Sweat is nothing to be ashamed of; after all, it's a natural bodily function. But when you're a sweaty girl, you have other problems that some people may not understand. And you have to do certain things to prevent your sweatiness from repelling everyone you meet. You'll only be able to understand these struggles if you're used to being sweaty all the stinking time.

1. You can't arrive anywhere without sweat stains and melting makeup

You get to class and you look like you just ran a marathon.

2. You go through deodorant like crazy

And that ish isn't cheap.

3. Once you get into an air conditioned room, you're instantly cold

Because you're covered in sweat.

4. You wear all black so your sweat stains aren't obvious

5. You even sweat in winter

Through your winter coat.

6. Not knowing whether your nose is running or if your upper lip is just really sweaty

Either way, you're wiping your nose on your sleeve.

7. Wanting to shower three times a day because you're worried you smell

Is that me or is that someone else???????

8. Not ever wearing shorts because you know that chub rub is very real

@chafe, no thanks

9. Not wanting to go outside in summer cause you know you'll sweat

"Sorry, can't hang…too sweaty."

10. You hate going to the bar

Tons of people, packed together in a room, sweating. No thanks.

11. Tanning automatically equals sweating

I'mmm meltinnnnnnng…

12. People always think you're nervous

Nope, I swear. It's just a lil hot out.

13. Not wanting to hug because you're worried you're too sweaty/smelly

14. Peeling your thighs off a leather seat

Sorry, you go ahead. I'm a little stuck.

15. Peeling your clothes off at the end of the day

16. Not wanting to wear your backpack cause you know it'll make you sweat even more

Ew, or feeling the sweat on your backpack after you take it off.

17. Sweating the whole time you read this article

And I'm wet.

Here’s What the Presidential Candidates Said About the Iraq War at Their First Debate

$

0

Back In 2002, former President George W. Bush invaded Iraq, setting off a lengthy war that cost thousands of lives. We now know that that much of the evidence Bush used to justify the war was inaccurate, according to CBS News. He and the rest of the American government believed at the time that Iraq had direct ties to terrorist organizations linked to 9/11, and that Saddam Hussein had secret weapons of mass destruction. This has since proven to be false, and the war remains a contentious issue in politics.

Though the war began over a decade ago, it remains a major topic of conversation and was discussed at the first presidential debate of 2016.

Here’s what the candidates had to say about the Iraq War at their first debate on Monday:

Hillary Clinton

Secretary Clinton has faced major backlash for voting for the Iraq War when she was a Senator from New York in 2002. “I made it very clear that I made a mistake, plain and simple. And I have written about it in my book (Hard Choices), I have talked about it in the past,” Clinton said in 2015, according to Politico. But she actually didn't have to speak much about this decision on Monday, as much of the conversation revolved around whether or not Trump supported the invasion (hint—he did).

And though Trump was quick to criticize her actions in Iraq as Secretary of State, Clinton talked more broadly about her plans to defeat ISIS in response to a question from moderator Lester Holt on how the candidates plan to keep Americans safe.

"We're making progress. Our military is assisting in Iraq. And we're hoping that within the year we'll be able to push ISIS out of Iraq and then, you know, really squeeze them in Syria. But we have to be cognizant of the fact that they've had foreign fighters coming to volunteer for them, foreign money, foreign weapons, so we have to make this the top priority," she said.

Donald Trump

Shortly before Congress voted on the Iraq War, Donald Trump expressed support for the decision to invade. Though he maintains that he was always against the war, he did not say so publicly until 2004, according to CNN. As Clinton brought up the fact that he was for the war in the first debate, Trump spoke over her, repeatedly telling her that she was wrong.

Trump also accused Secretary Clinton and President Obama of essentially creating the terrorist group ISIS due to their decision to leave Iraq in 2011. But President Bush actually signed an agreement with the Iraqi government to leave the country on the designated date in 2011, as attempts to negotiate a longer stay were unsuccessful, according to TIME magazine.

Clinton was quick to dismiss this claim as well. "But the larger point—and he says this constantly—is George W. Bush made the agreement about when American troops would leave Iraq, not Barack Obama. And the only way that American troops could have stayed in Iraq is to get an agreement from the then-Iraqi government that would have protected our troops, and the Iraqi government would not give that," she said.

Lester Holt fact-checked Trump and reminded him of his 2002 support for the Iraq War shortly after the businessman had finished his response to Clinton’s answer:

HOLT: Mr. Trump, a lot of these are judgment questions. You had supported the war in Iraq before the invasion. What makes your...

TRUMP: I did not support the war in Iraq.

HOLT: In 2002...

TRUMP: That is a mainstream media nonsense put out by her, because she—frankly, I think the best person in her campaign is mainstream media.

