Apparently CIA Director Mike Pompeo Made A Secret Trip To North Korea

Mike Pompeo, CIA Director and future Secretary of State, has had a secret meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. News of the meeting first came from The Washington Post, stating that the officials had met over Easter weekend. While President Donald Trump has confirmed the meeting, he stated that the two formed a “good relationship” just last week.

Trump’s had some foreign relations meetings as well. He’s currently hosting Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. This is the second time Trump has invited Abe, and the two seem to have a cordial relationship.

According to BBC News, Trump said the countries were “very unified on the subject of North Korea.” This may curb fears from Tokyo that Trump’s decision to talk with both countries could edge out Japan; however, it is rumored that Abe’s goal for the trip is to persuade Trump to remain strong against Pyongyang, not letting the city and its country get away with its “well-documented human rights abuses and pursuit of nuclear weapons,” both of which go against international laws and UN sanctions. There is reason to believe their missiles could reach the US.

North Korea has been isolated for quite some time after these offenses, but the recent Winter Olympics in South Korea have opened relations and increased diplomacy. Many from China, South Korea, and recently the US have gone to visit the North.

Pompeo’s recent discussion with Kim “marks the highest-level contact between the two countries since 2000, when then-Secretary of State Madeleine Albright met with Kim Jong Il, the current leader's late father, to discuss strategic issues,” claimed The Washington Post.

The only other high-level contact was nearly five years ago, when James R. Clapper Jr., Director of National Intelligence at the time, went to North Korea to release two American captives. Even then, he met with a lower-level official.

Trump now plans to meet Kim in early June and is considering five demilitarized sites for the meeting. This would be the first direct conference between a US and North Korean leader in history.

Trump has had much to say about Kim in the past, and most of it hasn’t been friendly. He’s threatened to take nuclear action against North Korea, responding to Pyongang missiles with “fire and fury.”

Yet Trump signaled a brighter future for the relationship between the US and North Korea, perhaps even a reconciliation.

“I really believe there’s a lot of good will. They do respect us. We are respectful of them,” Trump said in a news conference. “Subject to a deal, they have my blessing.”

Coachella is here! 'Tis the season for fun festivals and fierce outfits. For most spring and summer festival attendees, traditional boho-chic seems to be the hottest trend while dancing and crowd surfing, but we're toning down the heavy florals, frills and fringe for our 2018 #festivalstyle. Here's a few non-boho festival looks that will make you stand out in the crowd.

1. Sheer florals and sequins

Just because you aren't rocking Bohemian style doesn't mean you have to entirely avoid florals. Pair your floral statement piece with some sheer fabric and bold sequins for an edgier look.

2. Striped shorts and a sun hat

Keep it simple with cute, patterned high-waisted shorts and accessorize with a big floppy hat to keep you cool while you're dancing away.

3. Western

Throw away the boho-chic cliche, and bring out your inner western vibes with an outfit like this one. Bonus points for a cowgirl hat, bandana and chaps!

4. Fringe and fishnets

While fringe may be on the list of Bohemian trends, pairing some fringed-out shorts with black fishnet tights gives your outfit a slightly more rebellious feel.

Festival feels. Who’s going to a festival this year?

A post shared by Cecile Charlotin (@cecilealamode) on

5. Classic

If you're looking to be simply casual so you can focus on festival fun, opt for a classic button down tee and high-waisted denim shorts. You can make it more stylish with a cute barrette or other statement accessories.

6. Pretty playsuit

If you're looking for a more modest festival fit, try a flowing, patterned playsuit like this one. You can layer it with a sweater or undershirt, or wear it on its own with oversized sunnies and a floppy hat.

Jumpsuits are the perfect outfit to adventure in! I can’t get enough of them. I love how they are easy to throw on like a dress with the comfort of pants. Plus I love how cute they look layered with a tee for colder days. This jumpsuit will be perfect for a summer festival! Getting excited for summer already!! What festivals are you guys going to this year? . . . . . . . #summerdreaming #summeronmymind #jumpsuit #floralprint #festivalstyle #summerfestivals #festivaloutfit #coachellastyle #springoutfit #ootd #shopthelook #dailylook #fashionblogger #denverblogger #coloradohiking #lackofcolor #adventure #beautifulcolorado #happyfriday #fridayvibes #livetheadventure #windowseatview #anthropologie #splendid #thegreatoutdoors

7. Statement jumpsuit

Make a statement in a bold jumpsuit like this one in fiery red. With such a bright hue and sexy zipper detail, you'll definitely have all eyes on you.

8. Cute co-ord

Be effortlessly cute and chic in a printed two-piece co-ord set. This striped pattern set gives us major whimsical vibes, perfect for your festivities.

9. Leather and a lace-up tee

If you're not quite ready to pack your leather jacket away, make it more festival forward by pairing it with an open lace-up tee and high-waisted shorts. Go rocker chic as you rock on!

10. Denim on denim

Denim outfits are popular this season. Pair a jean jacket with a matching skirt or shorts for a cool and casual outdoor outfit. We especially love this one with the playful, multicolored fringe.

11. Palazzo pants

Palazzo pants are a great piece to enjoy maximum coolness and comfort. Pair some printed wide-legged trousers with a bralette or crop top and comfy sandals for an easy way to make a statement.

12. Lace and fur

Wear those festive florals on a sexy lace bodysuit. Pair it with a fur coat for a total glam girl look.

13. Tropical

Go for a lighter look this spring with fun tropical prints, flirty hues and accessories. Pair it with a refreshing drink in a pineapple cup for complete festival vibes.

This Influencer Created a Satirical Video About Makeup Policing–Because We Need to Stop Judging Beauty Choices

We’ve all been there: trying a bold new makeup look and not hearing the end of it. Whether you’ve rocked a vibrant cut crease or you just decided to coat your face in sequins like the iridescent queen you are, you’ve probably heard a lot of criticism. Although everyone has a friend who isn’t afraid to tell you that your Fenty Mattemoiselle lipstick is on your teeth or that you’re now sporting a fake eyelash mustache (thanks to all the real makeup saviors), sometimes friends and often strangers feel the need to critique your beauty routine. Beauty policing can affect some people more often than others—however, some makeup artists aren’t tolerating this unsolicited “advice” anymore.

In a recent YouTube video, beauty influencer and content creator Yuki, who goes also goes by her social media handle @Youkeyy, created a makeup look entirely based on the comments she receives about her makeup. Instead of creating a serious makeup tutorial, Yuki created a makeup vid that’s just as hilarious as the "helpful" advice she receives.

From product reviews to makeup tutorials, Yuki is notorious for giving unbiased makeup reviews and advice, however, she isn’t immune to unsolicited comments about her makeup application. Yuki told us, “[my video] was indeed meant to be a humorous way of addressing how ridiculous it can be for complete strangers to attempt to tell someone how they should look.” After all, nobody should look a certain way, unless, of course, that way is ~confident~.

