show up in a group with one person as Bill (suit, American flag pin, white hair, dazzling smile) and you’re set.

6. Deez Nuts

Maybe carry around a packet of peanuts? Dressing up as a 15-year-old from Iowa has some creative leeway. Maybe show up as a stalk of corn? The options are endless. Be sure to include a nametag for people who lack imagination and don't know what you're dressed as.

7. Ted Cruz's Machine Gun Bacon

First, if this costume idea confuses you watch this video that got some traction when Cruz was still in the running. Now that that's cleared up ... ditch the boring bacon and eggs costume and just go with the bacon part. Sport a fake machine gun and you’ll be the most incognito costume at your party. Maybe you can convince a friend to be Ted/Kevin ...

8. The Undecided Voter

Go one of America's undecided voters. Which is approximately 1 in 5 voters nationwide. This only requires a name tag so people with "undecided voter." #Lastminutecostumeprobs

9. The Bald Eagle That Attacked Donald Trump

Invest in fake wings or an entire eagle suit. Pair up with a buddy who’s being a #basic Donald and you’re good to go.

10. Hillary’s Email Trash Bin

This costume couldn’t be easier. All you need is a little time, creativity, a trash bag and these instructions. Since this costume requires a little interpretation I recommend you attach a sign to yourself saying deleted or just scream out “Hilz has mail” all night long.

When you're a kid, you think Halloween can't get any better than trick-or-treating and dressing up like your favorite Disney princess. But then you get to college where Halloween turns into Halloweekend. Here are 14 reasons why Halloween is much more fun in college.

1. It lasts way longer than one night

Halloween begins at least a week or two before the actual holiday starts.

2. And that means several different costumes!

You can't wear the same costume two days in a row. Besides, why would you? Buying or making the costume is part of the fun.

3. Costumes are creative, fun and original

4. You could totally do a group costume with your roomies

5. Or one of those cheesy couples costumes with your SO

6. Not feeling it? Costumes can be totally lazy, too

In college, just about anything can be counted as a costume.

7. So. Many. Parties.

8. Candy is honestly the best

What makes it even better? After Halloween, it all goes on sale for 50-75 percent off!

9. Haunted houses and horror parks are everywhere

Yes, it does still scare the life out of you. No, of course you are not crying.

10. You can eat treats the entire month leading up to Halloween

You've been pregaming Halloween by baking these since late September.

11. You can go crazy with all the decorations you want

Okay, so maybe you can't go all out like this in your residence hall, but one or two pumpkins with a fake spider web will suffice, right?

12. You don't have to deal with handing out candy to children

Odds are, trick-or-treaters don't come to your residence hall or college apartment complex. More candy for you!

13. Nights are filled with Halloween movie marathons

Finally, your obsession with The Nightmare Before Christmas is justified.

14. Halloween is simply the best time of the year!

12 'Grey's Anatomy' Moments That Still Give Us All the Feels

In last night's Grey's Anatomy episode, fans were taken down memory lane in the Denny Duquette Memorial Clinic. Dr. Alex Karev, who's in legal trouble for assaulting DeLuca, was assigned to work in the clinic and restricted from performing surgery. Many fans freaked out when they saw this. The show's creator, Shonda Rhimes, live-tweeted during the show and said that this scene brought back a lot of TBT moments from the series.

For those of you who don't know, back in season two, Dr. Izzie Stevens fell in love with a patient named Denny Duquette who needed a heart transplant. Izzie loved Denny so much and wanted him to get better so badly that she cut his LVAD wire so that he could move up the transplant list and get a brand new heart. After a series of unfortunate events and Denny not being able to receive the heart, he ended up passing away and leaving all of his money ($8.7 million to be exact) to Izzie. Once Izzie received this check, she put it to good use at Seattle Grace Hospital, creating a free clinic for patients.

Since Alex Karev has been with the show since season one, it was super sentimental that he was assigned back to the clinic. Even though he is a big hotshot surgeon now and didn't want to be there, fans were having major feels during this moment…which got us thinking about these other TBT moments that still give us all the feels.

Denny's death

Mark Sloan realizing he loves Lexie

Callie's car crash

Derek's death

Jackson and April running off together

Cristina's departure

The shooter taking over the hospital

George's death

Bailey being named chief

Arizona losing her leg

Cristina losing her baby

Meredith falling in love with Derek