The First Presidential Debate Had Me Both Laughing & Crying, But I Know Where My Vote is Going

By Jacqueline Wostrel

One of the best parts of being a human being is that every one of us individuals is different—and those differences make up much of what was debated between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump Monday night. Unfortunately, this whole presidential debacle has left nothing but a nasty taste in my mouth. From talking up temperament to avoiding policy plans, Monday’s debate was something to behold.

Throughout the debate, my roommate got to hear my frequently snide comments mixed in with some snaps and laughter. This is certainly an election like no other before —and hopefully, like no other after it. We the people of the United States of America have an opportunity to elect either the first woman for president, who, according to Chuck Todd “over-prepared” for a debate that has the ability to impact her run for presidency—or some angry orange man who says he has a “winning temperament,” even though he acts like a sniveling infant who has way too much sass.

Y’all, all the interruption and not sticking to the two-minute time allotment had me developing a headache.

Let’s deviate from that really quick and talk about how viewers of the debate still don’t know Trump’s plans for maintaining a relatively peaceful world. I’m hoping that it doesn’t include starting a war on Iran’s waters, as Clinton brought up. He didn’t even mumble “wrong” into the microphone for that one. In fact, he made sure to point out that their sailors were the one’s doing the taunting.

Sir, if you can’t handle someone taunting you, then please step down from your endeavor to become the main ruler of the free world. I don’t need you shoving your sexist, bigoted, trigger-happy fingers all over the chessboard that is this nation.

We’ve had enough human disasters, and I’d like to prevent any more from happening. To be frank, I’m quite done with you.

Trump is fond of commenting on his credentials, isn’t he? He’s also fond of commenting on his experience as a business person. I don’t know about y’all, but I really like the idea of a president who has worked in politics before, who has dealt with foreign nations and who doesn’t want to deport my friends. Hillary Clinton being a female is literally a big, fat cherry on top of the sundae at this point.

Let’s take a step forward for womankind and give girls someone to look at up to in the highest office in the land, and let’s make sure the world stays safe while we’re at it. Despite the different standards that Trump and Clinton are held to (apparently, he just needs to be coherent, but she must lay out her presidential plan—I’d like to hear his plan) the playing fields are still about the same.

To be honest, Monday’s debate probably didn’t sway any voters from either side. Those who are with Hillary are still with her, and those who follow Trump are still avidly at his side. This is an election like no other. I think many people didn't expect for Trump to make it this far. He kind of reminds me of a snowball rolling down a hill, gathering momentum and more snow as it rolls. The questions I've been asking myself are these: What happens to him once there is no more hill to roll down? If he wins, what are the consequences? If he wins, how much power would we the people actually grant him?

We run off of checks and balances, but what happens if this glorious democratic system ceases to work? Would you trust him enough to run the country? To give him executive power? He would be the figurehead for the people of the U.S.—Are you okay with him representing you?

I’m not. I’m not at all. The debate just cemented that for me. I want a leader with poise and plans to better this nation, not one who degrades my sex and insults people because he doesn’t understand them. I want freedom over my body, to leave this earth in a better condition than I found it, to work with people in other parts of the world, and to learn about what they have to offer and what we can do for them in return.

I do not want a leader filled with so much hate.

Everybody Needs To Watch Emma Watson's New Short Film On Gender Inequality

UN Women Goodwill Ambassador Emma Watson has released a short film, titled Hurdles, discussing the obstacles women have faced in the past and those they are still striving to overcome today. Watson narrates the two-minute production, which includes footage from the 1964 Olympics in Tokyo featuring female athletes.

“We’ve sacrificed, fought, competed, succeeded, been knocked back, and succeeded again,” Watson says inspiringly. The film lists global historic accomplishments for women in politics, sport and education, while noting that we still have a long way to go.

Watson’s fight against gender inequality is empowering for young girls and women across the world, but it hasn’t gone unnoticed by critics. Most recently, Ron Liddle, a columnist for The Sun, suggested that instead of addressing the United Nations General Assembly about gender equality and sexual assault, Watson (or Hermione Granger, as he refers to her) should stick to “telling them all the rules of quidditch or how to turn someone into a frog.”

We’re fairly sure Liddle is one of those unfortunate hurdles that we have to jump over.

There's Something Wrong With ColourPop's Latest Products

People are not happy with ColourPop, particularly when it comes to the names of their new products.

ColourPop’s line of Sculpting Stix came out in June, but users have recently started to noticed the not-so-well-determined names of some of the darker shades of the makeup. Three of the darker shades in the line are called, “Yikes,” “Dume” and “Typo.”