Yuki adds, “In relation to the policing of women's looks and beauty, I would like to mention that often times outside of the virtual space, it is done in an attempt to convey a sense of caring towards the woman in question. If one has no personal connection to you, it should be of no concern to them as to how you choose to wear your hair or makeup. There is a huge difference between privately telling your best friend that their foundation doesn't match and telling a stranger, co-worker, or an acquaintance that their eyeshadow looks are too ‘loud’ and should be ‘more natural.’”

While it isn’t abnormal for women to experience a stranger’s makeup critique, women of color often receive more unprovoked comments about their makeup, looks and beauty regime. In fact, there are several Reddit threads where people of color have detailed various racist beauty standards, as well as the subsequent “advice” strangers illicit about their makeup.

Yuki herself has been barraged by comments about her choice in foundation color. Fellow content creator and beauty guru Jackie Aina provided more evidence that Yuki isn’t the only women of color who’s been accused of using a lighter foundation shade. Shortly after Yuki uploaded her video, Aina tweeted this:

After all, each individual makeup user knows their skin better than any stranger.

Nevertheless, beauty gurus like Aina and Yuri aren’t the only makeup aficionados who are condemned for what they put on their faces, what they don’t, and how they apply it. Last year, songstress Alicia Keys, who spearheaded the bare-face movement, was criticized for her choice to wear makeup by her own coworker. While Keys defended her decision to wear makeup on-screen, and how it doesn’t contradict her makeup-free lifestyle, no person should have to validate their choice to wear makeup, regardless of how much or little they decide to put on their skin.

Related: In Defense of My Skincare Routine

While countless makeup artists, beauty lovers and celebrities have advocated for freedom of expression in the beauty realm, Yuki hopes that her humorous video will help other makeup lovers realize that makeup is about self-expression and nobody should have to tolerate criticism from the makeup police.

As Yuki tells us, “I think the best way for women to combat beauty policing is to continue being fearless in how they express themselves and to be unapologetic about it. Others are less likely to continue force-feeding what they think beauty should look like when they realize it is a waste of their time. I also think that in an appropriate setting where the other person is willing to be receptive, education can also play a pivotal role in getting that person to understand that beauty policing is not okay.” If you aren't comfortable with unsolicited advice, tell your acquaintance, commenter or friend that beauty policing isn't acceptable."

Although your makeup advice might be well-intended, unless someone asks for help with their makeup, hair, skincare or fashion, don’t judge their appearance. While you might feel the need to project your makeup-related qualms onto your acquaintances and strangers, the beauty-verse should be a supportive environment for every beauty lover, makeup artist, and skincare hobbyist to use makeup however they want (with some exceptions).

Criticizing another person's makeup essentially discredit the time and effort that went into developing their look (especially if you're a content creator, who makes videos to benefit other people and takes hours to brainstorm, film and edit one mere video). Plus, it's okay to post photos and videos of your less-than-perfect look, because beauty isn't about finding perfection to begin with.

If you still have the unbridled urge to comment on someone’s makeup, some alternatives can help you learn more about cosmetics and support your fellow beauty friends and their pigmented ventures.

  • Compliment other people. ...Just don’t give them a backhanded compliment (because nobody wants to hear that you “like their eyeshadow, but you totally would have done it this way,” or that you “love their risky lipstick color and totally don’t have the courage to wear that to the club”). Focus on the positives in your compliments. Ultimately a real compliment versus an underhanded compliment could be the deciding factor on whether an Ulta Beauty patron buys Stunna Lip Paint—and nobody should be deprived of trying a revolutionary lipstick.
  • Ask questions. While everyone loves compliments, questions about how you applied your makeup or where you bought your outfit will let strangers know that you appreciate their makeup choices and that you’re thinking critically about them.
  • Encourage your friends to try something new. We all have insecurities, and snide comments can make even the most confident makeup lover doubt their own routine. If your friend turns to you for advice on a riskier makeup trend or eyeshadow color, support them and tell them to go for it. After all, makeup isn’t about concealing your perfect imperfections; it’s about taking innovative risks and painting your face like the beautiful canvas it is.

Implementing these tips will help you sway any lingering urge you might have to comment on another person’s makeup or looks. (Seriously, can complementing other beauty lovers and encouraging others to experiment with their look be the next beauty challenge?)

I Tried Ritual Vitamins, AKA The Most Instagrammable & Pretty Vitamins In The Land

Vitamins are so ~mysterious~. Why are they so giant? Why do they smell like fish and tree bark? WTF is even in them? Sure, vitamins are supposed to make you feel healthy. They are supposed to eventually make you look and feel glorious, but the potential negative side effects (upset stomach, interrupted sleep, exhaustion) are too much, and I’m just not here for all those trade-offs.

Enter: Ritual Vitamins.

The second I saw these pretty little babies I abandoned all of my aforementioned gripes because if IG says try it, you try it. And because, you know, #health.

Ritual Vitamins are simple multivitamins created for women, by women, that don’t ask us to play the “what’s in my supplement?” game. The clear capsules are comprised of nine essential nutrients that you can actually see as opposed to the mini-vials of secrecy to which we are so accustomed. Ritual prides itself on doing away with the “pseudoscience and half-truths” of the nutrient world and provides us with a safe, healthy, no B.S. daily vitamin we will feel confident about putting into our bodies. So naturally, I wanted in on all this vitamin love, like, yesterday.

Here’s how it went down.

Ritual operates on a monthly subscription basis, so I ordered my first month’s supply immediately. The vitamins arrived in simple, chic packaging (much like the capsules themselves) with clear messaging and uncomplicated directions: take two per day for 30 days and you’ll feel amazing. Don’t mind if I do. You can take them at night or in the morning with the same results, so I chose the morning.

Swallowing two standard vitamins sounds simple, but if you have an ultra-sensitive gag reflex like mine, you’re gonna overthink it. “They’re too big, I’ll choke and die,” is the typical irrational nonsense running through my head when taking any type of pill, but surprisingly these vitamins went down super smooth. And they tasted de-lish – so minty!

Here’s what happened.

So, I had completed phase one of swallowing the pills and entered into phase two... the waiting game. Would I feel nauseous? Would I feel like a GD superhero? The suspense was totally agonizing for the first hours. And then it started to subside, and I kind of just forgot that I took them. All I felt was…normal. And normal is ah-mazing when it comes to my body’s response to vitamins.

After two weeks I noticed my energy was way up, and that’s all the confirmation I needed to become a Ritual Vitamins subscriber for life.

The 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom' Trailer Exposes 'Human Greed'& Things Get Majorly Intense

Grab your popcorn and get comfortable because Universal just released the latest trailer for the long awaited summer blockbuster, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

The new trailer reveals major plot points in the story—from an exploding volcano and a rampage of dinosaurs (just as expected) to Owen (played by Chris Pratt) and Claire (played by Bryce Dallas Howard) teaming together to shut down the operation in which rescued dinosaurs, such as Blue, are being auctioned off to the highest bidder.

In an interview with EW, writer Colin Trevorrow explains the film reveals the worst instincts of mankind, "the first film was very clearly about corporate greed. This is just about human greed.”

“The first half, you have a whole dinosaur movie on the island, so you have what you expect from a Jurassic movie,” director J.A. Bayona told EW. “Then the second half moves to a totally different environment that feels more suspenseful, darker, claustrophobic, and even has this kind of gothic element, which I love.”

The whole film seems chilling and definitely the kind I'd like to see in IMAX.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will be out in theaters June 22.

The Queen Of England's Last Corgi Has Died & It's A Sad Day For Royal Puppers

The Queen of England reportedly put down her last corgi on Sunday, April 15, 2018. The 14-year-old corgi, Willow, was euthanized after a struggle with cancer.

According to royal sources, the Queen has owned over 30 corgis since being gifted one on her 18th birthday in 1944. Her first corgi’s name was Susan, and Willow was a part of her corgi lineage. The Queen stopped breeding the dogs after 2015 in a fear that she might leave them behind.

But just because Willow was the Queen’s last corgi doesn’t mean she was the Queen’s last dog. The Queen still has two “dorgis,” dachshund-corgi mixes named Candy and Vulcan.

However, the Queen is understandably devastated at the loss of one of her beloved pets. Buckingham Palace sources say that “it feels like the end of an era” since Willow was one of the last links left to the Queen’s childhood.

Willow had previously appeared with the Queen on the cover of Vanity Fair in 2016 and in the 2012 London Olympics opening sketch. Royal life without the corgis surely sounds more empty.

Official comments from Buckingham Palace have yet to be released, with sources respecting the Queen’s grieving process. Twitter, however, is visibly distraught.

RIP to the sweet royal pupper.

5 Things You Shouldn’t Do When Cramming for Finals

$

We all know the lesson of time management when it comes to schoolwork, but when you’re juggling extracurriculars, jobs and a social life, it’s hard to study extensively early on. When it comes down to it, cramming is usually your best option. But cramming is a way of life, ladies, and while many may frown upon it, sometimes it’s what it takes to get the material in your head and ready for the test.

However, even with cramming, there’s a smart way and a less-than-smart way of going about it. If you’re a dedicated procrastinator or on a tight schedule this semester and you see cramming in your horrifically-near finals week, here are six ways not to cram for finals.

1. Studying TOO last minute

It doesn’t matter how easy a final exam might be, studying until the very, very last minute usually doesn’t end well. For one thing, a whole day isn’t often guaranteed to you. If you have to miss other classes, skip meals, and spend the majority of your day glued to your material, you could burn out.

Studying the night before rids you of a good night’s sleep, which can make you do worse on your exam. Some people take it as far as studying the day of the test, which not only shortens your study time but can really stress and psych you out to a point where you could do worse on the exam due to anxiety.

Try to grant yourself a longer “cram session” so you can get in every piece of info that could be on the exam. Of course, sometimes you really don’t have a choice and have to study for an exam the night before. But, if you can help it, try your best to “extend” the cram session longer than just one day (or a few hours before you’re sitting in the exam room).

2. Psyching and stressing yourself out

Again, the shorter your study time, the more anxious you’ll get about how you’ll do. We’re so busy stressing about our other commitments and finals add to that stress ten-fold. As you realize you’ll have to cram (especially if it’s last-minute), you can actually be so stressed that it hinders your cramming. You could end up studying less proficiently since you’re busy worrying about how you’ll do.

No matter how you study, whether it’s weeks in advance or a few days before to cram, you need to think positively about the outcome. Believe that at the end of your cram session, you will do well on the exam.

3. Underestimating your exam material

For classes that are especially difficult for you, cramming a few days before the exam may not be enough. When you cram for your exam, try to organize your studying that you can cover every content area as much as possible. It’s better to have multiple sessions where you study a section rigorously as if you’re about to have an exam on it right after you’re done studying. If there’s a whole chapter that stumps you, “cram” for it earlier on so that you have a handle on that material. Kelisha Caldwell, a junior at the University of Central Florida, always "cram" reviews her material early on.

"If I was cramming, I would skim everything as soon as possible, then go back and reread anything that I noticed was confusing," Kelisha says.

That way, when you’re doing your final cram session, it’s for you to review the material, not actually learn it. Don’t assume that your exam will be easy either. We all know the tragedy of cramming and then realizing whatever you studied wasn’t even on the test. Unfortunately, with cumulative exams, there’s no way to know exactly what you’ll be tested on. Cram seriously and thoughtfully as if every exam you take will test you rigorously; it’s better to overestimate than underestimate.

4. Having poor time management

Cramming “in advance” may seem counterintuitive, but it’s necessary for harder class material. It’s important to know when you need to start getting into high-gear, so schedule your studying in advance. That way, when you have to cram, you already have a plan in mind. It’s like first-class procrastination!

Myra Jalil, a junior at the University of Florida, maintains a calendar to keep her cram habits in check. “I write out all the dates in my calendar in advance after looking at the syllabus at the beginning of the semester. That way, I’ll know when an exam is coming, and I can gauge how much cramming I actually need to get done,” Myra said.

5. Keeping your distractions around

Cramming will only be ten times harder if you get easily distracted. If you choose to cram, that means focusing completely on the material to get it all in at one time. So, don’t fall prey to distractions that could ruin your much-needed focus. If you can, leave your phone on silent and away from view so no pesky social media notifications invite you to browse instead of study. Keep the TV off or if you need some noise, put on something you aren’t interested in, so you won’t get distracted.

If non-lyrical music helps you focus, put that on as well to keep your attention on studying and de-stress your mind. If you can’t get rid of all your distractions, then plan for them. If you know you’d need four hours to fully study for the exam, try to give yourself five-and-a-half hours at least to account for when you get distracted. We’re human; it happens. But don’t fall down a hole of distractions and throw off your cram session. Either get them out of the way or plan for them.

Studying for finals can be stressful, but when you have to cram, you have to know what you’re doing. Steer clear of these mistakes when you study and good luck with finals week!

Stormy Daniels Reportedly Plans To Donate $130,000 To Planned Parenthood If She Wins Her Lawsuit Against President Trump & Michael Cohen

If you thought Stormy Daniels laid everything out in her sit-down with Anderson Cooper on 60 Minutes, you'd be wrong. She's on an upcoming cover of Penthouse magazine, and The Daily Beast reports that in the corresponding interview, she "talks about everything" in regards to her alleged 2011 affair with President Donald Trump — including "several NSFW bits left out of her 60 Minutes chat."

That's not it, though.

The Daily Beast added that in the interview, Daniels revealed that if she wins her lawsuit against Trump and his personal lawyer Michael Cohen, she plans to donate $130,000 — the same amount of money Cohen allegedly paid her to stay silent about the affair with Trump — to Planned Parenthood, in both of their names.

Daniels first sued Trump in March, alleging that he had never signed a nondisclosure agreement that Cohen had her sign. Later that month, she filed an amended lawsuit, which alleges Cohen not only defamed her, but also violated a campaign finance law by issuing her money to stay quiet about the affair right before the 2016 election.

"I don't have shame," Daniels reportedly told Penthouse. "You can't bully me."