ColourPop recognized their error and released a statement to Buzzfeed: “On behalf of ColourPop, we are sorry and are extremely grateful for our customers’ feedback. We have taken immediate action to change the shade names and review our naming process to ensure this does not happen again.”

The names of the products have been changed to Bloom, Point Dume and Platonic.

While we're glad the company has made a swift change to their racially-insensitive error, our question is: how does something like this get past so many people to the point of print and production? Did no one catch this glaring mistake? And why does this keep happening with so many products and companies?

We can only hope ColourPop—and similar companies—have learned their lesson.

Twenty-seven-year-old Brooke Lowry booked the engagement photo shoot of her dreams at Disneyland. But when her fiancé called off their engagement just a few weeks before the shoot, Lowry thought she would have to cancel everything.

But, she changed her mind. "After a few days of contemplation, I thought, ‘You know what? No, ma'am! This is not how your story ends! You are going to go feel beautiful, have a beautiful day, and have beautiful photos to remember it.’”

Lowry, who has always loved Disney princesses, knew that she didn’t need a Prince Charming or knight in shining armor to feel beautiful. “I imagined showing these photos to my daughter one day and also to my younger self, and feeling proud to do so, not being a victim, and taking charge of the situation in my own way,” she told Cosmopolitan.com.

Lowry says that the experience has encouraged her to find beauty and magic in every day. She’s determined to live her own fairytale, by her own rules.

There Are Some Intense Connections Between American Horror Story's “Murder House” &“Roanoke”

$

There are many parts to being a fan of American Horror Story. There are the constant thrills and chills from each new episode. There’s that pride you get from seeing your favorite actor each season (looking at you Evan Peters). And then there’s the glorious yet frustrating aspect of guessing and waiting for the reveal of the newest theme. Each season garners a new list of characters, setting and, often, time period. As we reported back in May, it’s particularly odd that fans had no theme or cast up until literally the premiere on Sept 14. Was this odd? Yes. Did it intrigue us? Of course. Were we left gasping for even more answers after the first and second episodes aired? Hell yes.

And while this was by far the most unique way any show has marketed themselves, (with over 20 teasers being tweeted out on a regular basis, but only one of them being the actual theme) we still saw a lot of similar imagery and motifs from past seasons, but especially the first season. While we know that all the seasons, though vastly different, take place in the same universe, Ryan Murphy has also said that this is the season where we start to really see more of that connection. Could “Roanoke” be bringing it back all the way to the OG, “Murder House”? Here are some ways that’s possible.

The PIG

While it could be easily argued that the first season of American Horror Story is one of the scariest seasons, one particularly freaky episode included a “Piggy Man.” One of Ben’s patients came to him, telling him how he was so traumatized by urban legends that he couldn’t look in a mirror. The mythical creature that he was so afraid of was a man with a pig’s head who would turn up if you recite “Here, piggy, pig, pig” and you’d (presumably) be slaughtered. Of course, this ends up all being in his mind, but we get to see a lot of pigs in season 6 in just the first episode as well as in scenes for next week.

There is the skinned pig Matt finds and buries on the property. There are the squealing noises that are often the cause of the main characters being awoken in the middle of the night. And then in the creepy home video Shelby and Matt’s sister, Lee, watch in the basement, we see a figure that looks just like the Pig Man. Not to mention the dismembered pig we see on a scarecrow type.

Not to mention, in the most recent episode Angela Basset's character Lee is chased by a pig man and runs into a wall of wiggling, bloody pig tails. The fact that pigs have played a pretty large role in the first two episodes points to even more hogs in our future. To top that off, there's a theory that Evan Peters (who has yet to make an appearance) will play the pig man we see scouring the woods and in the home recording of Dr. Elias Cunningham, played by Denis O'Hare. We don't think the world of AHS is ready for another masked Peters, but we'll just to wait and see what Murphy has up his sleeves.

Similar Layout/Outside interest in the property

I love conspiracy theories as much as the next person, but almost all of them can be refuted and obviously we can’t be sure of anything without the blessing of Mr. Ryan Murphy. However, we noticed that the layout of the farmhouse Matt and Shelby move into looks very similar to the Murder House in season one. While the outsides are completely different, certain rooms and areas of the house, like the upstairs hallway and the study, look a lot like a darkened and older Murder House.

In both cases, there is also outside interest in the property. The “ZZ Top look-a-likes” as Matt calls them in this season as well as Larry, the burn victim in the first season. We know for a fact that Larry had ulterior motives, and right now we can only suspect what the other bidders wanted with the property that Matt and Shelby bought.

The Nurses

Adding to the theory that somehow the two houses are even further connected are the nurses that first appeared briefly in the first episode and that scared the shit out of Matt in the second. It’s quick at first and we don’t get to see too much, but it’s unmissable that she saw two nurses, drawing a parallel to season one and the two nurses whose murder sparked copycats who tried to kill Violet and Vivian.

We soon learn in "Chapter 2" that the nurses are Miranda and Bridget, sadistic killers who set up a fake nursing home for the kill. Surely there will be more of them in the near future.

The obvious “Croatoan” and Possibly Billie Dean Howard?

The first season introduced so many recurring characters and ideas throughout the whole series. One thing that certainly sparked this season’s theme was the story of the Lost Colony at Roanoke. When Violet was trying to get rid of the malevolent ghosts in the house, medium Billie Dean Howard (Sarah Paulson) tells her the story of the colony that vanished in Roanoke, the same place in North Carolina that Matt and Shelby move to in season 6. Billie Dean also tells Violet that the best way to banish a spirit is to burn a personal belonging of theirs and yell “Croatoan,” a word that was left carved into a wooden post on the land. This was apparently what the Native Americans used to expel spirits shortly after their deaths, but ended up not working for Violet in “Murder House.” And judging by the mob with pitchforks, it didn’t hold in North Carolina either.

So what do all these connections mean? Could there be some sort of paranormal highway or portal where ghosts from one house can cross between houses? Or is Ryan Murphy just trying to hint that all ghost stories are the same? Whatever it is, if we can get a Tate and Violet reunion, we are ALL over that!

As College Women, #OurVoteCounts this Election—So Don't Let Yours Go to Waste!

We’re only 41 days away from election day, and the stakes are pretty high. The two major party candidates, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, represent starkly different visions for the U.S.—and it’s up to us to decide which America we want to start building over the next four to eight years.

Millennial women have a HUGE part to play in this election, as our generation makes up one third of the voting-eligible population. That means we really could decide who becomes our next president—but only if we actually VOTE. The Center for American Women and Politics found that in the 2012 election, only 45 percent of women 18-24 voted. That’s not a great turnout when our most basic human rights lie in the balance. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Rock the Vote and more than 50 other women’s brands to register 100,000 women to vote before election day.

Check out the voter registration widget below all the articles on our site, and make sure to check if you’re registered and take steps to get there if you’re not. Don’t forget to share your registration status with the hashtag #OurVoteCounts—Your post could make the difference in whether or not your friends register, too!

Happy voting!

Donald Trump Totally Avoided This Question at the First Presidential Debate

$

At the first presidential debate, Donald Trump failed to apologize for the multiple years he spent questioning President Barack Obama's American citizenship. According to The New York TimesTrump continued asking about President Obama's roots even after he released a short-form birth certificate in 2008 (the White House released the long version in 2011). Although he finally admitted earlier this month that the president was born in the United States, Trump had the chance to wash his hands of the debacle at the debate—but didn't.

Instead of explaining why he now believes in the president's citizenship, Trump literally avoided his own answer, telling moderator Lester Holt, "I say nothing" to people who were hurt by the racist birther accusations, and blaming Hillary Clinton for launching the birther movement. He then claimed, "I was the one who got him to produce the birth certificate, and I think I did a good job."

While it's true that Clinton's supporters in the 2008 election speculated about the president's birth, there has never any direct connection found between these rumors and Clinton herself. Clinton made a quick comeback from Trump's accusation, telling the audience, "Clearly, as Donald just admitted, he knew he was going to stand on this debate stage...so he tried to put the whole racist 'birther' lie to rest."

Trump may be refusing to explain more, but is this a sign that he just wants to move past the discussion? He might be expressing it the wrong way, but moving on is definitely what a lot of people would like to see.

Even President Obama has something to say about it. "My hope would be that the presidential election reflects more serious issues than that," the New York Times reported him saying.

Trump and Clinton will face off again Oct. 9 at the Washington University debate. Here's hoping that different issues will be discussed.

Trump Won't Stop Fat-Shaming the 1996 Miss Universe Winner, Even Though it Makes Him Look Sexist

In 1996, 19-year-old Alicia Machado won Miss Universe representing Venezuela. Trump had bought the pageant that year. In the months after winning her title, she gained weight—She says it was around 15 pounds, while Trump says it was 60 pounds. Rumors started swirling that she’d be forced to give up her title because of it. The pageant did not revoke her title, but Trump did push her to lose weight, CNN reports.

Machado spoke with Inside Edition in May, saying that Trump’s comments led to years of battling eating disorders. Trump called her an “eating machine” on Howard Stern’s radio show, took her to the gym ro make her work out in front of reporters, and called her “Miss Piggy” to her face.