The magazine issue — which dubs Daniels "the Penthouse Pet of the Century — will hit newsstands on May 8.

After allegations surfaced that Tristan Thompson was unfaithful to Khloé Kardashian, it was unsure whether she'd return to Los Angeles with her sisters and mom, or stay in Cleveland, Ohio, where she moved to be with Tristan. It turns out, for the time being, she's chosen the latter — but she's not exactly with Tristan.

PEOPLE reported that while Khloé and the couple's newborn daughter True are living in Tristan's house, he's not. However, he still "comes and goes to spend time with his daughter." Khloé, on the other hand, "has very little to do" with him.

Neither Khloé nor Tristan have commented on the cheating allegations.

What To Do If Your Partner Is Selfish In Bed

Sex can be an important part of any romantic relationship. It’s a way to foster a deeper connection with your partner that you don’t have with anyone else. So, it can be frustrating when you and the person you are dating don’t seem to click in bed. When your partner is acting selfish in bed it can leave you feeling unsatisfied and disconnected, which might lead to bigger problems in your relationship later down the line. But don’t worry— it’s not the end of the world. We talked to Carole Lieberman, M.D., Beverly Hills psychiatrist and author and Patrick Wanis, Ph.D., human behavior and relationship expert, do get some advice on the best way to approach this tricky subject. Here’s how to approach the situation

Try giving them cues in bed

As humans it’s sometimes natural to put our wants ahead of the person we are with, and this may be happening to your partner in the heat of the moment. “It’s best to first try using non-verbal communication,” says Dr. Lieberman, “such as by gently placing their hand or mouth on the spot you want, or by moving your body into your preferred intercourse position.” Respond positively when they do something you like, and shift if they do something that doesn’t feel good.

Bring it up casually and see what happens

If your partner doesn’t take the hint while you’re in bed, then later you could casually bring up making some changes to your sexual relationship. Start small and with specifics: I liked when you did this particular thing or I felt uncomfortable when you did this particular thing. Dr. Wanis says to “practice feeling comfortable and asking for what you need as well as what you want.” Be honest, but don’t be too serious or heavy, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident enough in your relationship. These small hints along with cues you may have given your partner while in bed may help them see the bigger picture.

If there's no change, have a more in-depth conversation

Here’s where things get tricky. Most people don’t like hearing that they are doing something wrong or that they need to change, but if your partner still isn’t getting it then it’s time to bring it up in a more direct way, and there are things you can do to help soften the blow. First, pick the right time and place. “You’re not going to have this conversation in bed during the act of sex, it’s not the right time to do it,” says Dr. Wanis. “It’s better to do it in a neutral setting where the person doesn’t feel threatened.” Obviously you’re going to want to have this conversation in private, and doing it at home will ensure that your partner feels safe and secure.

Related: 6 Things Everyone Is Insecure About When It Comes To Sex

Watch your language

Choosing the right words when bringing this up is SO important. Steer clear from the words “unsatisfied” or “selfish” even if that’s how you’re feeling, because that is just going to make your partner feel like they are being attacked. “If you’re approaching a conversation or challenge from the perspective of ‘I’m unsatisfied’ you’re already starting to criticize the other person,” says Dr. Wanis. Frame it in a positive manner: I want to talk to you about our sexual relationship and how we can make it better. This lowers the chance that he takes it as criticism, which will hopefully make him more receptive to the suggestions you offer. And make sure you have those suggestions! If you go in without a plan, the conversation won’t get you anywhere. Think about what you are going to say in advance, and it may be a good idea to practice beforehand.

Be specific

Once you’ve framed the conversation, give some specific suggestions about ways you can improve the sex. “Ask them if they would like to know what really turns you on,” says Dr. Lieberman. “And then suggest that you try it.” If there’s a particular position they’ve been initiating that you don’t like, or if they’re being too aggressive or assertive, then don’t hesitate to say something about it. “Get clear, and be specific. It’s so much easier to respond to specific. What is it about the way this person is having sex with you that you want to adjust?” They’ll feel more confident in bed if they know exactly what it is that makes you feel good, resulting in a better experience for everyone.

Find out what they want in bed

Relationships are a two-way street, especially in regards to sex. Make sure that you take the time to find out what’s been working for them, and what hasn’t. “If you say ‘I want to get more out of a person in bed,’ then you’re thinking about you, you’re not thinking about them,” says Dr. Wanis. “Come from the approach of here’s what I want, now what do you need? Here’s what will excite me more, what would excite you more?” Maybe your partner has been feeling similar to how you are. Regardless, sex will go better if you are both on the same page about what you want and what feels good.

Ask why there hasn't been a change

It’s okay to be a little blunt, especially if you feel like you’ve been very clear and your partner has been ignoring you. “If you have talked about your sexual relationship and you have suggested ways that your partner can make it more pleasurable for you, and he keeps ignoring your needs, and isn’t willing to try things you suggest, then you can ask him why,” says Dr. Lieberman. You need to determine if your partner really hasn’t noticed what you’ve been saying or doing, and if they have and have ignored it, if that’s really the kind of relationship you want. There may a specific reason they’ve been doing things a certain way, and that’s okay. “Instead of getting upset, I decided to ask him and get into his head about why he wouldn’t [give oral sex],” says Marisa, a sophomore at Arizona State University. “He opened up about his fears and some past bad experiences that led him to not wanting to and I was so happy I didn’t get mad at him because I had no idea!” According Dr. Wanis, sex often reflects deeper parts of your relationship, and if your partner isn’t willing to make changes to make you happy you may not be in the right relationship.

Sex can complicate relationships fairly quickly, so don’t get discouraged if you find a shift within your relationship after making changes in your sex life. Talking to a professional relationship counselor can only help you get more on the same page. Take the steps necessary to fight for a relationship you believe in, and don't be afraid to walk away from a partnership that feels one-sided or unhealthy.

Jenna Fischer Donates Speaking Fee From Indiana College Event To NAACP, Anti-Defamation League & The Trevor Project After Student Protest

Student protesters at DePauw University interrupted a Q&A with actress Jenna Fischer held by campus leadership on Tuesday to condemn their handling of recent racist incidents, The Indianapolis Star reported.

Though Fischer's presence — which intended to promote her new book, The Actor’s Life: A Survival Guide— was not the issue, a student on Twitter said the event was used "as a way to speak to as many people as possible" about numerous racist messages that had recently been found on campus. According to The Indianapolis Star, these included a "racist threat" in a men's bathroom at DePauw Inn, a "racial slur spelled in rocks" at DePauw National Park, a female student allegedly wearing blackface, an "offensive sign" at a local bar, and a "homophobic and anti-Semitic" message in a campus bathroom.

About 100 students showed up to Fischer's event to protest, with some yelling and others "expressing concern about safety and calling on university leaders to take action" regarding the incidents.

The actress responded with a statement about the event on Wednesday.

"The student protesters spoke about their experiences and about the hate they have been encountering," Fischer said in a statement on Twitter. "I could feel the pain, sadness and fear coming from these students. No student should feel at risk, or have to suffer the kinds of bigotry and hate these students have encountered."