During Monday night’s first presidential debate, Hillary Clinton brought Machado up as an example of the way Trump speaks about women. Trump interrupted, saying, "Where did you find this?" but his attacks on Machado are well-documented.

When he appeared on Fox and Friends on Tuesday morning, in response to a question about Clinton getting under his skin, he instead brought Machado and her weight up again, saying, “That person was a Miss Universe person, and she was the worst we ever had, the worst, the absolute worst.” He then went on to call her “massive” weight gain a “real problem," and did not deny calling her “Miss Piggy”, Vox reports.

In The Art of the Comeback, which Trump wrote the year after the pageant, he said that the “best part” of the 1997 Miss Universe pageant was that Machado would no longer be Miss Universe.

Alicia Machado recently earned her US citizenship, and I think we can all guess who she won’t be voting for.

These 7 Moves Will Get You a Dancer's Body

Summer is beginning to turn into fall, “Dancing with the Stars” has officially begun, and we're now all back at school. All of these things add up to one goal: finding a workout plan that will help you attain the toned, lean, dancer body to rock in fall fashion and last the whole year! We’re all envious of a dancer’s strong, flexible body, and these workouts will have you leaving the gym feeling more graceful and toned than ever. It’s easier than you think to incorporate these exercises into your daily workout!

1. Do 30 minutes of cardio every day

Cardio workouts promote lean muscles and a healthy metabolism. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts keep your heart rate up and help you burn fat and build strength.

Do 45-second intervals of high knees, mountain climbers, burpees and jump squats with 10 seconds in between each exercise to work out your whole body and burn fat! Repeat these intervals two to three times per day.

Julianne Hough’s trainer, Astrid McGuire, has a 10-minute HIIT video that’s great motivation and fun to follow along!

2. Lift lighter weights

Collegiettes, if you’re striving for a dancer’s body, it’s important to tone muscles like a flexible, graceful ballerina. That means using lighter weights and longer reps in order to build strength without bulking.

Grab a weight light enough that it feels manageable to do 25 lifts. Doing so should be easier to maintain control and focus on toning your current muscles rather than bulking them up.

According to Cara Raines, a ballet instructor in Sacramento, CA, using lighter weights for longer repetitions will not only develop and tone muscles, but will also increase endurance and enhance a greater control of your body, which will translate into more graceful movement overall. She recommends that collegiettes start simple; use lighter weights in bicep curls, lunges and tricep kickbacks, for 25 - 30 reps at a time.

3. Try Pilates

Not only does Pilates develop long, lean muscles in your arms, legs and core, it also increases your flexibility to give you a more fluid, graceful manner. Doing Pilates a few times a week will strengthen your core, increase control and balance and leave you with a taut midsection, arms and legs, without bulking up. Melanie Ludwig, a personal trainer and owner of Prestige Fitness, Inc., stresses the importance of incorporating pilates for balanced musculature. Ludwig also noted that in combination with cardio and resistence training, Pilates will keep your workout routine varied, and, "by varying what you do, your body has to respond to more stimuli which keeps it guessing and reacting."

Typical Pilates routines include core-strengthening workouts along with a focus on stretching and toning your arms and legs. Pilates is great for squeezing exercise into a busy day, because it’s high intensity, quick and can be done at home without gym equipment! Pilates Anytime, a YouTube dedicated to creating a community of Pilates lovers, has several videos that make Pilates easy to do at home while the instructor gives encouragement and motivation – there are no excuses!

4. Strengthen your core with sit-ups, planks and pullups

According to Rae Michaud, a Dance major at UC Irvine, it’s important to do sets of regular sit-ups, crossed leg sit ups and planks to increase core strength and balance. She suggests that you try to do sit-ups every morning and evening in order to maintain a routine and continue the strength building; it’s easy to get into the habit and will also boost your energy in the morning!

Ludwig also notes that to appear longer and leaner, like a dancer, it's important to carry yourself tall and workout your arms. During core exercises, incorporate reps of pullups and push-ups in order to tone your shoulders and upper arms, which will improve your posture while developing your core and arm muscles. Ludwig recommends that collegiettes, with varying schedules and classes, should be sure to work out at least twice a week - once in the week and once on the weekend - and set continually managable goals. As your ability increases, it will be easier to find time throughout the day to keep working out, and eventually you'll see the results you've been working towards!

5. Do some sumo squats

Sumo squats are a variation of regular squats that will increase flexibility as well as toning more than your thighs and back region. Raines incorporates sumo squats into every warm-up routine to simultaneously stretch and workout her dancer’s legs and back.

A sumo squat is demonstrated here, and it’s essentially a regular squat with your legs shoulder-width apart and knees and toes pointed outward instead of straight. This position increases the areas of your legs and back to stretch by increasing resistance, so the rewards will also increased! Like sit-ups, these can be made more challenging by holding some light dumbbells close to your chest during the squat.