She added that the students needed to be heard and "need change."

"In light of last night’s events, using the full amount I was paid by the university, I will be making equal donations to the NAACP, the Anti-Defamation League and the Trevor Project in the name of the students at DePauw University," Fischer said.

Some students that were at the event responded to Fischer, expressing their gratitude.

Regarding DePauw University's response to both the protests and the racist incidents, the college made an announcement on Twitter that there's an ongoing investigation, in addition to providing a location for students who need support or a safe space.

5 Ways to Co-Manage Living Expenses in College

$

One of the biggest advantages about living with roommates (besides having a live-in squad) is having other people there to help you split the costs of college living. Splitting costs means potentially getting to splurge every now and then on things that you might not be able to if you lived alone. However, while everyone in your room might be totally okay with using excessive amounts of electricity to watch a Friends marathon, there might be slightly less interest when it comes time to pay the bill.

Sharing expenses in college can be a sensitive topic, but it’s definitely an important one. When it comes to money, everyone has a different perspective. Some people are spenders and some are savers, and having to manage money jointly can be very frustrating. We have five ways to co-manage your money that will leave you (and your roommates) happy and stress-free!

1. Initiate the conversation

For a lot of collegiettes, money can be tight between paying rent, buying groceries and the millions of other things that money goes toward in college. For that reason, having a conversation about money can sometimes be a bit awkward. No one wants to be that roommate who brings up the college version of “the talk,” but expenses are something that should be discussed as soon as possible to avoid future arguments and uncomfortable situations.

Hitha Herzog, chief research officer at H Squared Research and author of Black Market Billions, recommends protecting yourself when it comes to shared expenses and not being afraid to talk to your roommates about money. “If people are acting weird about paying for stuff,” Herzog says, “let them know there are two options: they can figure out a payment plan that works for them, or they can move out. Don't put yourself in a potentially bad financial situation, like paying for someone else’s stuff, because they don't want to talk about it.”

Be upfront about expenses, but also be understanding. Everyone's financial abilities are different and in order to be able to co-exist without money-related passive aggressive texts, this is a talk that needs to happen as soon as possible.

2. Discuss a plan—and stick to it!

This is definitely not the type of plan you want to discuss in a group message. The best time to talk about shared expenses is in person, when there are few distractions. Make sure that everyone understands the payment system and is clear on what they have to pay and when they have to pay it.

In your plan, it is also a good idea to clarify how exactly you will be splitting the rent and other expenses. An example of how to do this is visually splitting costs using a Google Doc spreadsheet. If you put in an algorithm that automatically splits each expense and categorizes who paid for it, then at the end of the month it is quick and easy for everyone to see what they owe.

“Be direct, write down all the expenses and figure out who is paying what,” says Herzog.

Making sure that all your roommates have easy access to your payment system, like in a Google Doc, is a sure-fire way to keep everyone on track.

3. Split common items evenly

Some roommates may choose to evenly split the cost of groceries while others opt to go through the checkout line separately. For this reason, it is sometimes tricky to determine whether or not food will fall under common items. It is a good idea to determine whether you will share your grocery expenses with roommates when coming up with your plan.

Giana Grimaldi, a senior at Boston University, created a compromise with her roommates for splitting their grocery costs. “We all buy our own groceries mostly because we are all on our own budgets and all eat differently. Right when we moved in, we each sort of claimed a cabinet or shelf for ourselves in the kitchen where we could put our own items. Then, we left all of the other cabinets and drawers for things that could be shared by everyone, including food,” says Giana.

It is easy to take shared items for granted if you are never the one who has to buy them. If you notice that you're out of an item that you and your roommates usually share, step up and chip in. Your effort will be greatly appreciated.

4. Hold each other accountable

We all know how annoying it is to live with roommates who refuse to take out the trash or do the dishes, but sometimes it’s nothing that a quick note or text can’t fix. However, when it comes to money, lack of accountability becomes a bit more of an issue. Now, we aren’t saying that you should bang on your roommates’ doors at five in the morning to harass them about the money they owe, but you shouldn’t be passive about the situation either.

A great, efficient way to keep roommates on track as far as payments go is to utilize a money app. Herzog suggests using an app called Square.

“One way to make sure everyone is paying on time is to use a payment system like Square, where you can run people's credit cards and that money gets deposited into your account. The second is to make sure you set a date five days prior to when bills are due. This ensures if someone is having cash flow issues you have a time buffer so you don't get charged late fees,” says Herzog.

“If you need to, ask them. I don't run into this with my SO because we have open lines of communication and consider all money coming in or out for either of us 'shared finances,' but in college with roommates we did run into this,” says Alaina Leary, a first-year graduate student at Emerson College. “I'd just bring it up in casual conversation, ask them about the money and when they could get it to me by, without making it seem like a threat.”

The way that you hold your roommates accountable might differ whether they are friends, strangers or a significant other, but it is important to figure out how you will address the situation. However, it is also important that whoever you are living with doesn’t feel attacked when the conversation comes up, so make sure to adjust the way you bring up the topic if need be.

5. Make division of expenses fair

They say that you get what you pay for, but we also believe that you should pay for what you get. This means that if you got stuck with the smallest room, when it comes time to pay the rent you shouldn’t automatically be stuck with an equal portion of the bill. Typically, it is considered fair to divide the rent by room size. “I always felt if you are the lucky person who has a larger room or more space, you should pay more. If you want to get really wonky, you can figure out how much people are paying per square foot and charge accordingly,” says Herzog.

Also, if someone is guilty of always leaving the lights or air conditioning on when no one is home, make sure you take that into account as well. You shouldn’t always have to deal with unnecessary spikes in your utility bills because of a forgetful roommate. In order to avoid anyone paying more than they have to, Herzog suggests creating a rule for your roommates. “Make a rule that the last person leaving must shut off the air conditioner or heat again to mitigate extra costs,” she says. Keeping things fair will allow you to avoid unnecessary arguments, because the question of who is going to take out the trash already creates enough of those.

6. Be flexible

As with anything in life, and college especially, it is helpful to be as flexible as possible. Roommates come and go, but the rent will always need to be paid. So don’t stress out if your best friend tells you that she is studying abroad or you split with your SO and need a new roommate. Just revamp your expenses plan and go with it. If you get involved with subleases, make sure that you and your roommates are clear on how you will be handling the money gained from them.

“My friends at another local college sublet their apartment to several girls and they split the money they got from these girls among the four of them,” says Alaina. Splitting the money that you get from subleases among you and your roommates is a no-brainer solution.

Living with roommates isn’t always the easiest thing in the world, but it is definitely cheaper than living alone. You don’t necessarily need to create a full blown roommate contract, but if you make a plan, keep everyone in the loop and hold them accountable, roommates can be fun and economical!

HC Wake-Up Call: KS Secretary Of State Kris Kobach Found In Contempt Of Court, President Trump Talks Meeting With Kim Jong-Un, Men Found Guilty In A 2016 Plot To Kill Muslim Refugees

Good morning Her Campus! With a break-neck news cycle, there is no possible way for you to stay on top of every story that comes across your feeds—we’re all only human, after all.