6. Stretch

Every collegiette dancer knows the importance of stretching, and it is the #1 recommended tip when trying to achieve a dancer’s body. Michaud suggests that you begin and end every workout with relaxing, long stretches, including the butterfly stretch (holding your feet together, knees to the floor, and resting your head as far forward to your feet as possible), the cat stretch (lying down, hands under your shoulders, and stretching your back slowly up to the ceiling) and hurdle stretches (sitting down, one leg stretched out, the other tucked in as you reach towards your outstretched foot). Stretching will prevent injury, make any workouts more manageable, and save you soreness for the next day’s workout. These stretches will also increase flexibility as you’ll notice you can stretch farther and farther each time!

7. Dance

Of course, if you want to get a body like a dancer … dance! Take classes at your college rec center, or find a Groupon to try a new dance class, or start dancing it out like Cristina and Meredith. Dancing burns calories, uses a multitude of muscles and is a fun way to take a break any day!

Monique Conant, a fourth year Chapman student, recommends Zumba. According to Conant, she has been taking Zumba classes since freshman year because it's a “fun, energy-boosting workout that not only keeps me in shape but has helped me work through stress during the week!”

Zumba has gained popularity in the last few years because it combines dance and interval training workouts without pushing you too hard. According to the national Zumba website, “Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility … We take the ‘work’ out of working out!”

If you want a dancer’s body, of course you're going to have to dance!

With these seven additions to your routine, you’ll be flaunting a dancer’s body in no time. Lots of these workouts can be done at home, used as a break in a busy day and can oftentimes alleviate any stress by boosting your energy. It’s fun and will help with any fitness goals – so step to it, collegiettes! It can be easy and exciting to work toward a dancer’s body, and like Cristina Yang says, “Shut up. Dance it out.”

Gigi Hadid Isn't the First Celebrity to Get Harassed By This Attacker

If you didn't already know, Gigi Hadid had a frightening run-in when she was leaving the Max Mara show during Milan Fashion Week. After she got through a crowd of paparazzi, a man—later identified as Vitalii Sediuk—grabbed her.

Apparently, this isn't the first time the Ukranian TV personality has gone after celebrities. In 2011, after Madonna told the Daily Mail she "absolutely loath[es] hydrangeas," he got her flowers. He also tried to stick his head up America Ferrera's dress on the Cannes red carpet in 2014, which is 100 percent not okay. To make matters even worse, he's tried to kiss Will Smith and Miranda Kerr; although Kerr brushed it off, Smith slapped him in the face.

Hadid responded to Sediuk's grab with an elbow to his face, but someone needs to let him know this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Harassment in any form is no joke, and something needs to be done about it.

Sophia Bush Was Harassed on a Plane, & She's Clapping Back at the Stranger

Plane rides can be tortuous enough for people who dread air travel, but one of the worst parts is knowing that you literally can't escape the annoying kid kicking the back of your seat, or the baby that won't stop crying. For Sophia Bush, her recent is experience on a plane is far worse, because she was constantly harassed by a creepy AF man. Rather than suffer in silence, Sophia took to Twitter to put said creep on blast. Though Sophia wrote a lengthy post about her personal experience with harassment, it's relatable to other women who are forced to deal with creeps on a daily basis.

Sophia began her clapback by addressing the bothersome (and that's putting it lightly) man as a "Random dude on a plane." From there, she proceeded to reveal all the awful ways the guy harassed her while on a plane ride.

"When you make a woman so visibly uncomfortable, that after you’ve ignored all visual cues to please leave her alone (one word answers, she pulls out a book, puts on a hat, she actually asks you not to speak to her with the tone and words you’re choosing to use) that she finally GETS UP and MOVES SEATS, leave her alone,” she said. Something must be wrong with this creep if he couldn't take those simple hints.

One would think that the harassment would end after Sophia changed seats, but no. The man continued to make her uncomfortable.

"Stop turning around and looking at her," Sophia said. "Stop leaning out of your seat and towards her body when she has to grab something out of the overhead bin above her original seat, and sadly also above you, mid-flight."

Even though people argue that Sophia should be pleasant to all the fans who follow her career no matter how they behave, she thinks otherwise.

"And in my case, stop believing that you are entitled to make me uncomfortable because you 'watch my TV show' so I owe you some magical debt," she said. "I make it, you watch it. After that, the 'exchange' is done. You do not get to harass me, or any woman, because you think you pay our bills. You don't bro, I DO."

Sophia closed the letter with a phrase that summed up the entire scenario, signing it, "Every Woman On The Planet Who Is Sick of Your Creepy Shit."