But, life comes at you fast. So grab a cup of coffee and settle in for this quick and dirty guide to stories you might’ve been sleeping on (like, literally. It’s early.)

A Federal Judge Held Kris Kobach In Contempt For Failing To Follow A Court Order That Registered Voters

A Kansas federal judge made the ruling on Wednesday after Kobach, Kansas' secretary of state, failed to follow the judge's order to "register voters who had signed up to vote at the DMV, but failed to present proof of citizenship,"HuffPost reports.

The order came as a result of Kobach losing a challenge to the ACLU over a law that went into effect in Kansas in 2013, which required proof of citizenship to register to vote (The New York Timescalled the law one of the "strictest in the country"). Afterwards, Kobach was supposed to use postcards to notify the 18,000 people whose registrations had been blocked, letting them know they could indeed vote. He didn't. The ACLU was responsible for bringing Kobach back to court. He claimed his office had "orally instructed county clerks to send out the postcards, but could not force them to do anything."

In addition to being held in contempt, Kobach was ordered to pay the ACLU for attorneys fees. According to HuffPost, the judge also said that "any further remedial measures" will be decided when she "ruled on the merits of the case."

Kobach served as the former vice chairman of the Trump administration's now-disbanded presidential commission on voter fraud. He's also running for governor in Kansas.

President Trump Still Plans To Meet With Kim Jong-Un

Trump made the announcement after confirming an earlier news story that CIA Director Mike Pompeo secretly visited the North Korean leader at the beginning of April. The White House had previously declined to comment on Pompeo's visit, which the Washington Post first reported on, noting that he went "as Trump's envoy to lay the groundwork for direct talks between Trump and Kim about North Korea's nuclear weapons program."

According to a tweet from Trump (which mistakenly said Pompeo met Kim last week when it was actually over Easter weekend), the meeting "went very smoothly and a good relationship was formed." Regarding a meeting between Kim and Trump himself, the president said it could take place by early June or sooner, Bloomberg reports.

Trump also told reporters that his administration had "starting talking to North Korea directly" and they're currently discussing five potential sites for the meeting. However, if things don't go a certain way, he apparently won't hesitate to walk out. "If the meeting when I'm there is not fruitful, I will respectfully leave the meeting," Trump said.

Three Men Were Found Guilty In A 2016 Plot To Kill Muslim Refugees

Curtis Allen, Gavin Wright and Patrick Stein were convicted on Wednesday after "plotting to blow up an apartment complex where Somali refugees live and pray" in Garden City, Kansas, The New York Times reports. The men had been arrested about a month before Election Day, and were initially charged with conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction and conspiracy against rights. Wright garnered an additional charge: lying to the FBI. The three were found guilty on all counts, and will be sentenced in June — possibly facing life in prison.

The New York Times said threats like these — against religious and racial minorities — are "rising nationally."

Attorney General Jeff Sessions released a statement on the conviction. "The defendants in this case acted with clear premeditation in an attempt to kill people on the basis of their religion and national origin," he said. "That’s not just illegal — it’s immoral and unacceptable, and we’re not going to stand for it."

What to look for...

The end of a Shondaland era. Scandal's series finale is tonight, bringing the six-year show to a conclusion.

We can't argue that at only 17-years-old, Laurie Hernandez has accomplished more than many of us will in a lifetime. Having competed in the 2016 Olympics and bringing home medals, she's a role model and inspiration for anyone who dreams of doing big things. Later that year, Laurie also took home the coveted Mirrorball Trophy when she and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, won season 23 of Dancing with the Stars. And now, with the 2020 Olympics and her high school graduation on the horizon, the sky is the limit for her.

Her Campus spoke with Laurie about her involvement with Incredible Egg, how she's preparing for the upcoming Summer Olympics, where she'd love to attend college in the future and more.

Her Campus: Tell us about how you became involved with Incredible Egg and why this cause is so important to you.

Laurie Hernandez: Back when I competed on Dancing with the Stars, I lived in an apartment with my mom. She taught me how to make scrambled eggs because they are packed with protein. One large egg contains 6 grams of high-quality protein, so my body got what it needed to stay fueled throughout the day. I’ve been an egg fan ever since! Growing up, my parents always supported me and my dreams. Not only did this help me reach my full potential, but it also made me feel special each step of the way. So, I know firsthand that incredible kids should be recognized!

The You're Incredible Because… Contest aims to celebrate kids engaging in social good projects in their schools and communities, excelling in sports or extra-curricular activities, raising money for those in need and more. Entering is simple. From now until May 7, 2018, if you know an incredible kid, upload a picture of them to Instagram or Twitter with #IncredibleBecause #Contest and a caption explaining why they are incredible for a chance to win $2,500 for the incredible kid and a matching donation to the incredible kid’s school. For more information, visit IncredibleEgg.org/IncredibleBecause.

HC: Incredible Egg champions the importance of nutritious eating. What goes into your diet these days?

LH: I’m always busy and need something that gives me energy throughout the day. That’s where scrambled eggs come in – they’re one of my favorite meals to make myself. Eggs are a nutritional powerhouse with one large egg containing 6 grams of high-quality protein, so it’s an easy, delicious and nutritious way for me to stay satisfied. In addition to eggs, I need a lot of protein and carbs because I burn so much. I focus on making sure whatever I’m putting in my body is quality food. Your body is like a car, so you have to put the right fuel in it to keep it going!

HC: Can you share some tips for those who want to eat a nutritious diet but aren't sure where to begin?

LH: Your mindset is key. Remember that when you’re eating nutritious food, you’re fueling yourself to be the best you can be, so you can do incredible things. I also try to cut out as much sugar as possible. When I was younger, I loved sweets, but I know now I need to limit them in my diet and incorporate other nutritious foods such as eggs, vegetables, fruits and whole grains.

HC: You're currently gearing up for the 2020 games, what are you doing to prepare?

LH: I am starting to condition more and my eating and sleeping habits are changing to get me ready for gymnastics. I really miss the sport and I’m ready to get back into the swing of things and competing in 2019!

HC: Are you feeling more pressure with these games than you did in 2016? Or is it easier now that you've done it before?

LH: I would say the pressure is equal. I feel a bit of pressure coming back since everyone is expecting me to perform as well as I did in 2016. However, knowing that I’ve done this before, I’m going in with an open mind and am looking forward to adding more to my routines to give them that extra flair.

HC: What is your advice to young women who are hoping to one day compete professionally like you?

LH: My advice would be to not to give up when things get hard. If you can push through, you can look back and say I made it. It will shape you into a better athlete and person.

HC: You've been home-schooled for years, but if you have the chance to attend any college or university, which would you choose and why?

LH: I would love to attend UCLA. I love their program and know quite a few gymnasts out there. Even though it’s so far from my home in New Jersey, my parents support my dreams and are with me every step of the way in any decision I make.

HC: If you weren't doing professional gymnastics, what do you think you'd be doing?