Rob Kardashian Tweeted Kylie Jenner's Number As Revenge

Rob Kardashian’s odd social media habits are nothing new, but this time he went a little too far by releasing Kylie Jenner’s number to the public. Kardashian is known for posting and deleting Instagrams and openly sharing his feelings about his famous family on social media, and this new drama is no different. Although people assumed (or hoped) that his account was hacked and the number was fake, E! News reports that the number was correct. Rob also put those rumors to rest with another tweet that said, “I ain’t hacked either this is rob dog lol.”

He then went on to explain the reason behind his actions with another tweet. Kardashian says that his family didn’t invite Blac Chyna, his baby mama and fiancée, to a family baby shower. We can understand why he was upset, but to violate his own sister's privacy...?

Due to the not-so-friendly past between Kylie and Chyna, it seems like Kardashian is blaming his youngest sister for the miscommunication. Chyna and Kylie appeared to be on good terms after posting selfies together earlier this year, but it seems that a photo op wasn’t enough to mend their relationship.

Our Editor-in-Chief's 4 Favorite Trends For Fall

This post brought to you by Kohl’s. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Her Campus.

As much as I hate to see summer end, I have to admit I am a sucker for fall fashion!  Getting to do some "back-to-school" shopping and put together outfits that are more than just one layer again is always a treat.

I was lucky enough to get to do some shopping at Kohl's recently to deck out my fall wardrobe.  Check out my four favorite trends for the season below, and head to Kohls.com to snatch some picks of your own!

Cold-shoulder tops

I became completely obsessed with the off-the-shoulder trend this summer, and am now loving the slightly-more-covered-up cold-shoulder trend for fall.  It adds a bit of playfulness to any top and enables you to take your look from class to going out at night.

LC Lauren Conrad Runway Collection Cold-Shoulder Crewneck Sweater, $45

Lace-up

These days, lace-up anything is my jam.  And I live in leggings so lace-up leggings are basically a match made in heaven for me.  The lace-up look is so ~right now~ and makes any item that little bit more interesting.  I have a feeling these leggings will be going from barre to work to out at night with me on the regular.

Juniors' SO High-Waisted Criss-Cross Yoga Capris, $12.99

Black sneakers

Something about black sneakers is just so ~cool~.  They match everything and just look that much dressier than sneaks in a bright hue.  Black sneakers are very NYC to me.  Though I love flats and booties for fall too, sneakers are clearly the most comfortable and are perfect for days when you're going, going, going.

Nike Son of Force Women's Athletic Shoes, $65

Backpacks

These are not the backpacks you lugged your stuff around with in middle school--this year's backpacks are super chic and patterned and adorable.  Plus they're way more comfortable than carrying a heavy purse on one side of your body, and with a backpack, you're hands-free (good thing considering I'm usually carrying a coffee and my phone).  I love this buffalo plaid one in black & white (can you tell I have a thing for black and white?!) and am very into this black pom dangling off it--too cute.

Mudd Callie Buffalo Check Backpack, $24

After This Man's Card Was Declined at Starbucks, He Shot and Killed Another Customer

On Sunday morning, a gunman walked into a Las Vegas Starbucks and opened fire. After Pedro Jose Garcia's card was declined at the drive-thru window while trying to purchase a water, he entered the store and shot two rounds into the ceiling and one into another customer’s chest, the Associated Press reports. According to the Daily Mail, Garcia was given a water even though his card didn't work, but he still parked the car and came inside.

Medin Gebrezgier, a customer who witnessed the attack, told police and reporters how people cried and hit the floor as the shots were fired. "Terror, it was just terror. We were afraid," Gebrezgier told KVVU-TV. "We didn't know what was going to happen next. I had no idea what to do.”

Garcia, who is 34, was arrested on site and is awaiting a court appearance on murder, robbery, burglary and weapon charges. Authorities still aren't sure what his motive was, but they're investigating how he may have been connected to the 41-year-old victim.

Police Lt. Dan McGrath told the Associated Press that Garcia called 911 and described somebody else as the shooter, but witnesses indentified him when police arrived. Parts of the shopping center where the Starbucks is located were evacuated so that a bomb squad could investigate a backpack in the building that Garcia had claimed held a bomb.

Garcia was released from federal prison November after serving time for stolen vehicle, battery, attempted theft, and drug and weapon charges. The New York Post reports that, due to these previous charges, Garcia shouldn't have been able to get a gun.