LH: If I weren’t doing professional gymnastics, I would be a dancer or maybe try out for Broadway because, why not?

HC: What is your next big goal, and what is the mantra you're using these days to achieve your goals?

LH: I have a few goals: I look forward to getting my driver’s license, and graduating high school since I’ve been home-schooled since the third grade. I also look forward to future gymnastics competitions and college! My go-to phrase before routines is, “I got this.” These words mean a lot to me and I say it before tests or before trying anything new. I think this will stick with me for a while.

Just In Time For 4/20, A Woman Had To Bring Her Very Stoned Pet Raccoon To The Fire Department For Help

Firefighters in Wayne Township, Indiana were woken up in the middle of the night to their ringing doorbell in early April.

The result of the ringing?

A woman seeking help for her pet raccoon, which she claimed had been exposed to a lot of marijuana. According to firefighters at the firehouse, the raccoon was displaying signs of marijuana exposure, including moving slowly and being lethargic.

Shortly after the woman’s 2 AM visit, dispatchers began calling for help as firefighters struggled to find the right solution to help the woman’s stoned raccoon. Radio recordings show the firefighters’ confusion, as they try to figure out what the raccoon was high on. Besides marijuana, some emergency responders speculated stronger substances like meth and heroin. Fortunately, the raccoon did not seem to be on either of those drugs.

In the end, firefighters were left scratching their brains – and without any solid solution. They sent the raccoon and its owner home to let the raccoon sleep off the high.

But even a week later, the department is still laughing over the incident.

Mike Pruitt, the Wayne Township Fire Captain, said that the department wished the best for the raccoon and his owner, though they aren’t sure why the vet wasn’t the first stop.

“We hope that everything worked out with the raccoon,” Pruitt said. “We’d be sad to hear that it didn’t.”

How to Build a Budget-Friendly Professional Wardrobe with Help from Celebrity Stylist Elizabeth Stewart & Walmart's New Brands

Walmart has been stepping up their fashion game, ladies, and you won’t want to miss out on these amazing styles. Launching four exclusive fashion lines just in time for spring, including Time and Tru and Terra & Sky, Walmart knows exactly what women want when it comes to affordable and versatile fashion. Boasting soft fabrics, feminine fits, details, embellishments and more, both lines offer an inclusive size range from XS to XXXL for Time and Tru and 14W to 30W for Terra & Sky.

We spoke with celebrity stylist Elizabeth Stewart, who had partnered with Walmart for this fabulous launch, to learn more about how we can build a professional wardrobe on a budget and rock these styles and trends this spring.

Beginning in editorial with fashion magazines such as Women’s Wear Daily and W Magazine, Stewart is now best-known for her work on the red carpet. She has dressed stars including Gal Gadot, Viola Davis and Zoey Deutch for the Oscars, and was named one of the top celebrity stylists of the year by The Hollywood Reporter – so it’s clear that Stewart’s guidance in all things fashion is coveted.

Spring is a significant time for students, whether it be preparing for various interviews and securing internships, to starting your first day on the job. However, being a student typically means working with a strict budget, and luckily, Time and Tru and Terra & Sky offer clothing, shoes and accessories that go from $5 to $30, all without sacrificing good quality and the pretty details we look for in our clothing.

So, where should you start when building a professional wardrobe?

Working with Walmart to style outfits using their new apparel brands, Stewart offers key advice on how to incorporate these affordable pieces into our professional style. “[For an interview], I would start with the bags and the shoes,” Stewart tells Her Campus. “You always want to carry a good bag to an interview, and they have these really good bags.”

Time and Tru offers a wide selection of bags for an extremely low price, such as their Time and Tru Leigh Tote that’s perfect for all your essentials.

Time and Tru Leigh Tote ($13.97)

Stewart also raves about the Time and Tru Women's Point Ballet Flat, which can be perfectly paired with dresses, skirts and pants and ensure that you’re putting your best foot forward.

“Everybody always notices that, I find,” says Stewart. “They always notice your bag and your shoes.”

Time and Tru Women's Point Ballet Flat ($9.97)

Once you’ve found the perfect bag and shoes to compliment your style, Stewart recommends focusing on bigger pieces such as printed blouses. “You can mix [them] with anything depending on what the career is,” says Stewart. Whether your job or internship calls for a more professional or laid-back look, brands Time and Tru and Terra & Sky have you covered in both situations.

“What you actually wear depends on what you do,” Stewart explains. “I work in this very casual industry so I can wear jeans, a printed blouse—there are these really great printed blouses [and a] polka dot one in particular that I absolutely love. It’s a perfect interview blouse.”

Time and Tru Women's Printed Soft Shirt ($14.44)

If you’re looking to do something more with a simple pair of pants or a basic jacket, the printed blouses from Time and Tru and Terra & Sky “could be your little kick of personality,” according to Stewart. “In my business, you would just wear that with jeans and maybe a jacket over it, or you could wear it with a skirt and ballet flats,” Stewart continues.

And if you want to experiment with accessories such as jewelry, you can add some bold pieces to a simpler outfit. “You don’t want to accessorize too much at an interview, but big earrings are a huge trend right now and those are incredibly affordable in this brand.”

And again, Stewart points out that not all workplaces are the same when it comes to attire, so if jeans are acceptable some days or for a casual Friday, you can find jeans from Time and Tru and Terra & Sky for less than $22 a pair.

Time and Tru Women's High Rise Super Skinny Ankle Jean ($16.94)

Terra & Sky Women's Plus Destructed White Jean with Step Hem ($21.92)

“They have these really great jeans, and I love them because they’re soft and they’re almost a little bit thinner and easier to wear than traditional denim to me, so I love that,” Stewart explains. "I love being able to bring my family into what I do, and they’re all wearing it.”

Whatever your preferences are and work attire may be, you’ll want to start with the basics!

What staple pieces should your wardrobe include?

It’s important to include staple pieces such as tanks and cardigans that truly embody your personal style. “[Include basics] you’re comfortable in with a little bit of your personality,” says Stewart. “That’s where the prints come in and some of the accessories."

If you're looking for the ultimate basic with a pop of color, Stewart highly recommends Time and Tru's floral ribbed tank that both her and her daughter wear.

Time and Tru Women's Rib Tank ($3.94)

Additionally, you'll want to find the staples that make you feel confident!

"Focus on what your most figure-flattering part is.” For example, Stewart explains, if you prefer to cover your arms but love showing off your shoulders, choosing a cold shoulder top can be a fun addition.

Terra & Sky Women's Plus Cold Shoulder Top ($9.94)

“It’s really about just figuring out what works for yourself and sticking to it,” says Stewart.

Trendy pieces are fun, but how can you feel confident knowing you’ll wear them for years to come?

Just as you should figure out what works best for you, you should also identify the trends that you truly enjoy.

“I think that’s where you really have to sort of get to know yourself,” says Stewart. “Everything I wear I’ve had for years. Whenever there’s a new trend, it’s not even that I think, ‘Oh, florals and ruffles are a trend, now I have to get it,’ it’s just that it’s in the stores and I like to take advantage of what’s out there.”