'Modern Family' Makes Another Groundbreaking Move By Casting a Transgender Child

Modern Family is easily one of TV's most groundbreaking shows. The slew of awards received over the years is just proof of the show's comedic genius, as well as its ability to address stereotypes or societal norms. The recent casting news regarding the show adds to Modern Family's variety of actors from all genders, ages and races. An upcoming episode, titled 'A Stereotypical Day' will introduce a new character named Tom, who will be played by Jackson Millmarker.

According to the synopsis, the episode will tackle acceptance of others, as Cam and Mitchell try to re-evaluate their own ideas of others. "Cam and Mitchell have always felt they were the most open, non-judgmental and supportive parents. However, when they overhear Lily insulting her new friend, they have to take a quick look in the mirror before they teach her a lesson about acceptance," the episode description reads.

Although Modern Family isn't the first show to feature a transgender actor, 8-year-old Jackson will bring something new to Modern Family, and it looks like the crew is excited to have him on board! Director Ryan Case posted a photo from the set, showing how excited she is that Modern Family is adding even more variety to the cast.

We can't wait for this episode to air on TV!

'Pretty Little Liars' Creator Sends Fans in Uproar Over Cryptic Tweets

Just when you thought Pretty Little Liars was done messing with your mind and emotions, creator I. Marlene King released some very cryptic and teasing lines that have PLL fans pulling their hair out.

Even though it’s been weeks since the season finale, it seems that PLL still has all of us wrapped around its finger. And these puzzling new clues are leaving us with more questions than answers.

First King hits us with a big one... maybe Toby isn’t actually dead—would you be that surprised? (Also, please say this is so, because OUR. HEARTS.) In the season finale, he doesn't look so hot, and by this we mean he's bloody at the scene of the car crash (not any less gorgeous). But King has us wondering if he won't be leaving PLL just yet.

But King didn’t stop at Toby; she also teased us with plenty of other snippets that have us drooling for more and praying for the spring premiere to come faster. In one of her tweets she insinuates that a wedding may be up ahead, leaving fans wondering which of our favorite couples will be tying the knot.

Oh, and there’s also a very interesting phone call between Alison and the police, so clearly there will be some mischievous stuff going on.

When I was writing the pilot I tweeted u lines along the way. So let's share the series finale 2gether pic.twitter.com/ZSK0bJGkT5

— I. Marlene King (@imarleneking) September 23, 2016

Don't worry though, King also included the fact that someone is planning on killing someone—yup, that's about as vague as it gets.

Of course it's not all romance, it's PLL. pic.twitter.com/YtEAbnjT7h

Finally, she leaves us with a quote that she calls "appropriate" but we call unfair. How can we be expected to wait until spring with all this new information to torture us?

Appropriately the last one for now. Time to write write write. pic.twitter.com/eOhn6rY410

Ok, officially starting a petition to have PLL all year, because we will be tossing and turning until spring.

Gigi Hadid's Attacker Released a Statement & It Made Us Hate Him More

You’ve probably seen the video of Gigi Hadid defending herself against her attacker, Vitalii Sediuk, during Milan Fashion Week. We were horrified then and are even angrier now that Sediuk has spoken out about the incident.

He reportedly told THR, "While I consider Gigi Hadid beautiful, she and her friend Kendall Jenner have nothing to do with high fashion. By doing this, I encourage the fashion industry to put true talents on the runway and Vogue covers instead of well-connected cute girls from Instagram.” We’ve heard these complaints before but that does not make it ok to aggressively attack Gigi, or anyone else for that matter.

This is not the first time Sediuk has harassed unexpecting celebrities. Awful, we know! He is still banned from the U.S. after his attack on Brad Pitt, according to PerezHilton. Thankfully he still can’t cause trouble in America but he clearly still finds ways to disturb celebrities abroad.

We are SO proud of Gigi for defending herself and hope Sediuk finds a better pasttime than harassing people. Otherwise, here's to more elbows to his face.

Is Solange Knowles Releasing New Music?

Rumor has it that after four years since her last musical release, Solange Knowles might be giving us something to look forward to this Friday. Just last week, the singer was teasing songs from her Snapchat account last week. Can we hear the whole thing next time, pretty please?

You’ve probably kept up with Solange through her latest, hella-trendy, Instragram posts. Can you say SLAY? She has become a fashion icon, completely with her own label, Saint Heron. While we love keeping up with her many projects, we are desperate for her new music.

Fans have recently reported receiving special books in the mail, according to PopCrush. These books contain numbered poems and photographs, including the phrase “don’t let anybody steal your magic." Many are saying these are clues about her new album. Most importantly, the middle of the book contains a page with the date 9-30-16. As in, this Friday. Now you can understand why we're freaking out—is this a possible release date?

We hope the speculations are true because we can’t go another day without her new album! After all, who could resist music created by a Knowles sister?