Do it for yourself and your personal style rather than allowing yourself to get too caught up in the latest trends! “If you’re focusing on the trends that you like as opposed to, ‘Everyone else has this, and that’s why I want it,’” then you can expect to get way more use out of your trendier pieces.

What are the biggest trends you can expect to find and incorporate into the workplace?

Stewart lists some of the hottest trends you can look for this spring, including florals, ruffles, denim, polka dots and mix and match patterns. “There’s a flutter-sleeve top that I think if you wear it with a chic skirt is a great way to bring that ‘ruffly’ trend into the workplace,” says Stewart.

Time and Tru Women's Flutter Sleeve Top ($12.44)

If you’re obsessing over the peasant trend, you’ll be excited to know that both lines include peasant-style tops and dresses that are perfect for mixing it up.

“There are these great peasant dresses that are really perfect for [sorority] rush,” Stewart explains, “and they could be incorporated into the workplace too because they have [longer] sleeves. You would be hitting a trend while still being appropriate for work.”

Time and Tru Women's Peasant Dress ($16.48)

Terra & Sky Women's Plus Woven Lace Up Peasant Dress ($16.84)

And if you really want to think outside the box, Stewart even recommends incorporating pieces from the men’s line, George!

“Because I’m a crazy fashion stylist, I would take pieces from George and work them into my wardrobe because I absolutely love their Hawaiian shirts,” says Stewart. “And they have these brightly-colored plaids that are super cute under a black jacket—I wear black jackets a lot. That’s one of my favorite sort of work things, a really sharp black jacket, but then I have a pop of color.”

George Men's Short Sleeve Plaid Woven Shirt ($9.44)

If there’s one thing that’s certain, it’s that your professional attire doesn’t have to be boring and bland. Luckily, Walmart and Elizabeth Stewart are absolutely slaying the affordable fashion game. Stay true to your personal style, incorporate the trends you love and don’t be afraid to get creative!

Stars, they're just like us! Justin Bieber proved that he's just as obsessed with Beyoncé as the rest of us, by photoshopping his head onto her body. The 24-year-old Canadian singer took to Instagram on Wednesday night to share his little work of art with fans.

"Y'all need to meet my sister Rachel Bieber," he wrote in the caption.

Everyone, meet Rachel.

Y’all need to meet my sister Rachel Bieber

A post shared by Justin Bieber (@justinbieber) on

It appears Bieber grabbed inspiration from this banging five-year-old photo of Bey, which was taken at the NYC release party of her self-titled album.

The crooner's friend, Patrick Schwarzeneggar, showed his appreciation for the photo, commenting "Bruh, set me up! Finally be brothers."

Who knows where Bieber got the idea to create this image, but it could have been partly thanks to Queen Bey's legendary Coachella performance. Bieber was present at the first weekend of the outdoor music festival, but there's no word if he attended her concert. Some highlights of the Biebs' weekend included dancing shirtless to reggae music by Skip Marley and hanging out with 11-year-old Walmart sensation Mason Ramsey.

The "Love Yourself" artist also found himself in a bit of controversy over the weekend. Eyewitnesses at a private party reported that the singer stepped in to defend a female friend being assaulted, reportedly punching a man who had his hands around the woman's neck.

"There was an argument between the gentleman who got punched and [the woman] because she was making out with this other guy and that argument escalated to the point where he had his hands around her neck,” say the witness, who was not named. “Justin Bieber saw [it] and that’s when he pushed the guy. [Bieber] ended up punching him in the face to protect this girl that was getting assaulted."

Props to Justin for protecting a woman being attacked, and for blessing us with our new favorite image.

Part two is titled "Good-Bye," it's description noting, "It's all hands on deck as Louis, Donna, and Alex defend the firm, while Harvey aids Jessica on a case. Mike and Rachel juggle their commitments to the firm, the clinic, and each other."

Both Markle and Adams are exiting the show after this season finale. Markle, of course, will be off to her real-life wedding, as she's set to marry Prince Harry on Saturday, May 19.

USA Network and Universal Cable Productions released a statement following the announcement that Markle would be exiting the series: "From all of us at USA Network and Universal Cable Productions, we want to send our most heartfelt congratulations to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry on their engagement. Meghan has been a member of our family for seven years and it has been a joy to work with her. We want to thank her for her undeniable passion and dedication to Suits, and we wish her the very best."

Check out the trailer, with a first look at Rachel and Mike's wedding, below:

The Suits season seven finale begins on Wednesday, April 25, at 9 p.m. on USA Network.

If you like Thomas Rhett better than Radiohead, and Maddie & Tae better than The xx, you probably chose Stagecoach Country Festival over Coachella this year. Good choice! One of the many advantages of Stagecoach is that dressing for it is a lot easier—you don't have to worry about having the craziest, most innovative look, because it's all about the classics. But if you're scrambling to put together your outfits for the weekend, here's a handy guide. I gotchu, fam.

What to wear

Accessories

Bandana ($9.50 at ASOS)

Because it looks country, but also to cover your face from sandstorms.

Hat ($14.90 at Amazon)

It's a country festival; do I really need to explain why you need this?

Boots ($139.95 at Zappos)

A necessity.

American Flag Fanny Pack ($24.95 at Amazon)

Because 'Merica.

Tattoo Sheets ($20 at Flash Tat)

Face the facts: no festival is complete without flash tats.

Sunglasses ($7.90 at Forever 21)

It's the DESERT dude, you need sunglasses.

Tops

Plaid Shirt ($22.99 at Target)

Do. Not. Leave the house without this.

Blouse ($78 at REVOLVE)

Ruffles are where it's at.

Tank ($14 at Brandy Melville)

Oh yeah no, crop tops are a thing.

Tank ($24.99+ at Etsy)

Show your love for the music (and the Blake).

Tank Top ($19.99 at Etsy)

Let your shirt do the talking.

Pocket Tank ($19.95 at Etsy)

Because you're a "sweet, little, beautiful, wonderful, perfect all-American girl."

Jackets

Most people just wear their flannel as a jacket when the chilly desert night sets in, but these guys will do the trick if you tend to get really cold:

Suede Jacket ($59.99 at Old Navy)

Denim Jacket ($29.90 at Forever 21)

Embroidered Faux Leather Jacket ($98 at Forever 21)

Bottoms

Suede and denim are the Stagecoach fabrics of choice.

Denim Skirt ($49 at Lulu's)

Denim Shorts ($24.99 at H&M)

Suede Skirt ($40 at Lulus)

Faux Suede Shorts ($80 at Zappos)

Pants ($39.95 at American Eagle)

If you must wear pants, make 'em hippie pants.

Rompers & Dresses

Romper ($52 at Lulu's)

This one is called "Star Spangled," so it's meant to be.

Romper ($174 at Planet Blue)

Coachella vibes aren't totally off limits—plus, how good would this look with your cowboy hat?

Shirt Dress ($56 at Lulus)

Denim without the hassle.

Dress ($168 at Free People)

Suede, dress edition.
